DOING MY TAXES IS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY STRESSFUL FOR US. I HAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES TO WORK THROUGH WITH THE IRS. ITS A MESS. NAWSHABA IS A GOD-SEND. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, CALMING AND SHE IS VERY PERSONABLE, ACTUALLY *CARES*! SHE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO FIND A SOLUTION TO EVERYTHING! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST, MOST COMPETENT TAX PREPARER I HAVE EVER USED. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE USED HER SEVERAL TIMES AND WE WILL ALWAYS USE HER IN THE FUTURE. WE HAVE AND WILL TRAVEL TO WHERE EVER SHE IS FOR HER SERVICES. IM RELUCTANT TO SUBMIT THIS HONEST, SHINING REVIEW BECAUSE I DONT WANT ALL OF HER APPOINTMENT TIMES TAKEN WHEN I NEED TO SEE HER, BUT SHE DESERVES IT. I CANT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!FYI: HONESTLY SPEAKING WEVE USED H&R BLOCK MULTIPLE TIMES AND WEVE HAD SOME REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES, EVEN TO THE POINT WHERE THEY MESSED OUR TAXES UP AND THE IRS WAS NOT HAPPY (NEEDLESS TO SAY, NEITHER WERE WE!). SHE IS GREATLY, GREATLY APPRECIATED AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.* I FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT!! SHE GOT US MONEY BACK EVERY TIME!! THAT HASNT HAPPENED IN YEARS!! WE ALWAYS HAVE HAD TO PAY AND WE ALWAYS EXPECT TO PAY, BUT SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING!

I tried to set aOnline appointment for this location for 10 o’clock in the morning I filled everything out their website did not let me click submit I came into the office at 10 o’clock the next morning when I wanted to do my appointment their door says they do not open until 11 on Saturdays with the close sign their website also gives a phone number for this location but the phone number is the Vista location so I called there got the phone number for this location called and the guy was absolutely no help I kept stating that I just needed to finish my taxes and that there was over an hour before his next appointment but he would not take me lost two costumes today nice job.

The employee working on March 15, 2020 was rude and terrible customer service. I had an appointment at 5:00 pm, but I arrived at 4:20 pm and I still was not seen. I left the building at 5:46 pm and the employee did not care or say anything. I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for the last five years and this by far is the worst one I have been to!
