I am a frequent renter at Enterprise and wouldnt go to any other rental company. I am treated like family and a valued customer. They really show love to their customers and their personal needs. Highly recommend.

I mistakenly left a jacket in the back seat of my rental I returned next day before the car was rented again and someone, possibly the car cleaning crew FAILED to turn it in to lost & found. I absolutely cannot trust the management of the Enterprise Escondido facility and the policies of Enterprise.

Ive had my rental for a month and 3 days now. Enterprise has been amazing! Im having trouble with dealerships right now and I know I can count on enterprise for any vehicle including the one I have right now for work. Theyve been patient, friendly, caring and very helpful! And Im able to afford it! Their fast and easy! Thank you so much!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Enterprise is one of the worst companies there is and I hope they go out of business son. They are corrupt and deceitful. I got a parking ticket on a rental truck I recently had with them. The cost of the ticket was $43. Then I receive a bill from enterprise charging me $106. No explanation, nothing. All they come back and say is “well according to the contract you are responsible for all ticket ms”. This is true and I am not disputing that. However, this is a matter of justice and a company being intentionally dishonest.

Ive had a terrible experience with this company! First off they gave us a car that didnt have enough oil for our trip and we had to get an oil change in the middle of our vacation which was really annoying. Then when we got back I dropped off the vehicle at a different location which they told me would be fine when I picked it up then they were giving me trouble because they were having a hard time confirming that the car was dropped off, and they charged me an extra $113 for no reason!I have been trying to call them (at their Escondido location) for the last two days and apparently no one works there anymore because the phone just rings for 5 minutes straight and I called waiting through each 5min dial with no luck. I finally called the Murrieta location where I dropped the car off and they picked up automatically but they said they couldnt help me! This has been the worst experience I have ever had renting a car! I dont recommend them to ANYONE!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in escondido on auto parkway was awesome. I reserved the vehicle online and I simply filled out my information while reserving and I had my vehicle in no time. The staff worked quickly and in a friendly matter. This enterprise is my go to and I am never disappointed. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in need of a rental.

Customer service was great and the girl helping me out was so friendly. Process was super easy and quick too. My appt time to pick up the car was 12pm, but I called and asked if I could bump it to 9am. They said it wouldnt be a problem, so grateful for that. Also, their cars are super clean inside. Ive used other rental companies and the their cars were filthy inside.

The car was clean and well cared for. I was impressed that is was new with only 5,000 miles on it. The staff was busy and it took some time for them to help me, but once they did the rental procedure went smooth and quick.The return was equally as professional as the rental. I enjoyed the process of renting a vehicle from Enterprise this last weekend. The local office was closed and I did not have transportation to get to the Escondido office so they sent a driver to pick me up. He was a very personable Man and nice company. I was lucky to share a ride home with this same driver the following day. Made my Enterprise experience very nice and calming. The staff that checked on my paperless paperwork were also very friendly. The car was exactly what I envisioned and very comfortable for my 24 hours of use. Thankyou Enterprise.

I don’t give it a five stars because the car wen I got it wasn’t washed and it smelled super bad I had to run to get air freshener!! Plus it’s almost a week and still haven’t received my 200$ deposit! They should get on top of that specially if u return the car the way u got it...

Awful branch. These guys clearly never properly service or maintain their cars. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and with in two hours of me renting the car, the car started violently shaking and losing power on the middle of the highway. I barely made it to the side of the road. That couldve ended much much worse.The best part: I called their roadside assistance and said that I would have to pay for the towing service even though there was a mechanical fault in the car and not something that I did. I hung up and called my auto insurance. Never again with enterprise. Avis, Alamo and hertz from here on out!The next morning, my wife calls to have them remedy the situation of handing us a broken down car. They said they’ll call back with a solution within the hour. After an hour there was no call back and when we called they had shut off their phones. What a trash company

We rented a Chrysler mini-van for a trip to June Lake. Easy pick-up and drop-off. Very comfortable ride. Whats the line from Get Shorty? The Cadillac of mini-vans? I will do it again next road trip.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for over -0 years. They have always given me excellent customer service and professionalism. They have amazing military discounts. When I needed a rental due to my car being involved in a collision, David from In-n-out collision calls Enterprise to take care of his customers. This brought me a lot of comfort due to the fact that I already have a great relationship for many years with Enterprise. I’m fortunate to be able to be surrounded with businesses that trust each other to take care of their customers. It solidifies already what I have always known what Enterprise offers and treats their customers.

