Very reasonable prices. Glad they were available when the Toyota dealership was out of rentals while my car had to be left for almost a week - over a holiday weekend. Nice, quick shuttle to Greenleaf, paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. A bit of very inconvenient confusion about adding a second driver - lack of communication between the supervisor and some newer employees - but it got settled eventually. I would rent here again in the future.

Theyre awesome at this location. Anytime my husband and I need a vehicle this is the first place we go to. Their vehicles are fuel efficient and very well kept. Even if youre on a budget yet need a vehicle theyre pricing is very reasonable. They will even pick you up if your nearby to get the rental or drop you off somewhere close after you turn their vehicle in. I highly recommend Green Leaf.

Good prices for mini vans. Ours was a dodge ram our kids loved it. Limited radius of travel as we only got it from a dealership that was working on our car this was the rental we got for the 2 days they worked on it.

This was my first experience with Greenleaf Rent A Car and, unfortunately, I was disappointed. I came to Greenleaf Rent A Car because my car was in the auto shop for the week and so I was in need of a car. To pick up the car, I came right at opening time with my father. He took off work to drive me, expecting it not to take long. However, the person who helped us took a very long time with the paperwork, making the whole process drag on. I asked to be set up with a fuel efficient car, thinking that Greenleaf would have a fuel efficient economy car. I was very wrong, and was set up with a gas guzzler of a car, a Mitsubishi that drove like very poorly and could be described as a rinky dinky car. The car smelled poorly, as if it wasnt thoroughly cleaned prior. The car was anything but fuel efficient and by Friday, with driving very limited miles, I was already at half a tank (only driving it for 5 days at that point). My car, a 2016 Toyota Corolla, doesnt even come close to half tank given the same amount of driving. The one positive of this whole experience, was that turning in the car was quick and easy. There are many other small, economy cars that are fuel efficient and drive much better and thats what I expected from Greenleaf.

I have rented a car in DEC and by today I havent received a deposit back. They keep saying my bank is refusing a refund. Not possible. my account work well and all other suppliers can make refunds despite Green leaf. They stopped answering on my email. Dont rely on this company. They also didnt have kids seats.

After having my car break down it was refreshing to have something go right on a Saturday morning. Greenleaf picked us up and took us back to the office. We had our car and were out of there within 30 minutes. They gave us the car we wanted and didnt hassle us about insurance or other fees. The car was very clean and no cigarette smell. Highly recommended!

Good fast service. Had my GMC worked on and they must have a contract with this rental group. Greenleaf employee picked me up and had me in my rental car within 20 minutes. Workers all seemed nice but again I was in and out of there in 20 min. No idea what the $ rates are like since GMC took care of it.

Greenleaf Rent A Car services many of the dealerships on Auto Parkway in Escondido. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The process to get and return my car was easy and they gave me a lift to and from their office to pick up my car at the dealership.

This is my go-to rental agency in Escondido. Theyre friendly and local and its always a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended! Give them a chance over the other, larger rental agencies.

I recently used GreenLeaf while my car was being serviced at Ford in Escondido. Greenleaf costumer service was beyond what I expected. They were very personable, friendly and professorial. The office was clean and modern looking. Vanessa who picked me up was so sweet, greeting me with a handshake and asking how my day was.I was in and out very quickly when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off. The car was clean and fun to drive. Overall my experience was amazing; I would recommend Greanleaf and would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was okay. Staff was friendly. Except when I returned the vehicle. They gave me the car with less than 3/4 gas tank but more than half. I returned it the same and they wanted to charge me extra; telling me it was low on fuel. They didnt have nice cars. I would not rent from then again. It was chosen by the dealer, so I had no choice.
