The technicians were very friendly and provided great customer service. They made sure my daughter and I were pleased with our service. They also followed Covid policies.

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to quite a few different places for eyebrow threading but this one has been the best. The staff is always nice and professional, and they always shape my eyebrows exactly how I asked.

I dont know the girls name who did my brows tonight but she was pregnant. :) She did an amazing job and was very friendly. Im very pleased!2/19/21 I visited the Coburg shop. Kathy did my brows clean up. Did exactly what I asked for. My brows are naturally thick and full. I like them to be a little less thick and she killed it!

I always loved getting my brows and lip done here, but I was out of the country for a few months and when I came back the prices had gone up a lot! I will be looking for somewhere in the area that is cheaper, or with similar prices that has better ambiance than the mall does. I would love to see the prices go a bit closer to what they used to be.

I’m extremely picky with my eyebrows. I’ve had good and bad experiences with threading places.What it looks like: Eyebrow By Thread only has two seats and it is in the middle of the mall.(If there’s a wait, it’s worth it.)The service: The women working there took extra care to ask me what I wanted and if they wanted me to change anything. She was patient and kind and made it easy for me to tell her what I needed! I may have found my new favorite threading place.

The lady who did my eye brows was so sweet. It definitely is a weird pain the first time like she said but the end results are amazing! I hated waxing my eyebrows for years, threading is so much better ! I would advise not wearing eye makeup! Your eyes will water. Try this place out!

I got my eyebrows here on my trip and it was a dream! The staff member who treated me was pretty pretty nice and accommodating! Came here to have my eyebrows trimmed 3 times but I still didnt fix it! The eyebrow shapes are different on both sides! Angry! Dont come here!