We rented a Ford Expedition to take my son from San Diego to college at Iowa State in Ames. The car was great for its purpose, but when picked it up and drove home, my wife noticed it had not been cleaned inside. Sand everywhere and best of all, a half eaten hamburger stuffed into one of the back seat pockets. In the covid era you would think those with the job of cleaning a car would be a little more diligent. My wife called prior to our departure and we WERE given two days off the rental in concession, which was nice. I would still use them again, but would certainly relay this story and request specifically that the car be immaculate when we picked it up.

Easy process, start to finish. I appreciated being able to cancel without penalty if needed. The person at the desk even gave me 10% off after I asked if there was any way to waive the fee for dropping off at a different location. Great service overall.

Great experience overall. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes after checking in but the guys who work here do a great job. Turning in the car was even easier, took 2 minutes and I was all set.They aren’t predatory over the additional insurance they offer which I thought was more ethical than most other rental places.

If I could give the service more than 5 stars, I would. The entire staff were friendly and flexible. Was offered an upgrade an extremely reasonable price and went with it. The entire process was a smooth as butter from picking up the car to dropping it off. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

ESCONDIDO branches: Another horrific experience..REAL & fair review on actual experienceS...Now theres no Hertz, Enterprise is and have been overwhelmed (underwhelming).. I anyways call for a shuttle when I reserve and the day of and they still forget!...Anyways, reserve an Int. Suv and only get a compact suv or car as they NEVER have what I reserved. No sorry..or no discount just an offer for a lower price of the compact suv or car they have avail..I dont want an excuse like the car was in the shop, renter didnt bring back, none in the area..I just want, what I reserved. If you dont have it tell me so I can go elsewhere..maybe thats your ploy. I dont know why I keep going there prob bc its closest. Ill make the change soon to another company bc This branch and other locations near are all run the same cant speak about the other branches but poorly run by recent grads that have no clue about customer service. Nothing will change unless we the Customers demand change and take our business elsewhere.

We rented locally for a move. The Chrysler Pacifica was great on the long trip with all seats stored in the floor. Excellent seats, 32 mpg hwy fuel economy, and a clean low mileage vehicle. Excellent staff and we never had to go inside during Covid.

No one answers the phone either locally or at the 800 customer service number. Auto message hung up on me several times. Did not get final receipt. Had to call my credit card to see what was charged. In person, staff was polite but seemed bored with their job which is not the way they normally behave. Longtime customer but COVID-19 seems to have thrown customer service out the window😩

Great service! I had paid down my credit card previously in preparation for a mini vacation, but I didnt realize there was a $250 deposit. Matt was my rep and he was fantastic! He reduced the deposit so I could keep my rental and saved my trip! Strongly recommend Enterprise Escondido!

I have used enterprise for many years. The Escondido branch is definitely a true representation of running a family owned business in a very corporate world. They make me feel like VIP/Boss status every time Ive rented. I know this a reflection of Tylers leadership being branch manager. Dont bother renting with those other guys. Rent with Enterprise to feel loyalty and exceptional service every time.

Staff is very friendly and knows how to engage a customer. Admittedly I came in annoyed, I came in from a frustrating work day. I was greeted when I walked in and the gentlemen assisting me offered me his name and a handshake greeting. Huge. I was an hour early for my reservation, but he said not a problem and I saw this guy hustle outside and begin to wash down the car himself. 80 degrees and he is in slacks and long sleeve with a tie. When I returned they gladly gave me a ride back to the dealer. What a great group! That feels like the definition of great customer service.

I highly recommend this location.I was short on time the morning I went in to pick up my rental, only to realize I was at the wrong Escondido location. Not only did the Enterprise team pull the exact vehicle I needed from their own lot, they cheerfully sprinted to have it ready within 15 minutes, so I could be on my way without delay. You dont often find exceptional customer service like this. It meant a lot, particularly as it is Christmas time.(First time Ive every felt inspired to write a review.)

