Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nobody there knows what they’re doing. Nobody there knows what anybody else is doing. If you have a piece of electronic gear that is malfunctioning, throw it off a bridge. Then take all the cash you have on you, and throw it off the bridge too. Do this and you’ll have a better chance of getting your item back in working order. Do not, under any circumstances, take any piece of your property to this business. Do not pay them any deposit. Do not call them on the phone. Do not walk in their front door. Just don’t. I wish I had read the reviews here before ever taking my personal property to these crooks and thieves. Absolute waste of money and waste of time.

Christopher D. Is so knowledgeable in his field he already knew what was wrong with my LG refrigerator before he got here. His boss found that I had a sealed warranty and got it covered by LG. The amazing thing is they actually had a compressor in stock by the grace of god! Thank you!

I was set up with service thru them as a local LG service provider. They had very poor communication and scheduling and cancelled my ticket stating they were unable to contact me when in actuality they never made any attempts to contact me. I now have to start the repair process with LG all over again after waiting over a month for the initial service request. B and Ms service tech then told me LG was going to do a buyback due to parts on backorder. Upon speaking to LG they stated the ticket was indeed cancelled due to unable to contact customer and nothing to do with the parts on backorder or anything about a buyback.Edit after owner response: LG stated they are never the ones who cancel tickets, only service providers. They also advised that service providers are not supposed to promise buybacks or refunds without ever even submitting a request for that process. The LG agent I spoke with advised that in situations like this there are generally records in customer account notes of the service providers attempts to contact customer and there was no record of that. My main concern is that the B and M representatives/technicians I spoke to lied to me that the ticket was closed out due to inventory when in LGs system it was clearly stated that it was closed for inability to contact customer.

Jacqui was excellent and very professional when installing our new Dryer heating element. She was in and out in an hours time. Left everything clean and tidy. She was so respectful and helpful. We will be calling B & M Electronics for any repair needs we may have in the future and will definitely ask for Jacqui to come back to do the work. Thank you!

B&M was sent out to service my Samsung dishwasher. With the stress of the Holidays coming; they knew the importance of having equipment work properly and successfully. Had to order parts and the team called and kept me informed during the whole process and responded to my calls. Jacquie was the technician who came out and she was very pleasant and professional. I was impressed with how quickly a technician was able to come to my home to take a look at my refrigerator. Jacqui arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixable, per the manufacturer. Jacqui gets high marks for speedy response. I will contact them for future service needs.

They deserve Zero stars if it was allowed. I had been contacting them for almost a week. I got a different story on what could be wrong based on who I talked too. Woman came out to tell me my drain which is 5 inches lower then what she said it needed to be was the problem with my washer... never even tried to fix or address the problem... told me I owed her 120 dollars for 10 minutes of work as she was picking up to leave... pretty sure we just got robbed...

Wow what great service on our LG washer!! They found the problem and fixed it within the hour. I was so very impressed on the professionalism and courtesy of office staff. Melissa was great. Instead of taking advantage of an opportunity for business, they took the time to help me through communication issues with the manufacturing company. The end result? My appliance is being replaced by the manufacturer with a newer version at no cost. Our two-year-old fridge stopped cooling. We had to wait 5 days for parts but thats to be expected. The Service repair man Huey that came to our house kept us updated on when he would be there. The poor guy was unable to show up until almost 8 oclock at night and stayed until 11:00 p.m. To fix our frige for us and on his day off. He then called the next morning to make sure it was still working properly. Thank toy Huey!!!

I had my vintage tape deck repaired at the place. Although they couldnt source a new motor for it, they still serviced it best they could, and made several test plays, just to be sure it kept working with the motor it has. Im very glad they still have the experience to repair what are basically antiques.

The shop replaced the panel on my tv and had my television working like new and returned to me in a day’s time. I thought that was fast, especially since the tv manufacture had to ship them the panel. My tv was under warranty. The staff was courteous and friendly. They also were taking the appropriate cautions to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Unlike other companies they have to have their money upfront. They wont even order your parts until you pay them. I had a washer fixed same thing. Im tried of going through this when I same fix it that is what I want .then bring me a bill I dont want to write 3 or 4 checks because you are money hungry or afraid you are not going to be paid. Your reviews say there is something wrong with your company not your coustmers.

