I actually determined for a variety of factors that Coast to Coast was not the best fit for me. Regardless, Morey followed through on his commitment in a totally professional manner. Even though he knew I was choosing to work with a family friend, he came through in various ways supporting me in getting my return accurate and in maximizing my return. Professionalism when everything is perfect is easy. Professionalism when thing arent going perfect takes something. Coast to Coast surly demonstrated that integrity, follow through and service!

Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Inept tax preparation services. Our taxes were done incorrectly (tax preparer at Coast refused to help amend the situation) and now we are dealing with the IRS and penalty fees. Will never use them again. Run away from this business as fast as you can!