As always, renting from Enterprise was easy, convenient and ended up with us having a nice car for local transportation on one of our motorhome trips. We decided long ago that it made more sense not to tow a car on our trips, because it costs us less than converting a car to be suitable for towing. It also makes our driving less stressful and results in higher gas mileage. We can reserve online before we get to our destination and call Enterprise so they can pick us up for contract signing and car pickup. On our departure day, we drive back to Enterprise and theyll return us to our park space and were on our way. We dont see any reason to change.

This is definitely the place for me to go for all my rental car needs. I have been renting cars from this location for a couple of years now. The customer service desk agents are all pleasant and have a great attitude and disposition and are extremely helpful. The Enterprise location on Auto Park Way in Escondido Ca, is the only place I will rent my vehicles from. The other locations are great as well but I get stellar first class treatment from these guys. My rentals are quick, easy, and always loaded with options for whatever I might need. Casey is the definition of the Perfect customer service specialist! I know every time I go in to see him I have nothing ro worry about. I always drive away happy.

This location on Auto Parkway has always offered excellent customer service. I have rented several times through the last year and they always have been pleasant and on time.

They never answer their phone. Take your money and you cant get a hold of them when you require a reimbursement. People are nice. Cars are quality. But they make it EXTREMELY difficult to conduct business.

This place is Awesome! I drove the car off the lot I reserved and turned right back around parked and went into the office and said I dont like this car it makes a loud sound. The agent said lets get you something you like. She upgraded me and transferred everything from the original car with NO EXTRA COST TO ME!!

Ive had a good experience here, generally. Cars are great and service aims to please. Ive been upgraded when in a rush so as not to wait for smaller car to get prepped.One agent, who was very chatty at my first rental, didnt recognize me at 2nd rental a week later, and then commented negatively on my not being as chirpy as the first time. Sorry, dude, sometimes I just need to get going, and your not remembering me at first proves all the charm is facade. THOUGH - everyone has different styles of customer service that they like. I prefer friendly but quick. And if we do chat for 15 minutes, please remember me a week later. I remember you.

Yeah! Enterprise finally resolved my issue. I updated from 1 to 3 stars because I did have to work harder than I should have to get it resolved, but when I finally got in touch with Kristen Mims, the area manager, she immediately took care of it and honored the price that I had been quoted on the phone. I did have to make several phone calls and send a few e-mails and be assertive about things to make it happen, but it did, and Im pleased! My previous 2 review are below separated by asterixes. Gratefully, things improved for me.***To add to my previous review (what follows in brackets), as you can see, my review got an immediate response, to which I immediately responded, but my issue still hasnt been resolved and its been 2 weeks since we rented the car. I also called the customer service line and was told someone would be calling me to resolve the issue, but nobody ended up calling me. This tells me that the customer service challenges may be more systemic that I was originally thinking.***[I called Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was quoted a rate for my weekly rental that was supposed to be the rate negotiated with my insurance company. Then, when my husband went to pick up the car, he was quoted a much higher rate. Enterprise did not honor the rate that one of their representatives quoted to me. Not only that, but the person handling the rental, Christopher, was very rude in how he handled things with my husband. He allowed the car that had been reserved for us to go to another client. Then, he told my husband that they would immediately clean another car that we could use, but he allowed another car to be washed instead for another client. We were finally able to negotiate a rate that was better than what he was telling my husband (after much insistence on my part) but still didnt match the rate we were quoted on the phone. Also, when I was talking to him on the phone about the situation, he put down the phone without any explanation and failed to respond to my request (he had been talking through my husbands phone and after he essentially ignored me without any explanation, I insisted that I still talk to him). He absolutely insisted the system did not allow him to lower the rate. However, once I pointed out that another location had a lower rate quoted through travelocity, he immediately was able to lower it to match that rate. Then, when it came time to rent the car, Christopher turned the rental over to another individual, who then proceeded to quote the higher rate. As far as we can tell, this was an effort to pull a fast one and try to still rent it to us at a higher rate. My husband described Christopher as young and cocky. Clearly, Enterprise, or at least Christopher, doesnt value proper customer service and is willing to lie and evade rather than properly resolve issues.]

Enterprise on Auto Park Way has great customer service and friendly personnel. They are my go to provider when I need a rental car; and they always have the vehicle that fulfills my needs. The reason I gave them four stars rather than five is because the last two vehicles needed better cleaning on the inside. That could be my OCDness kicking in. Overall they are a great place with which to do business!