Most of the bad reviews seem to be out of frustration and impatience / broken appliances or lack of time to deal w the issue— not service calls gone wrong... We had a great and easy experience- Kings great buys called them for us for an LG dishwasher one year old to the day - B&M called us immediately even though Kings said it could be a week. They received the part in the time frame they stated, called us that day and set up appt- Jordan arrived on time and did a great job. Dishwasher works and I would use them again for repair...

We have a warranty program that required that we use B and M electronics to service our washing machine. The noise it makes and how it shakes is absolutely horrible. After 4 attempts at coming to our home to repair it, we are in hopes it will work and we never have to have them step foot here again. This last time they sent someone out here to do the job. He left my home in a huge mess, dirt all over the floor my rugs in a wrinkled pile of dirt on the floor. Hampers and trashcans out in the hallway. After speaking with a manager, I was assured that the owner would call me back. I never received a call. Very disappointing. If it would of only been because of the dirt I think I could of overlooked it , or if they actually would of returned my call, I guess B and M are afraid of speaking with women and choose to only reply to the hubby. The only reason I gave them one star is I am unable to post this unless I did.

B&M were contracted by Lowes to install an over-the-range microwave. After reading the reviews here I was a little nervous, but we had a fantastic experience. Our installer (Tyrone) gave me a call about 10 minutes before he arrived. He was extremely courteous and went right to work. It took him about 40 minutes and he was done. The workmanship is professional and perfect. He cleaned up the area, hauled off the old appliance and put back all the items he needed to move while he worked. I literally cannot think of anything to complain of about the entire thing. I can’t speak for any repair work, but if B&M is coming for an install you have nothing to worry about.

We had an 8 month old Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer still under factory warranty. The dryer developed a bad vibration that I couldnt figure out. Called Whirlpool and they made the appointment with B&M Electronics. I received a call from B&M within a couple days (Whirlpool told me it would be a couple weeks). The technician came out and resolved the problem and was gone in 30-45 minutes. I was originally skeptical due to the reviews. But I have to give B&M a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the service, speed and courtesy calls we received.

Lowes/LG picked this business for warranty work, a bit nervous about this selection after reading the reviews. We called on Friday Feb 22, explained the problem, the guy said he would order the parts, they would arrive 4-5 days...so we figured Friday Mar 1 but we were wrong. My husband called them on Monday Mar 4, the guy put hubby on hold to check the order status, OVER 15 minutes later I called the office, and asked the lady to plz pick up my husbands line, and I will be totally honest, I was not nice, I was hot! Well my husband was told the parts would be delivered some time that day so they will be working on our washer on Tuesday. The repairman came on time, found out that the Lowes installer had hooked up the hot/cold in reverse at the back of the washer. He said when we selected cold water, it was really hot water, so the sensor became royally confused and kept adding more cold to cool down the temp but it was really adding hot water, so that is why the water overflowed all over our laundry and into the kitchen!!! The repairman was very nice and kept on it until he figured out the problem. He deserved 5 stars, but the office staff brought down this review a bit by putting us on hold and promptly forgetting about us!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEUnderstanding and real people but business practices are subpar.I reached out to B&M through a service contract via Kings Great Buys Plus. They sent a technician out (Jordan) to look at my washer that needed a new pump for the detergent as well as a water lever sensor.Once he had deduced those parts needed replacing he said it would take about 2 weeks for them to get in and he would give me a call.A month went by until I got too frustrated and I called them. They scheduled an appointment for 2 more weeks out.Jordan came out a second time, installed the parts, then broke the display harness on my washer rendering it completely inoperable. I could tell he was apologetic at the inconvenience of the situation however he said someone would call me the following day about getting that part replaced and no one called. I called them just now and am currently waiting on a call back about part availability to find out yet another eta so we can schedule them to come back out and fix the washer.Their business practices need a mega overhaul. They need more, skilled, technicians and a streamlined way to handle issues that are their own faults. Not happy.Edit: Updated review to 1/5 stars.After all of the above headache, getting the parts installed. I had my brother in law splice the wire together to fix the washer. THE PUMP IS STILL NOT FIXED. Absolute waste of time. Im so glad this was through warranty and not paid because if it was paid Id be taking much more extreme measures.

