In reference to the company reply: the acct was in my wifes name.We were with the company for a few years. The service was as expected of any pool servicing company. The only minor annoyance was they would send email asking to pay, even though we were on auto payment.Few weeks ago, the pool started to smell and water tasted funny. There was no interruption in the cleaning service. So, I was surprised why that would even happen.My kids use the pool, so I was concerned for their health and safety. I called the office and I was told someone will call back. No one called back. A few days later I called again. No one answered, so I left message stating my concerns and requesting a call back. I still have not received a call back.I was very disappointed at the neglect. Obviously, they did not care for us or our health.I ended up calling them to cancel the service. I was surprised they did not even ask why I was leaving. I guess they do not care on losing customers.The lady said you have paid for this month and 1 last service would be performed. Lo behold, no one came and they just left the backyard key on the side of the front door, which I happen to find 2 days later.A pool care company has responsibility towards their customers and health, considering potential water borne diseases. Hopefully, others do not experience what we did with this company.

Im fully agree and warn others to stay away from their services. No Words In Dictionary to describe how disgusting experience both by office communication and service within even 3weeks. Several emails sent no response or no call. Kyle seems to be a good guy in the beginning but never bothered to response us after service started. They simply want more $$ to do unnecessary things but no service. Office manager put on hold for 13 minutes, she had no clue what she was talking to. Service tech did not show but they are so careless they even did not bother to inform us. So i expressed my concern to Kathy requesting her to pass it to the tech. I asked Bill a service manager, did Kathy inform you my concern? He said we dont have a name Kathy work in office. Its simply a Joke!!! I requested Bill; after you done please update me in few seconds before you leave..You know what he said? Im not going to have any seconds..He also had a dirty, mean and funny look at me..Those kinds of people are there have no manner or respect at all. I know it cost us but very lucky to be out within a 3weeks before further damage...Very shameful..Sorry, but your response is not TRUE, which can mislead to the public. The fact is: yes he found small issue, which we discussed. We talked and informed that GE Electric had fixed it. More importantly after that you had done service twice without any issues from our side, why and how?FYI: Currently, without spending extra money our water is sparkling, pool condition is perfect no issues at all. Think why?? What you did v/s present? Sorry for you service is true...

We were very impressed with the technicians knowledge and experience. With little explanation, he understood the issue. He solved it in a timely manner and explained what he did for our future reference. We would definitely call San Dieguito Pool Center if we had another problem!

We had a great experience with San Dieguito Pool Center! They were friendly and professional. We have an in-ground spa that needed to be updated and they took great care of us. We got a few quotes and found that their pricing and customer service was the best. We felt like they were honest about what we actually needed, and what items we could have covered by our home insurance policy. Very nice when you have a company that doesnt make you feel like you are getting scammed. Gavin was our technician and he was awesome. Great communication, hard working, and always showed up on time. He spent time explaining each step to us which I really appreciated. Now we can control our spa with our phones and feel so much more comfortable that everything with our spa is up to date and safe. Highly recommend.

I was happy with san Diguito pools repair

This work order was for a warranty repair with a new Pentair spa light. Once installed the light wouldnt come on. I called San Dieguito Pool Center, an authorized Pentair dealer/repair center, for a warranty repair and they were very responsive, flexible with time of visit, and quickly corrected the failure which most likely occurred during rough handling during shipping. Extremely professional, easy to work with, and top-notch technician. Two thumbs up from me!

These guys answered the phone every time I called them, were extremely polite and accommodating and got the job done. My tech, chewy, while run ragged with a seemingly overwhelming work load made sure to get back to me when I reached, responded to text messages and phone calls, even well after hours and was accommodating, coming by between jobs to help me set the valves and new pump even when I was not on the schedule. The ladies that took my calls were lovely to speak with and even though they are clear slammed with calls were able to focus, working through each one of my questions and concerns until the issue was resolved.Thanks guys!

We use San Dieguito Pool Service for weekly pool maintenance and repairs. Their weekly service is excellent, with weekly email updates, as is the work of their repair team. They have helped us out with equipment updates, stone work repairs, and pebble tech cleaning and patching. Their team lead, Kyle, is always just a text away from answering any pool questions I might have. Their team is highly recommended!

Had a home warranty repair done by San Dieguito when my spa heater broke. Within a week and a half, they had my new spa approved, ordered, and installed. Fast!

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUBSTANDARD POOL MAINTENANCE!We switched to San Dieguito Pool for weekly service on our newly constructed salt water pool. The chemicals were always off. The pool tech added salt when the levels were already optimal and I had specifically told him not to do so. They were charging 125/ month and they never vacuumed the pool it was basically just for chemicals and they would brush the sides of the pool off. When I reached out to customer service for help they were less than understanding. Janell specifically is a nightmare to work with. I have other friends who are using San Dieguito Pool and have the same opinions of her.Before labor day weekend our pool was serviced on Thursday. Later that afternoon I noticed the water did not look right. I used strips and the 5 step kit to check the chemicals and they were off. Our Chlorine was .5 ppm and the alkalinity and pH were extremely low. According to San Dieguitos report they were all average readings. I called to report it the next morning since they close at 3pm and she said that I must me testing wrong and they would show me how next time. They also said that they could not come out for 1 week to take a look. I took a water sample to Leslie Pool and their test confirmed my 2 previous tests. I emailed the results to San Dieguito pool and they still would not come and fix their work. I canceled them that day and asked for a refund for my last 2 services they would not and only credited 1 visit (which i had to spend almost 70 bucks in chemicals to fix their mistakes)

Did a great job! Love our new spa heater. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the cleanup afterwards but we continue to still love the overall install of our spa heater. Thank you!

I have had this company come out for repairs several times and they are amazing, professional and reasonably priced.

Several times I had a scheduled service date and nobody showed up and no call to let me know they couldn’t make it. They were hired to fix a leaking filter. My filter still leaks. I have now gone to a different pool service provider. I will not use this company again.

My pool heater has an intermittent problem. Sometimes, when turned on, it simply displays a red Service Heater light. I talked on the phone with the technician before he came out and informed him that the problem is intermittent. He came out to my house, looked at the heater, saw it working, said nothings wrong. The next night, I had company and was unable to heat the spa due to this error. I then received a bill for $95 for the technician who did NOTHING and offered no plan of attack, or any other options. When I complained about $95 for nothing, they said I got a bargain because they normally charge $125 to look at something. I am forced to get competent service elsewhere. By the way... I was never informed about, or agreed to pay any visit fee. Their customer service is the WORST - simply tell you tough Sh**. Pay us our money.

The owner Mike and his wife are extremely rude and also will steal from you if you give them the opportunity.

Very unprofessional and lazy workers. We had this company do our pool maintenance weekly and they did a horrible job. One employee in particular( Dark skin complexion and wears headphones) has a horrible attitude and does the most half-a** job I’ve ever seen. Do not use this pool service.

I would not recommend this pool company for anything. They do not do what they are supposed to do and when they do a job it is at the bare minimum. They schedule a time and dont show up. They didnt even call to change the date. We had to call them and their response was we have bigger jobs we are doing right now and have to reschedule. A job that should have taken 3 hours took 1 appointment where they showed up, had to come back to fix what they didnt fix in the first place then two other appointments rescheduled because of bigger jobs. We finally called another pool company and the issue was fixed correctly in 3 hours. This company was the most unprofessional company I have delt with in a long time. DO NOT USE!
