They dont honor referrals! Someone referred me here and they didnt want to give me the price for what my friend had said. I had an apt and I ended up waiting an hour because only 1 person was there! There were 2 people there before me and we all had to wait. The receptionists got there 30 mins after I was waiting, and more staff arrived and they greeted and caught up with each other (about 10 mins) and then went to call the people before me over to attend them. So unprofessional, half of them didnt even know what to do! They were asking each other how do I do this....and this...this... Especially the receptionists there were two ladies working on one customer. This will be the first and last time I will go there! They need to be more professional. I rather give my money to a hard working buisness that puts their customers first. I told my friend what kind of buisness is this! Its honestly just women socializing and asking each other how do I do this while we wait......unacceptable!

This place is very unprofessional! My mother paid these so called nice people to help with her citizenship only to disappoint us! First of all we never got a phone call to let my mom know she had an appointment for her citizenship test, my mother had to call them and ask and she found out the week of!!..smhSecond of all she was never notified about the final ceremony and when she called to ask these peoples have the nerve to say ohh its actually happening right now as we speak, it was today.Yet these people supposedly tried to contact my mother both times and my mom is always home! Now we have to wait another month for the ceremony because these Idiots dont know how to do their job!This place is by far the worst managed place for immigration services! DO NOT GO THERE!! Waste of time and money!

I have a bad experience, I sent my certificate to be apostilled first they did not realize that my certificate was not certified I wasted my time waiting for it to arrive, when I called them to give me the information and I told them my situation until the lady who attended me he replied reluctantly. I do not recommend this place. They are not professionals

I had a bad experience, I went to Mrs. Isabel Zayas to help me arrange my residency, she said she was going to charge me $ 600. For helping me but then little by little she asked me for more and I never sent any paper, a year and months passed and my case was closed, be very careful if you go there with her, she never gave me any money back; Total I spent about $ 1400 more or less and almost got me the migra, I do not recommend this place.

Be careful, I am having problems with this office, Mrs. Zallas charged us 600 dollars to help my parents to apply for citizenship and that included accompanying them to the uellas appointments and citizenship exam and now what the date is telling them that He will only accompany one of the two I think it is not fair please so that the same thing does not happen to them, ask him to give you what he promises in writing to put a stop to the injustice they commit to humble people who do not know how to defend themselves.