The personnel was courteous and attentive.However, they need to improve in what condition they give in the cars. The local management needs to make sure they implement corporate standards pertaining cleanness and presentation of the cars.The Last couple of times that I rented from this location cars were dirty and not detailed. Tires and rims dirty, and overall inside and out not neat. Renting clean and detailed cars should be a must for any formal rental company.I observed enterprise rental personnel spray washing the cars, no wiping. They should have dedicated employees to ensure that customers take cars in good appearance.

Promised a Cadillac CTS or similar luxury car. Arrived on Sunday to a huge line, no luxury cars are available, tried to put me in a Ford Flex or a pickup truck for more $$. I made the reservation at 10AM and at 11:30AM no luxury cars. Its called bait and switch. Drove to Escondido for nothing.

Tyler and Miss Dee Dee provided outstanding customer service to me when I picked up a 15 passenger van at the auto park way location. This location provides the BEST SERVICE for a Enterprise Rental. Very courteous and best dressed. Answered all my questions.

All of the employees here are personable, polite, and work hard to make sure you have a great experience. Eric, the branch manager, is phenomenal. I am sitting in the waiting area watching these guys HUSTLE! Im not even mad about the wait ... I have never seen someone wash a car in a suit and then subsequently SPRINT to get the keys to a waiting customer. They are busy but they are also working very hard to give each customer the experience they deserve.

The service here is unbelievable there are so friendly and very helpful casey and Christopher are always on top of there game homerun for this location..

I am very surprised to see any negative reviews related to the staff at this Escondido Office. I have rented almost 100 cars from this office and consistently had excellent experiences. The new Assistant Manager, Kurt is awesome and both Claudia and Megan are very good and easy to work with. Some of the cars have higher miles just because they are just starting to convert to the new 2015 models.

These folks are just the best to work with on business or personal car rental. They handled my insurance company with zero hassle to me. Special mention to Ray McHone who just makes the whole rental experience a breeze. Only car rental company I actually look forward to picking and dropping off. Through this location Enterprise has earned my repeat business over and over. Thank you!

I got a dirty car - outside , the windshield was covered with some kind of mud/dirt and agent didn’t even bother to try to offer me to wash it, so I had to insist of washing the car as I said it is unsafe to drive car when you cannot see anything through your windshield, that location need some better management. And also the front of the car was covered with some adhesive stuff and I had to drive and smell glue the whole time I had a car, terrible experience !

Fast friendly service, I’m always happy with my transactions at this Enterprise. Any time I have to leave my car at the dealership I always rent a car from here. Cody set me up this last time, great customer service and a genuinely nice guy.

I rent cars about 5 or 6 times a year and I always choose Enterprise. They get you in and out quickly and are always so friendly.

They were absolute awesome.. I was visiting from out of state.. they made it so easy for me.. they picked me up.. had me in and out in 10min (if that?).. and I was on my way.. after a wonderful visit with other family in LA.. when it came time to return the vehicle, they even dropped me back off.. I am a big fan of Enterprise anyway.. needed them a lot back home while looking for a new car after hitting a deer.. I love this company.. I highly recommend Enterprise..theyll pick you up!!

I sat in the office on a crowded day and observed the way they cleared out that waiting room, it was like clockwork! So I asked for the names of those working for my rental periods and here are their 5 STARS. Thank-you.

No customer service at all. Called to get shuttle service on Sunday. They do not do shuttle service on weekends. Called back to schedule shuttle for Monday am and was left on hold for 30 minutes before they picked up. Then they tell me they do not schedule shuttle service at this location. Not convenient shuttle service at all. They say customer service is their priority but I dont think so.

Both locations I used for the pick up and the drop off were very pleasant locations to work with. Thank you for making the experience so nice.

This is the best place to rent a car in Escondido! (I wanted to put that in all CAPS) The management is great, their customer service is awesome, and theyve always just figured it out for me when I was uneasy or unsure about something. Dont go anywhere else but to this Enterprise in Escondido. So glad we stopped going other places and only rent from here. You wont regret making this as your choice. Need I say more?

I always rent from Enterprise, they do their best to get me in the vehicle I need, for the best price. Casey, at the Escondido Auto Park site, is just the greatest. He really helped me out, hes friendly and polite, where there are a couple orher guys there that are just complete, rude, jackasses. So, overall, they are a nice place to rent from.
