I have no clue what you all are talking about. Maybe in another dimension or something. I applied one and have been working 6 days a week ever since. Most if the time I am paid by 8 am. The person i deal with goes out if her way to make sure you have what you need to perform the job you were assigned to do. The Escondido office is not the best office compared to the area. They will cancel your job without any prior notice and with a little attitude when you call them and asking why it was cancelled. Will not take any jobs from this branch in the future.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DONT EVER GO TO PEOPLE READY, they take forever to pay you. Youre not GURANTEED 8 HOURS, AUTORO HAS AN ATTITUDE and theyre RACIST up there. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, they dont care about taking care of their CUSTOMERS AT ALL. If you want to be treated fairly, taken care of, go to MANPOWER OR EXPRESS PROFESSIONALS

Worst career center ever!! Lazy and disinterested staff with plenty of attitude problems but zero willingness to help. Stay away from this place. All they care about is making sales and commissions, and definitely NOT you as the job seeker. Youre better off going to a real career center who actually values job seekers.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!NOT ONLY WILL YOU GET HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, you also get a nice side order of disrespect. DO NOT even think of trying to get work from these people. Be VERY AFRAID if you have to call the direct office! Only after you try calling 5 times to speak to anyone and being hung up on. Sergio the male who usually answers the phone will not only lie to you about your job but also give you the full run around to make sure you don’t get paid or helped with anything you ask. And then after you get through the first boss you get greeted by a lady on the phone who will not only agree with Mr. Sergio but also tell you that there is nothing she can do for you. I do not wish even for my worst enemy to have to compensate with the lack of respect or help from these people.If I could give negative stars this place would have a full -10/-10.

When you call off sick the Escondido office takes their sweet time to pay you out hes supposed to call off 2 hours before you start time I called off sick 2 hours and 20 minutes before my start time I emailed office to and normally they pay you within 2 hours now its going on almost 5 hours and now I missed my doctors appointment I dont think thats very fair so I recommend find a different temp agency to work for

I read the reviews here before working for Peopleready and what I have come to find is that these reviews are terribly wrong. I have been working for Peopleready for over two weeks and I have found hours and employment at my leisure. They make it easier to find a job through the app, it’s almost a mixture of Uber and Tinder were you select jobs or decline job based on your preference or what suits your needs. As for the “rudeness” of the staff, what I noticed is that the offices are brand new so everything smells artificial inside, giving me a headache, I don’t think the staff know of the artificial fumes, but that might be the reason of their stress. As for the job I’ve accepted, they are very chemical free jobs

I worked for them and for the most part the jobs they sent me to were worth it, there were only two jobs I disliked and thats all. Thanks to everyone there at the Escondido Branch.

They will get you to work. However youll work like a Dog, get paid like a Dog and be treated like a Dog.
