We had almost help with the most respectful employees today opening a checking account for the first time. They were patient and kind while helping with filling out paperwork and online banking.
I love the people & the bank, mostly. A few things I would change:1. Change website to show New COVID hours2. More help for the handicapped & elderly3. Need a drive-thru in at least 2 locations OR4. More ATM locations and add drive up abilities for easier access for the handicapped & elderly I’m tired of having to pay $3.50 for fees to atms for other banks/institutions. My mobility is an issue and so is my health now with COVID-19 threatening my lung issues also.
Worthless and can’t do anything. Never have any answers. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a reputable bank to open an account
At first they were alright. then when i actually need to inquire about my account they WILL NOT answer the phone or return phone calls. within a week i had five unreturned phone calls. so theyre a decent bank until you need something then you have to drive all of the way there only to get an apathetic attitude. just glorified walmart workers. no way to run a business
I have always been treated with respect and courtesy the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are open late and on weekends very convenient.

Employees are very rude and dont help with nor fix the problems you have. 😒 Better off going to the one on the westside.
They never answer the phone when you call, at either branch its so frustrating!
Really slow, bad service just like anything else with Wal-Mart
