The drivers were fine. They came and jump started my car on Aug 25, Sep 3, Sep 5.My car is at Toyota. I told them that I had to have Henrys Towing jump start my car because the battery died on those 3 dates.I called Henrys Towing and asked if they could provide me with a list either via email or text so that I can prove to Toyota that theres something wrong with my battery. Henrys Towing told me we do not keep those records. I, frankly, cannot understand that. If thats true its unbelievable for a lot of reasons!! If not true then the lady who answered the phone just didnt want to be bothered!!

Unbelievably bad company. Waited over 2 and a half hours for a tow, coordinated through my insurance company. They blew through 3 ETAs and seemed almost pleased to lie about it. If you ever have your insurance set up a tow in this area, ask which company it is and if its Henrys...maybe take your car apart and carry it somewhere piece by piece. That would be faster than waiting for them.

Drove for an hour just to jump start my car. Very nice, professional. Hope Toyota sends this same driver every time.

I could not find my car and reached out to them. They just said customer cancelled the service but I did not and they could not even provide any records for the service. lol

Avoid this company if you can. Was referred to them by my insurance company. The ETA is a joke. Put in a tow request at 9:30am and was still waiting at 1:45pm. Received regular ETA changes that meant nothing.

Horrible customer service. Liberty Mutual Roadside Assistance contacted them for me a tire change service. Their dispatch called after about 30 minutes and told me the ETA was 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, the service driver called and said he would be there in 20 minutes. I told he thats what the last person said and he got an attitude and said Well do you want me to come or not? I called their dispatch to figure out what went wrong and they lied and said they didnt know who called me initially and told me the first ETA. When he arrived he said he couldnt do anything until the payment was made and called someone on his cell phone and asked for my credit card. I told him I didnt feel comfortable giving him my card (they gave me a very bad vibe) and asked to have the company call me so I could make it that way. I did not think my request was unreasonable. He got mad and cancelled the service after I waited an hour. I called their company back and the didnt care. Do not use their service.

Was told it would be 30mins to get my car it turned too 7 and they tryed to tell me to schedule an appoint the next day

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This was honestly the worst experience of my life. I never post anything and they upset me so much I am taking the time to write about them so nobody goes through what I did. I got a flat tire at 9:00 AM we called my insurance company to request a tow and after we set everything up through insurance I got a text at 10:45 from Henrys saying they will be there in 60 mins. After 1.5 hours we called and they said in 30 mins someone will be there. We waited another 1 hour and they never showed up. We called back and they said their tow guy was busy and that I should call my insurance company and request someone else. Thanks for letting me know after waiting by car almost 3 hours -we called the insurance company and they put in another order. I received another text and of course it was for Henrys again. I called Henrys to tell them we got them again and they said oh thats ok because we have a driver named Eduardo who can be there in 30 mins. I said do you promise because we now have been waiting by the car for hours. They said yes - well 1 hour later Eduardo never showed up so I called back they said sorry Eduardo couldnt make it but someone from a neighboring town can be there is 45 minutes. We hung up i realized at this point that by the time they picked us up we wouldnt make the tire shop I originally wanted to go to because it closed at 5:00 pm so I called back Henrys to let them know I needed to change the destination to a tire shop who stayed open until 6:00 pm at that time they told me no tow truck was coming to pick me up because the order was cancelled through my insurance company. I said what? I just spoke to you and you said someone was coming. She said oops I dont know. I called my insurance company who informed me they did not cancel any order. This was now at almost 5:00 pm and I needed to get my car picked up and brought to the shop before they closed at 6:00 PM. So I ended up calling a local tow company I found who showed up 20 mins later who I had to pay out of pocket. By the way I had 3 kids ages 3 and under with me - so any parent out there knows this was extremely difficult to stand by a car from 10:45 AM - 5:00 PM. This is the first time I have wished for a company to go out of business they could have just been responsible and told me upfront when the original call came in or at any point throughout the day they couldnt help. They should not string people along making it sound like someone was on there way when they wasnt. By the way we made it to tire shop 5 mins before 6:00 pm so we had to leave car - how that happened considering the flat happened at 9:00 am is beyond me but it did -and this was our only car!! Horrible people horrible company - run run run as fast as you can - do yourself a favor and call another company - trust me!

