After having some negative experiences with other therapy / psychology clinics, I was pleasantly surprised by the genuinely caring staff. The help I have gotten from Looking Glass has been top-notch. During covid therapy and psychology are online. I didnt like the idea at first but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I am very satisfied, thank you Looking Glass!

I have worked with multiple very good therapists here, and the people behind the desks are wonderful as well. Also appreciate that medication prescription and management are done online.

I can’t say enough great things about the level of care, attention, and respect my child received from their therapist. They were just excellent, and we still benefit today from the strategies our therapist taught us. Beyond that they were able to effect real change in my home. We’re forever grateful.

This place is not recommended at all. The intake specialist took over a week to return a call that the answering system said would be returned in 24 hours... And then refused to look into available scheduling or answer questions regarding care options available at the clinic until an intake appointment was made. This place seems to only want to charge insurance and is not actually interested in helping folks in need find the care that they are looking for. There is zero willingness to work with the people in need and total lack of compassion in this clinic as far as my experience goes.... And I havent even spoken to a provider yet!

Idk how this place operates when the counsleling coordinator is always out of office. I been trying to get ahold of them for counseling for over 2 and a half weeks now. The Secretary was nice, thats about it. Hard to get ahold of the person running the show, to set me up for counseling. I dont recommend this place at all. Coming from a Veteran.

It’s a joke! Not one thing was positive with this place.

Cottage Grove location. Sat in waiting room for 40 min past appointment time with my now ex wife,while multiple people walked right past us with no words. Could have really used some counseling, Instead we proceeded to leave and get into an argument in their parking lot. Thanks a lot councelors

Dropped me after missing one appointment due to the fact I had no transportation to get there in time. This is the 3rd or 4th counselor to drop me. That means I can not get the medicine I am prescribed and I won’t be able to sleep and will get unbearable panic attacks until I can find someone else to prescribe my medications. 👍

I’ve been cancelled on twice and I get stared at when I’m upset and crying and get no feed back what so ever
