My car just at died on the way home from work & B & B WRECKER was there for me within minutes to transfer my car to Huggins Honda. Enterprise immediately provided me with a rental. .Huggins had me under warranty & provided a loaner car shortly after. All in all a team of effort to get me taken care of & Im so Thankful for the assistance & excellent Customer Service!

Well i returned a car heir and was charged 2 extra hrs . It took me a bit to find it since they changed locations. . The lady that was helping me assured me that she would not but i just got my bill por customer service at this location. Stop lying to your customers. I rent a lot from enterprise.

Didnt have a car for my reservation, first said she expected me @130 then tried telling me my reservation was at another location. If you can go anywhere else I suggest you do so

Brett lee Curran is the best! He made renting a car the easiest process and he got me in and out with a rental in no time. I will definitely be going back to him if I ever need another rental in the future!!

Did not get the vehicle I was suppose to, and it was not in the best condition either. Thankfully it was only for a few days while my truck was fixed.

The lady there is very rude and tries to make you belittle you as well as make you feel Ill witted. Shell rush you through paperwork and tell assure you its one thing when its something good completely different and she tryst to add on a bunch of different fees. Ill never go back there just because of her. I went to a service king at another location and everyone was present and very easy to go with.**************AVOID THIS ONE************** The location off of Brown is much better

I am upset with the way enterprise has done me and the insurance. First the insurance reserves me a rental through them then enterprise agent changes the type of vehicle to cost more than was agreed with insurance. They then proceed to charge me the extra cost involved when I was told that the insurance was going to pay for it all. Not to mention I was given a car that shook when you were doing 30 to 45 mph and the man should have known something was wrong. They charged me almost $75.00 and promised to return the amount but I have not seen it returned. I will try to avoid using them again.

I found the service here to be great. They were very courteous, helpful and efficient I particularly loved the two employees Dawnisha and Joel who were professional friendly and knowledgeable. I would truly recommend this place of business.

The service at this Enterprise location is deplorable and its unfortunate because Ive had good experience at other locations before. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the same incompetent employee twice. During the latest time I was told that my total charges per day outside of my insurance coverages would be $7 and some change per day and I confirmed with her that there would be no additional charges. Today(4 days later) she called me explaining to me that they needed my approval to charge $29.33, additional to the $50 deposit they already recieved. I explained that is not what she told me and that would like to speak to her manager and I do not approve the charge. She stated she would have her manager call soon. That was this morning and it is now 8:20pm with no call and my account was charged the additional amount.

The somewhat tall African American lady at the desk was extremely rude. Even the guy that was dealing with my vehicle repair at service king noticed it. She did not care about my concerns at all and treated me like i was gum under her shoe.I had a windshield that was cracked on the car i rented and there was a spot labled on the windshield as WC. I did not catch it when i got the car (my bad) but clearly to me that would mean a windshield crack. In over 100 degree heat it became more of a noticeable crack.The lady at the desk was oh so rude when i told her i would not give her my cc info until i spoke with my insurance company. Constantly speaking down to me and pressuring me saying i had to pay no matter what.Good thing i spoke with my insurance as they paid it without it going against my policy.I would be hard pressed to ever use enterprise again and certainly not this location.

The woman felt the need to say it would be much easier if you had your confirmation number, THREE times while checking me in and remained condescending and rude throughout the process. Then, when I declined their insurance, since my insurance company told me to, as she walked away she said good luck, its supposed to hail!I live about 150 miles south of this location, but my car was totaledwhile in the area and needed a way to get home. When I returned the car I told the employee about the awful service and he begged me not to contact corporate, but he would handle it.Now, over 30 days after I turned the vehicle in, they are saying there is $2200 worth of hail damage! I was never in a hail storm, but 2 rolled through Dallas AFTER I turned my vehicle in.This is FRAUD!Take pictures of your vehicle when you are ON THE LOT and handing the keys in.

Its a smaller rental office so sometimes you might have to wait to check a car in or out. The agents are friendly and helpful

Not a good enterprise rental location. This place is not organized. the car was not ready when i arrived, i even called day before to confirm. Tall lady working the counter is not helpful.

I like Enterprise theyre always stare at their prices it always kind they listen they trying to meet your needs fit you in the right vehicle but I like the I did that come pick you up and or drop you off where you need to go when youre done with your car I think thats great service

Worst service ever.. Katie is rude and abrasive. Will never go here again, tried to charge me for an extra day as well as hasnt refunded my deposit after I returned the car last week. Terrible.
