I have resisted getting a Property manager for years. The time and energy that I have spent over the years managing my own properties seems like a waste of time and money now. I had a vacancy and thats when I decided to hire Ed Swauger and his Team to take over my properties. It has been a complete relief and time saver. He hired the professionals I needed to get the house ready for the next tenants and was able to get a very well qualified Tenant at the proper rent amount. In my experience, this is a very poorly managed company. I dont want to be tacky and list names so Ill just say that one employee and the owner have failed to do their job at pretty much every instance. I strongly encourage potential clients to look elsewhere for property management.

FTPM took over the apartment complex just before I moved in. They immediately began taking steps to address issues that came with the older historic complex. Ed and Jessica have been very responsive to any issues I raised and addressed them quickly. Jessica has worked with me in the courtyard to plant new succulents and try to revive existing plants. She began towing service for our parking spots. Any time I put in a maintenance request I heard from someone within hours. They are approachable, kind and professional. I think FTPM will do great things to improve my apartment complex and make it an even better place to live!
