I love this Dollar Tree. Always seems more organized and more clean compared to other Dollar Tree. Better selection of snacks also

I love this store but today there was 1 cashier and a line to the back of the store, Lady at the back of the line asked the manager why she wasnt stepping in and helping out her cashier. Cashier should not have to ask for help when the manager sees that she needs help and somebody brings it to her attention and she continues to do something other than help. Super disappointed.

This store is never fully stocked and always looks ransacked. This store is closest to me but I travel 10 miles out of my way to go to the Leesburg store as it is always stocked and organized. Covid cant be blamed any more for supply issues, it is management issues.

The 2 girls that worked that day acted like it was a bother to wait on people I spend a great deal of money in there all things time I know they have stock to do and layouts but the money comes from us in order threw store does not close down so be nice

They need more help 9 people in line and they didnt open another line left it up to one cashier to take care of the customers not like they didnt see the long line whats the use standing at a register and not helping her out

I love the Dollar Tree no matter where I’m at! It’s always easy transactions and awesome customer service! I visited Dollar Tree today in Eustis, Florida 32726 for a couple drinks due to I was already in the plaza.

Its my great grandsons Birthday and I asked him if he would like to go shopping for his birthday gift at Walmart for a big gift and he said , he would like to go to Dollar Tree for his gift. LOL So we did !! 🤗

Just remember, the merchandise is a dollar for a reason.

Shelves were empty and the floor is always disgusting.... The cashiers and stocker seem friendly and helpful, but the manager seemed rude, like we were bothering her for asking a question. Then told us our item was on the other side of the store..then proceeded to mumble to herself as we walked away ...well go to mtdora from now on..

Dollar Tree is awesome! However I did recently read that change is on the way to all DT stores. They would no longer be a buck store,they would begin carrying items that are priced over a dollar.Is that actually going to happen?

Ive been working in the area for the past month so ive been going in to this dollar tree. Not the best store evertime ive been in thr bathroom has been so nasty. I went in early when they open this morning and the bathrom was still nasty and had NO HAND SOAP.. For the store to just open the door for the day the bathroom should be clean and have all the things a bathroom is supposed to have and be clean. We are in a pandemic right now so the bathroom should always be clean hourly like most businesses

They were pretty well stocked but the employees seemed really stressed and were arguing in frontof customers... A bit uncomfortable.

Everyone was so nice there and Bonnie helped us out so much especially when we couldnt find our wallet...

Its a pretty good dollar tree. It is clean and doesnt seem rundown or messy on the inside. Anyways, over all a good place.

The woman cashier on duty October 31st 2020 around 7:30 p.m. was very pleasant, friendly and happy! Wish there was more people in the world like her :-)

This was my first time at Eustis Dollar Tree which is visible from 441 which was noticeably busy for a Friday afternoon around 1:45pm.There was one cashier on duty which would explain why everyone was in one aisle as I entered the store.10 minutes has passed...two customers checked out..Im beginning to 5 wondering why there isnt another cashier or supervisor helping out?!?It took an elderly male to voiced his displeasure of having to wait..which did get the managers attention to compute there should more than one cashier on duty.Theres no reason why customers, especially at Dollar Tree should wait any longer than 5-10 minutes to check out and last time I looked...it aint holiday season yet.Get it together Eustis Dollar Tree!

Always dropping a few bucks here. Springtime always brings some good garden necessities like seeds but they never get a refill shipment. All my seeds and bulbs I get here have grown wonderfully. I never have a problem going here.

Good variety of the decorations for a kids party that I was looking for,and of course you cant beat the prices!!

The manager, Gary, has been very silent and un welcoming on several different occasions. Today however managed to insult me with no remorse. I was 7 cent short and he refused to use my debit card as a split payment for the 7 cents but made sure to tell me that i needed to calculate my cost prior to shopping and ensure i have the right change. I get he is old school...but i have a debit card for a reason...i had no intentions of being seven cents short at all and had other funds to cober the cost. I went to the car and brought a dime back but i am very strongly unimpressed with this corporations choice for management and common human decency.

It was horrible never and I mean never have root beer. I have to go way cross town to get my stuff.

Will never return to this store ! IF YOURE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED , GO TO THE MOUNT DORA STORE because you WONT find it here ! Dirty , empty selves , rude management oh and no shopping bags at check out smh . Cashiers always friendly and fast.

A good place to find the little things for your life. I particularly look for coffee flavorings and puzzle books. The puzzle books are getting more difficult to find, as I like the bigger size ones for crosswords and Sudoku.Store was very busy with people buying Christmas decorations and gift wrap. But attentive cashiers kept us from having to wait too long.

Everything was put up well nothing in the isles all employees were friendly. Only thing that bothered me is Im on crutches due to a severe car accident and the man on the register literally had zero idea on how to work it and instead of calling for assistance he just kept trying and trying and I was getting very tired my legs were in a large amount of pain and I just wanted to go. I give him props for trying and not giving up but he shouldve asked for assistance on the register nothing wrong with a little help. Other than that this store is great. Love it.

Great store. Well stocked. Good variety of merchandise. Cute Halloween decorations and even some Christmas things available.

Store is pretty dirty and crowded, employees are not very friendly. Though the cashiers were speedy and got people through quickly.Got in and out as quickly as I could.Not very pleasant but its what you expect from a place where everything is a dollar.

I love going to Dollar Tree because I always find what I need and stay on budget. Its a great place to get what you need when funds are limited. I was able to get cleaning supplies, storage containers, gift bag items, and stocking stuffers.

Dont buy the tinfoil. It doesnt come out of the box right. Its so thin it breaks apart trying to get it out of the box.

Store is on the small side. Typical array of made in China goods for the home, personal products, cards and party supplies. The helium balloons are a great deal, and if youre having a holiday party or childrens birthday party the party supplies and decorations are a bargain.

The manager was very nice hadling my return. Thats such a great Dollar Tree...clean and so much merchandise- very different than the one in Apopka. Keep in mind tho you dont get a refund even with receipt..only exchange. Its always easy to find something else at that store but think they should post that somewhere!

Went there at about 7:30 pm to get a few things. Had employees that were stocking shelves beimg rude and blocking the whole aisle so my son couldnt pick out a toy. While we were looking at the toys they kept complaining about the cashier, and when theanager asked them to do something they both replied that it was not their job, and proceeded to yell it to the manager when he walked away. Then the lady at the register was impatient and kept talking to herself like she was talking to someone next to her about the ladies in the aisle. She kept dropping f bombs even thoigh my son was standing right in front of her, must have said it 3 or 4 times. I will not be returning. Which is unfortunate cuz I love the dollar store.
