This lovely instructor Josh Board was extremely helpful when teaching me. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. I would recommend him to any of my friends. He even told my family that if any questions come up to call him and he will help. He made me feel safe on the road, and was very friendly.

I went to AAA to change my name on the title. There was about a 10 minute wait. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

I was in and out so quick I was so amazed. I went in without an apointment at around 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday, to pay for my vehicle registration and get new tags. I did have my registration renewal with me with a check already filled out for my renewal amount. It was Hassel free and recieved new stickers on the spot. They take DMV payments by Cash, Check, and now Visa or Mastercard. They may take other credit cards, but didnt add them in my review since I am not 100% positive. Note: it has to be a credit card and NOT DEBIT. The reason you have to pay with a CC if using a card is because they do charge a little over 2% fee for not paying by cash or check and this fee can not be applied to a debit card.

I was at AAA in Escondido today to pay the registration of my car, also I was at AAA in Escondido for the same reason after checking the website to find out it was closed.I have been a member for 43 years for the first time I had to deal with a woman that wasn’t interested on helping she thought she was in a popular contest carrying a conversation with another woman how great they were I ask her why they didn’t change the website to let people know they were closed and she answer me is because we deserve a vacation.I don’t know if I will continue to pay my dues after the bad experience I had today with that woman she kept telling me to move like a menthol retarded just ruin my morning

The woman Rosa or Rosie in membership was rude and unwilling to help me solve my problem. She told me to call the membership number on the back of my card. I was being charged through automatic withdrawal for my daughters card that neither of us authorized or signed up for.

Love AAA for simple things its easy to avoid the DMV situation.

Completely unresponsive claims reps. Payment for the accident isnt even coming from AAA because the other driver backed into my car and there is a police report supporting that. No call backs from either John or his manager Brad over the course of three weeks. Multiple calls to their location with no one answering. Pressing zero for operator leads to a system problem message. The AAA main office downstairs doesnt know the name of the claims manager who is upstairs. Just disgraceful.My past interactions with the other AAA offices were much superior.

Love AAA! Staff is always friendly and helpful.Definitely better than going to the DMV.Years ago my husband and I drove cross country and they helped plan our trip with printed directions that they even bounded into books for us. Which was very useful in dead zones when our phones didnt work.

Automobile Club to me is always been five star ever since I was a little kid I remember going there with my father to pick up a map for a trip. Ive used to telling which is amazing Ive used to lock out when Ive locked the keys in the car which is amazing also. However one of the good things being a member of AAA is that instead of having to go to the DMV to register your vehicles AAA you can register your vehicles there it take care of the process for you and its a lot less on the lines. But you have to be a member of AAA in order to have that perch. You also still get maps for your trip and stuff along those lines if your battery ever goes dead in your member of AAA the battery said they have are terrific top-of-the-line batteries Interstate Batteries which lasts and lasts and lasts and theyre relatively inexpensive to AAA all around is the way to go in my books!

...the ppl in the front treat you like a threat if youre minding your bizness and walking up to the person youre accompanying to handle your vehicle/insurance needz. Observation and THEN action should be the steps taken to identify what a customer needz, not yelling or having a male begin approaching you, for no reazon, when this can be viewed az a threat to most. Id highly recommend the long wait at the DMV...

Great place to get travel info ..maps...booklets. My go to place to help make plans... together with the internet. I have really traveled wisely. I always shop their package deals against other travel sites. YOU should too...not always the best pricing. But membership benefits overall are worth the fee.

Fast and free DMV service here as a Member this is where I go for most of my DMV needs.

Of course this place has its perts so you dont have to wait in line like the DMV but Triple A does not tell you when you sign up for them that your held in a contract with interest rate that they charge you just have insurance through them

TOOK MY MONEY, CHANGED MY POLICY, RAISED MY RATES all within 2 days then charged me a cancellation fee. CROOKED!!

Went here for my DMV renewal!! Totally forgot they do more than just maps & travel!! They do insurance too!! One stop shop on this trip!! No longer lines either. Very polite people- not like your local DMV where you feel like theyre doing you a favor coming to work that day!!!

These people are the best. I cant imagine why anyone would sit for hours at the DMV when with AAA membership you can take care of most things at their office for less then half the time.

Fantastic service at a very busy branch! I lost my wallet which was turned in @ AAA Escondido branch. Mary Pearson rang me (meaning shed taken time to research my AAA acct & phone #); left me msg it was in their safe & I picked it that p.m. DMV window AAA employee told me shed written down info of the Good Samaritan whod returned it.I was amazed at the extra customer service! When I arrived--I noticed how busy the branch was. Yet each employee I encountered was friendly, courteous & kind--despite the fact there was a line of customers (4 or 5--which front desk processed quickly) & the entire office was humming with activity. Kudos to AAA Escondido branch!!!

Road side assistance is great. Having a DMV is a blessing. AAA insurance on the other hand is a disaster. Avoid it.

Worth the membership for the Express DMV services alone, add to that roadside assistance and youve got a real value play.

Auto Club membership is worth it if only because you can do most DMV transactions here and the longest Ive ever waited was 20 minutes. Not to thrilled with their unholy partnership with Hertz for car rental though. You can easily find better deals for bigger/nicer cars with other agencies. Never used them for travel beyond that, and probably wont.

This place is GREAT, so many things you can get done here. Anything from planning a family vacation to taking care of many DMV applications.

AAA is worth every penny of the membership. The customer service at this office is always on point. DMV services cannot be duplicated outside the AAA family. I have completed several transactions here and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Absolutely love AAA skip the lines on your registration there Towings great have my automobile insurance through there they also do the California low cost auto insurance program which is very helpful if you need it you can also upgrade from the regular towing package to be able to tow trailers or RVs which is very awesome too

Afshin Dadforouz and Shane Ruiz never call me back. I have sent countless emails and left a number of voicemails. After Afshin and I spoke on Friday he promised to look more into my claim and to call my boyfriend back by the end of the day. He did not, of course. The accident my boyfriend was in could have been so much worse and they’re treating it like nothing even happened. They refuse to do a thorough investigation and only agree to fix most of the damages their client had made.
