Such a great place! Clean, accommodating, and very professional. They even have a complimentary snack bar (such was great to hold me over since I hadnt eaten lunch) and offer water, seltzer, wine and mimosas. I got armpits, upper lip, Brazilian and full legs. Took about 1.5 hours, cost was about $200 with a 20% tip. Nikky was so friendly and really funny. Recommend 10/10

Amazing experience here! The atmosphere is relaxing and Mary is incredible at brows! She listened to exactly what I wanted and I left extremely happy with my tint and lamination! Also just a very personable and fun person to chat with while getting my service

I asked the lady if she had time to do my underarms and she said she had a appointment right after and had no time for a add one. When Im done I ask the front the desk lady if theres anybody who had time to do my underarms and she says yes the girl that just waxed you had a cancellation let me ask her. She comes back and tell me she thinks I should wait 1 week for my hair to keep growing out... She just wanted to get rid of me because I stood outside for pizza at sizzle pie and I see her going out on a walk to talk on the phone. For a $80 Brazilian youd expect better services. Still left a tip . She was super nice just feel like she was more interested on going on break

I get my Brazilian waxes done here and it is by far my favorite! They take their time but you also finish in 30mins.Mary and Jasper are my favorite! Both so professional but fun as well, and always do a good job. Didnt leave one hair behind!

Jasmine was amazing, she was so gentle and thorough. That was the most pleasant Brazilian wax Ive had in a decade! I went back for a second appointment with her.... this time for an eyebrow wax and tint, I love the results! I have thin eyebrows from years of over plucking (hello 90’s) and Jasmine worked some kinda magic that makes them looks thicker and like they did pre-15 year old with tweezers. I will never go anywhere else. Parking is a pain (duh - its downtown Eugene!). But they take such good care of you. And their proprietary wax blend is THE BEST. I am super fair skinned (I disappear in snow) and my skin is really sensitive. No burns at all (this is huge for me since I have always gotten burns from waxing). I did break out from the soothing lotion they put on my face after my wax treatment but I just called them and let them know and the next time they changed up my treatment. And now no issues. The products that they have are really great and I trust them to steer me in the right direction for what I need (they actually have several times). At this rate I am NEVER going anywhere else.

Just a heads up, it does get on the more expensive side so that’s why I can’t come here too often but when I do need to get any waxing done, urban Waxx will always be my first choice. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I have arthritis and some positions are very hard for me but she worked with me and never made me feel embarrassed. Parking can be a bit of a challenge; however, there is a city parking garage not too far and some metered areas near are a choice as well.

I had an appointment at noon for a wax. On my way there, I got caught in traffic. At noon I called in to say I was going to be five minutes late and they said I couldn’t come to my appointment. I drove all the way across town for this. I pulled up right in front of the building at EXACTLY 6 minutes after my appointment and begged them to still keep my appointment and they wouldn’t. This was my first time booking there, and I will not ever try again. I felt like just a number. It sucked to say the least.

Taylor at the front desk was absolutely lovely. I was having a not great day and felt yuck. She was upbeat and positive. She calmed me down and was so friendly. She told me I would like Nikky and she was right! Nikky was awesome. I was referred to her by a friend. She was funny and put me at ease. Ive only had one other Brazilian, but this was a world different (better) than the first. I may be moving soon and I feel like I will have to fly to Eugene to see Nikky for my wax needs. This place is awesome and professional! Prices arent bad and its located downtown in a cool area. Nikki was great! She made me feel super comfortable. Within the hour of making my appointment online, they called me to make sure I knew where to go and even offered to validate my parking! When I walked in they offered me water and tea and had little snacks. They were warm and efficient. Couldnt have had a better experience!