DO NOT USE THEM. This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in history. I’m not even being dramatic. We were waiting for hours and hours. Every time I would call them for an update, I only dealt with more rude people on the phone. I would not advise anyone to use them. They have wrong ETAs. They kept transferring the line when I called them. They hung up on me. Unprofessional, rude, untimely. Nancy was extremely rude, and Joseph incorrectly dealt us information. THE WORST. 1 star is the lowest rating, but they definitely do not deserve that.

Driver called my cell & pin point location, told him Im across street. Upon arrival assured me hes w/the Towing Co, Kevin said name again & was here to help. Kevin was happy to assist & repeated his name when I asked, He calmed my nerves patient all the while.Id like to hug whoever raised such a kind young lad. Kevin had me goind in no time at all, suggested further instruction to let car idle/run it 20-25 mins before turning it off for the nite. Thanked him and we were both on our way! Impressed & pleased with Henrys Towing Agent Rep, God Bless you Kevin! ✝️

Worst service. Waited 3 hours. Couldnt change the tire cause they messed up the order some how. Zero can do attitude

Theres a lot of negative reviews on here, so I thought maybe people arent posting when Henrys does a good job, or maybe their good service really is few and far between. Either way I thought Id write about my experience:I locked my keys in my car in Laguna. I have Subaru roadside assistance and I was assigned Henrys. I did have to wait an hour and a half, but to be fair Henrys Towing is located almost an hour away. A truck driver came and he couldnt have been nicer. He got into my car in less than 30 seconds and I was on my way. Like I said, theres a lot of negative reviews about this place, but my experience with Henrys was a great one.

So unprofessional. First said an hour, then another, then cancelled altogether. The worst!

Edit: got them a couple of additional times thru my insurance roadside. Francisco has really made a difference with communication, arrival time, and not messing up on batt terminal hookup. Im gladly updating my review from 1 to 5 stars.

I literally have used Henrys since the beginning when young Gary Henry was driving around in his lil white truck and spilling a full can of pop on my desk! Always & forever grateful to this whole family of drivers, dispatchers, my sweet loving & kind Sandi, Gary and their boys for their outstanding dedication and love for taking care of people. Today I would like to thank John Cheek for coming to the rescue at Reliable Chevrolet & assisting us in helping out a young lady with 2 babies to gain access to their car! Also condolences to us all for the loss of Arden Balty. He was an important family member of Henrys. We went through Life360. We had the service upgrade. Towing 5 miles. After 2 and a half hours on the side of the freeway in the rain, they still didn’t even have a guy dispatched. So we couldn’t track it or ask any questions. Life360 service was horrible. They had no idea what was happening or how to fix it. Henry’s Towing is a farce. I don’t even believe the tow company exists. To keep people waiting on the side of the road and never show up should be criminal.

If i could give no stars i would but this is the lowest i can do. Im a member of USAA and while USAA is great with everything this company they are using is HORRIBLE. We called to get an ETA. On our tow truck since my daughter an I were stranded in the freeway under a bridge with my daughter. I called and the lady answering the call sounded flustered and I. Asked if i can get a time and she said she didnt have one and that it was going to be longer than what my eta they had sent me was. I asked that they could have notified me and she said if u dont like it call USAA and request another one near your area and hanged up on me. I called USAA to request another one since they were so rude and Henrys towing had already canceled it for me. Luckily there was another company around that was able to come and get us in less than 30 min. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

This company is horrible. I guess they are a 3rd party towing company for USAA and gets USAA business. I needed roadside assistance and after waiting 7 hours I cancelled the claim. I tried to get my car towed the next day and they never showed up. 2 days in a row. USAA tried to contact them and no response.

When you see their tow truck speeding down the 5 through San Clemente down to Escondido at 100 mph. Changing lanes without signaling n put others in harms way, remind not to even call you guys.