Maytag sent them to my house for a fridge repair. They were here 5 times and the fridge still didnt work. The last visit they were here 4 hours, not to mention that they laid the fridge down on the doors to try and repair it. The last time our fridge went out we called b and m and they said they couldnt do anything until they got a service request sent to them from Maytag. All this for the same problem they never fixed. Finally we called Maytag and asked for a different service provider, when the other repair man got here he looked and it and said it couldnt be repaired because it was laid down and the freon contaminated the unit. All in all Maytag had to pay me 45% of the value due to its age. I would highly recommend you use someone else. Had they knew what they were doing from the beginning, I would not have lost all my food in our fridge twice.

Tyrone from B & M Electronics arrived and installed my Mom & Dads Maytag dishwasher they purchased from Lowes. This wasnt an easy install. This is an old house with laminate flooring. Also the water shutoff was rusted up in the house. Tyrone had to shut off the water outside the house and we had to pull up a few pieces of flooring. With all these issues he kept a smile and overcame every issue. He was very professional and kept a pleasant attitude the whole time. I have no problem reccomending them for installation or repair!! Work well done!

Terrible service it is being almost a month since we call them to fix our dryer and it is still broken. they took a week and a half to give us an appointment and when they came they said the problem was caused by a problem in the circuit of our house and made us call an electrician. the electrician said that there was nothing wrong and they should have known this. our dryer needed spare parts, they told us that it would be 5-7 days to get here but it took 2weeks to get here, also they said that they would call us as soon they got here but they didnt. if we hadnt call them to insist that we were in a rush to get our dryer fix since we were going out of town they would have call us. Terrible service. they even hung up on me the first time i called and the second one they let me on hold for 10mins.

From the time I made the appointment for service until I found a different company to handle my repair, all I kept hearing from everyone is how short staffed and busy they are right now. They were so busy the tech they sent out spent almost the whole visit on his cell phone. They were so busy that they forgot to order my part a week after their first service call. After my parts arrived, they were so busy they called me three times the same day to offer me a service window ultimatum. Either, I take a last minute appointment or I have to wait another week for my repair. I feel bad for these people. These seem stressed and over worked. I wish they would have told me from the onset that I would be better off with a different company.

Terrible customer service.They came out as a service contractor for Geek Squad through Best BUY. The repair man came looked at my fridge and said its just dirty. Cleans it. Leaves and it never cools down. Call them back and they say its going to be 2 weeks for them to get back out there. All of my food had to be thrown away. Mean while Best Buy was going to replace my unit since it was the 4th time failing and still wasnt working. Of course the final day of the down-time period for getting a new unit comes and B&M shows up at the last minute. Canceling my new fridge and leaving me with the unit that is currently broke down.

I reviewed the negative reviews. Two were from customers wanting the manufacture to replace a unit that was working as designed . One didnt like the Noise it made which was normal. One was a customer who did not know how to operate the product. For example the noise complaint was you could hear the motor running when you placed your ear on the side of the unit. Yep.... Cant make this stuff up!

On June 8, our washer quit draining and spinning. We had an extended warranty so B and M was contacted. They called us to set up a time to check the washer two weeks after they were contacted. They checked and decided it was the pump. two weeks later they replaced the pump, we were told it was fixed and left the washer full of wet towels and water. Called and complained it wasnt working. On July 14 they replaced the control board. Washer still didnt work right. Would only spin on rinse and spin. They decided they would have to replace the control board and pump again. Now its August 21st and the washer is still not working. I had a friend who repairs appliances look at the washer. All that was wrong was an internal filter was plugged. Because of B And Ms ineptness, we were unnecessarily out of a washing machine for 3 months.

Very poor customer service. I have an LG washing machine still under warranty they have been there twice replaced parts and still not fixed. Also their service department scheduling people are not available until after 9:30 am to schedule then they only offer service times from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm no evenings and no Saturday appointments.
