If I could give them a zero I would have, but I couldnt!! This is the worst rental experience I have ever had in my entire life!! If you have other options please use those resources. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT rent from these people, you will regret it, immensely! They will screw you out of your money, it is definitely IS NOT worth it.

The customer service was good. Obviously this isn’t a big and established rental place so they are working with what they have. Other than that it was a smooth and easy process with good service.

What a horrible experience. Lyft should be ashamed of themselves for proving a half-hearted effort in this attempt at the rental car sector.The vehicle that I rented shut completely off on me 4 separate times enough to where I had to get a jump. The gentleman that I assisted me was extremely rude, sarcastic and not cut out for serving customers. If there were an option to give a 0-star rating believe me that would be my option.

Was making a decent profit until lyft the bonuses went away and I the car started having issues. Now my headlight is out and the registration sticker is inspired plus its impossible to contact the facility.

Very horrible experience! We were never told our milage fare would be reduced by about 30% and also never told we would be charged the daily rental when we returned the car first thing in the morning. I lost a lot of money renting from them. My advise, go with another company if you want to rent a car for rideshare.

Need to inform renters of the CORRECT LOCATION OF YOU BUILDING. obviously there is zero communication with your renters and have to be turned away from the manheim main facility multiple times a day.

Was good money at first it slowing down
