I got quoted for the exact car I was buying a few days prior to actually buying the car. And was quoted for 120-121$ a month for what I wanted covered. Then when I called to actually get the insurance they wanted a 500$ down payment ??? And wanted me to pay 159$. I needed insurance to drive off the lot so I got very upset and said no thank you I’ll go with someone else. He calls back not even 10 mins later and says we can do 131 with a 191 down payment.. that was a lie he signed me up for 139$ and my down payment was 197. It was unprofessional and when my year is up I’m never using them again. With my first car it was great but they really tried to screw me over and take all my money after I just put 2000 down on my car. I will never use fiesta again, and I wish I could do 0 stars!

Personal without experience, some people who works there always want increase you bill for stupid things, 2 month ago I forget pay my bill the same day that each month I have to pay, I went the next day and the person who works there told me that I had to pay 50 dlls fee because late payment, I gave him, after 2 month, my insurance did cancel me because I had to pay a supposed fee that never payed.I talked with that person and he just said he didnt know why and there were supposed to be technical problems.So I had to look for one, pay again 2 month to open new insurance, and the same procces.If you want save money and dont want have issues with you insurance... Please stay away from here.

Place is a joke Manager is a con artist and doesnt pay his bills he baught a vehicle from my wife and agreed to make payments and after the first payment he made it was impossible to get any more money from this guy He claims he is not a american citizen and lives in Mexico. Also my wife told me he hides liquor in his desk and drinks all day at work and has been seen smoking weed during his work shift everyone beware of the business and its manager they will rip you off

I signed up with Fiesta Insurance about 2 months ago. Ive had nothing but problems, the agent who signed me up was very unprofessional. I should have went with my gut and walked out. I initially paid 350.00 to get started and it was in the middle of the month like 13th or so. I was advised my next payment wouldnt be due on the 14th of the following month.(Automatic Debit) So a couple of weeks later i get an alert on my phone Ive been charged again from my insurance company. (3rd on the month) I was taken back I was just charged two weeks ago. I didnt agree to those terms and I was lied to. I was supposed to be billed on the 14th of each month. I called and the manager stated when starting a new policy a bill generates after 19 days. But my next payment will not be due until the 14th of the following month. I agreed and we ended the call. Next month payment came out 2 weeks earlier on the 3rd making my bank account go negative again. Bottom line this company does not have their business in order and they are not truthful. Please be aware on this company! Scammers big time! They will lie cheat and steal just to get your business. BE AWARE!!!!!!
