They need clean up there store an they plaint it up to. The need to make the hold building look good. it looks like its coming down and office is small and theres no room to walk around so they need to work on it.

This young lady is always half polite. Great at greeting, but asking questions like, I need a large bag for the Large items I purchased, is not like shes going to look for them. They deliberately hide the large bags, maybe forthemselves, I dont know, but at least I can use the restroom here without a problem.And why is there no dollar isle in this raggedy store?

Very clean and organized store. The employees are usually kind and Ive never had a problem going to this location. They have a good selection of products and everything is easy to find and the prices all match the proper product.

This lady looked very annoyed, was talking aggressive on the phone with who sounded like her boss. I remember her car it was a grey Nissan. She rudely said “we have no change for $50”. Instead of “Sorry”. Ruined my morning.

It use to be DOLLAR STORE. But know you might as well go to WALMART and Koger They had a coupon on line with your phone number but that change. Cant bring it up no more and no one in the WHOLE COMPANY can help you Im a traveling trainer so Im at serval location not one cashier is train to help send massage to company so many times they sent me a code did not work you cant get no with a pulse on the phone to walk you through it and I go to at least 6 different DOLLAR STORES and no cashier know how to help cant call no one either. So I gave you two more star than I should have.

The cashier was so rude i went in to shop but wanted a cig first so I went to pay just for her to say i cant break that 100 in the rudest way. I said well Im gonna keep shopping right now i dont mind what change you give me shes like no dont have change! Gather i was in line for at least 4 ppl in front its already 4 pm , Ive worked in customer service and I as a regular employee or manager would have found the way to accommodate a customer especially if they are barely going to give us their business. Terrible first impression didnt want to shop there after . But since I walked i had no choice and this miserable woman while she gossiped about another employee still had a terrible attitude. She literally made that experience so unpleasant .get a different job lady if you dont like where u work or at least pretend to be nice!

The employees are incredible. Theyre kind, helpful, have excellent product knowledge, & are great when it comes to customer service! The ONLY reason I didnt give a 5-star review is due to the store itself - Not only the inside, but the outside, as well.Its very outdated & unkempt. I DONT think its unkempt due to any fault of employees, but simply due to aging. The inside is a lot darker than most stores & Im sure this is a minor detail to some, but personally, I like shopping in places that are well lit. I dont mean where its TOO bright, but at least bright enough that the atmosphere feels as nice as their employees are! Im guessing the location was built in the 60s or 70s?I know plenty of other Euless residents that agree when I say, we would prefer if they did some serious remodeling. We love our places that have history, but we also like when theyre well cared for. The employees do a nice job trying to keep it as clean as they can. Its basically the lighting & aging that makes it feel a little unpleasant to be there.Id still recommend everyone to shop here, bc *MAYBE* if we shop here more frequently, their corporate office will hear us & revamp the place! Weve been seeing other places around our city getting makeovers. I think its Dollar Generals time! 🤩

Dollar general is is steady eddy. They are the store you hate, but the store you love.

Rude employees having great conversation from the check out, while stopping there chat to go we close in xx amount of minutes. Want us out asap ask if you can help out with locating a needed item. The chat they were having could not be that important. Also the place felt run down crowded and dirty. I could not believe this was a dollar general. I usually go to the one in Arlington, but I have been to a few other and yuck if time was not a concern I would not have gone there and now that I have I will stick with my familiar yet out of the dollar general which is actually clean.

My experience at this local Dollar General is always a great experience with great customer service like every time I go and am not just saying that, its the honest truth. The ladies that work the are great and thats all of them. Thank you ladies

A convenient and smaller alternative to the bigger grocery stores that are further away. You can find a lot of decent items for household use, toys, womens products, canned goods, etc. for decent prices. A good dollar store, but not a $1 store.

Stood in line forever the associate looked at me but wouldnt come to the register. The lady behind me had to go get her. It was ok, I just didnt feel very welcome. But everything else was ok.

Good deals for coupons. Average to lower pricing. Most stores are generally messy. Customer service is pretty much as expected. Customer service at the corporate level has been a good experience for me in the past. Generally willing to help out to make sure the customer is happy and will continue to shop at the locations. Parking has never been a problem as most stores are located in a strip shop mos of the time. I do pretty well getting deals using their app for coupons and using manufacturers coupons.

Love to come to this dollar store! Everything is always neat, and they always speak to me. Only issue is there are never enough carts, and its hard to take them outside since there is no ramp, and its hard to open the door.

They have a huge amount of inventory. My girlfriend asked for some hair bands. I had no idea where to get them, i was about to order them online. This Dollar General has an impressive selection of head bands for a great price. That gives you an idea of the diversity of inventory they maintain here. The cashiers are friendly and prices are great.

The older and younger ladies come off very racist. You come in the store and it hurts they soul for them to even speak to you. I avoid going in there because I would hate to catch a charge. I say that because I lived in the area for about a year, it was more convenient for me to run in there vs the local Kroger’s.

Best thing about this place is the service. It is a bit of a mess and trying to use the app in the store ABSOLUTELY does not work, therefore you cannot use digital coupons etc.

The store is a bit of a mess. Seems to be to much stuff for the size of the store. Sales people were pleasant.

That went in to see what you had marked down after Christmas, and I got some really cool candles for a dollar. I always go after all holidays, and they usually have anywhere from 70 -90% off

Went in there at 730 on a Sunday evening and the lady was rude when I went to check out I was trying to download the app and she told me I was in a dead zone and only had a few minutes. There was a guy came to the door and ask if they were still open and she said you have 2 minutes. Now Im reminding Im trying to download the app and looked at the time and it was 7:51. So it was 9 minutes until closing. I did not get the app download so paid full price and left and will never go back.

If you get there app you can save alot. Especially on laundry detergent and dish soap and things like that, they always have coupons or specials on Tide and Dawn. That stuff is getting expensive. You can just about find anything in there, some prices you really have to look at as they are always not the best. Overall a great place to get bargains at.

The store always has nasty smell in it ! Its not clean at all. Today, the cashier just came to the register where I was waiting; didnt even speak! Just start scanning and putting things in bags. Then says $13.78. I said How are you today? Its official customer service is DEAD! Guess Ill Google another location in the future.

Ive never been disrespected like at this DG. They close at 9 and I was basically thrown out of the store at exactly 9:00 when I had asked for one more item and not only would she not show me where it was she said you can check out with what you have now or leave.... ive never seen such disrespectful employees, such lazy employees who dont take any pride in thier work. Bonnie, a middle aged woman...and another older woman were on duty on the time.
