Petsmart was the only place that had the cat food my cat likes. He has a sensitive stomach.

5 star grooming experience! We just moved here from San Diego and was worried about finding a good groomer for my German shepherd.I had been going to Unleashed by petco...Im absolutely amazed with how much better the service is at this PetSmart!Vanessa in the grooming department deserves more $ for her commitment to her clients.This was our first time going and the entire staff was friendly.Vanessa ensured my 88lb girl was well taken care of.I picked up my gsd with the best coat brushing Ive ever seen.Great toe nail length for the trim, and amazing attention to her sensitive German shepherd ears.This store is truly lucky to have Vanessa as a part of the grooming team!Great store in general but best grooming department!

The store was well stocked, tidy & clean. They had great prices too! The cashier was friendly. She took the time to re-ring my items in order to sign me up for their treats club, so I would get a 25% discount. Really appreciated that! Way to go PetSmart!

Its nice to have a real pet supply store to visit. The item I needed would have difficult to access online. The employees were helpful and kind. Good shopping experience!

Although they couldnt help me with what I needed they gave me several suggestions as to where to find this product.(a small ramp with platform at the top). The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love taking my sweet dog to go find new treats. There are so many fun things to choose from.

Horrible customer service. Made an online purchase of a heavy item for curbside pickup. During website purchase, no mention was posted that carryout ends at 7 pm at some stores, which, turns out includes Escondido. I arrive at 7:30, not realizing theres no curbside after 7. Im told no exceptions. Bummer. I ask if I come inside to pick up will someone carry the item to my car? You know, basic carryout service most pet stores offer for heavy items. Guy says not after 7 pm and hangs up on me. Petco does curbside until they close and always willingly loads heavy items for customers. So does Kahoots. Theres zero reason to shop at Petsmart. Ill take my business elsewhere.

It was not good at all. Everyone was so rude. Took my dogs to the hotel. They didn’t even give them water they came to us crying and they were really thirsty. We paid them for absolutely nothing.

We dropped our 8mth pup over at thanksgiving for a couple of days and she came back a deep gash in her hind leg. I called and reported the issue but it was of no use.

We bought my daughters 1st fish. So much fun. A red beta fish very vibrant. Perfect for low maintenance pets.

I bought two guinea pigs here, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ive taken my dog to doggy day camp. This place is so cool. They have a schedule hour by hour on what they do with the dogs. They have snack time, then ice cream time they even sit down to read to the dogs. You gotta check them out.

Theres a lot of inventory, the prices are great just as their employees are too!

Has everything you need. However, my wife and I tried to adopt two kittens while there but because of COVID, you have to email this specific email they give you to set up an appointment. Unfortunately, when I did email the person, I got no response and still dont. Its ok though because we found other cats to adopt somewhere else.

This place has a movie theater and I do a lot of business at PetSmart since I have a dog. However the homeless in this area are really bad. And at night they can be outright aggressive and mean.

Love the grooming. I took my miniature schnauzer for a puppy service since my puppy is 4 months old, the ladys were awesome and they really took care of my puppy. Great service.

This pets mart has such a great variety of food. My dog discovered Nulo brand food and she loves it so of course now my cats do too. This location is easy to get to from the freeway and get back to the freeway from. The employees are always nice and chat with us for a second when we go in.

Went in to get my dogs nails trimmed. They took great care with her as she has some sensitive areas. She came out looking perky and happy!

Overall good store in a proximity, but I wish they carry more types of fishes.

Staff was cheerful, and excited to assist me as i needed. They helped me find a few items that i could not find initially. Great shopping experience at this particular Petsmart store.

They took care of me on several occasions in regards to a price match and price discrepancies over the years. More recently I was watching them handle an unruly customer and they handled it professionally. Ive never had any issues with the team there, theyre always present and willing to help.

Took my dog for her first Covid grooming and the process was pretty smooth and easy. Ill be sure to bring back my dog and refer others to my dogs groomer as well. Im happy with the customer service and communication given all around.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Found more products than I was looking for since they are the only store that I found that carries many items that are not in other pet stores. Their prices and sales items are fantastic, very reasonable. I am very pleased I found this store.

The grooming service is great! The girls that trim my cats claws on a regular basis our so sweet and so kind to me and my cat! No matter how busy they are they will clip his claws and do a excellent job!

When shelter animals get a forever home we all win....PetSmart no exception!!! Because all San Diego shelters follow a no kill policy...there are tons of deserving animals waiting. We picked out an animal a few months ago from the Humane Shelter and he has already won the hearts of family, friends, and neighbors.

My dog Jack looked great afterward, BUT, the other dogs (2 of them) looked terrified on the grooming tables. The one male groomer there had the collar so high on this dogs neck and attached to the pole the front legs of the dog were up in the air 😕 I mentioned this to the manager but nothing was done....

Everyone was patient and helpful as we dropped our buddy off for the first time at doggy day camp. The staffs lovely demeanor helped us feel confident that he would be well taken care of for the day.

It was my first time here today and my first fime buying food for my dog. a man named Micheal with semi grey hair helped me out. this was 2pm on 1/2/20. He was super helpful and made finding what I needed very easy. I would highly recommend going here for your pet needs.

Normally my trips there are nice and helped out with a friendly smile. Todays visit was different, I am disabled and had asked the clerk if she could get someone to trade the three cans that I picked up by mistake, she was more than happy to call back and have someone do this, the person that came up with the cans looked at me and says they were right there on the shelf you know then asked if I wanted the empty box. She was very rude and have no intention on ever asking for help at this pet smart again.

I love seeing the animals that are up for adoption. The place is kept clean and organized, they also have a great selection for pets. The staff are very nice and helpful by asking you if you have any questions or need help finding something.

Memories, but this place was clean and seemingly renovated recently. The salad bar was also very clean and tempting for the next visit.

This is a very nice store with very friendly staff. We took our pup in to get some new toys, and the staff gave her a free puppy ice-cream sundae! One of the managers was also very helpful when helping us find the right toys - I think her name was Lisa (a young blonde girl).

Manager was nice and corrected the cashier initially helping us. She suffered from some serious short term memory loss. Tried to charge me for what I had already paid for 10 minutes before. Dont shop when manager not present. That cashier is a serious liability

Very organized. The employees are helpful. Only thing I didnt understand is how they could have a brand of retractible leashes that have an accessory for treats/bags but not actually supply the accessories.

We have started going to PetSmart over the other big brand place who recently stopped carrying our brand of cat food. PetSmart has a lot of brands, shelves are well stocked, store is neat, personnel is friendly. Only 4 stars because there is no location close to my house.

Great shampoo, teeth cleaning, nail grinding and great Customer Service at a great value. You even get a Pawgress report! 😊 I will definitely be going back.!
