If you’re applying at CSL staffing and Ingrid Griffith is your rep please apply elsewhere.. She’s horrible to work with. She’s scatterbrained and extremely unorganized. Even during the application process she harassed me for things she should have remembered to bring up to me all at once and even was rude during some points. The company I got hired on with would communicate important information and she would fail to update me.. She didn’t even tell me when my training was scheduled and made me late for it.. So I was left looking bad and not prepared.After I got hired on, the company would provide her with feedback about me and she would fail to tell me right away and text me regarding issues at inappropriate times of the day because she forgot.(Late evenings). Ingrid even forgot to collect me and about 5 other agents social security cards when being hired and had to come on site and make everyone wait after work to provide her with the information she should have already had.Working with her was truly a headache. If you have her as a rep please take my word for it and request a new one or apply elsewhere....
