Went to Pinnacle to take a two hour certification test. The staff was very friendly and put me at ease. Location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Overall, this was a great experience.

These guys are scam artists. The employees are clueless and the manager is a joke. I was recommended by a business associate and will not be doing business again
