I rented an RV that I was unable to back out of my driveway due to the slant. So I called this service to help move the RV safely out of the driveway and was quoted $295/hour for 2-3 hours of service. I had to sign off on this, and was told the clock starts when the truck leaves their location. So I knew it would be less than 2 hours of service since I live in the same town as the address of this company (9 miles away). The guy came two hours late, spent 5 minutes here, and then I was billed $885. WHAT A TOTAL SCAM. There is no way I should have been billed the full 3 hours, and was verbally told on the phone that if it took less than 2 hours I would be billed 2 hours. DO NOT USE this company unless you enjoy paying close to $1000 for 5 minutes of help. They take advantage of people in need. Shame on them.

First of all the lady on the phone was incredibly short with me, then quoted me $135 for a lockout service. Then i call back because no one ever called me about an ETA and they wanted to charge me $650. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS for a lock out service. What??? I realize i’m out of the area (about an hour from Esco) but $650 is OUTRAGEOUS.

What a great tow service!! I called 3 other companies to tow my car and they said that my car was to low 3 but 4 step towing said dont worry we got you!! Thanks alot 4 step towing!!
