These guys can do double sided keys unlike the little kiosks you always waist your money on. They are very affordable, and every key made fit like a glove. The customer service was great, all 3 guys initiated me, they were informative and answered all of my questions. If I ever need another key made this is the only place I am going to go to. 5 stars for great and fast service.

Easy to schedule, fast appointment. Very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to quickly and easily change out our locks. Took the time to educate us about the locks on other doors and we will call them again at a later time. Great service, highly recommend.

Had a hard to find chipped key and these guys shipped one from their other store. Very professional staff with an almost museum setting with all the safes and locks around. Good place to just sit, listen, and learn stuff.

Very nice service. One of the guys was able to extract a broken key out of a cylinder that came out of an old machinery and still was able to use the broken piece to make copies of it. Did it in very short time too.

The locksmith was over an hour late, didnt have all the tools necessary to complete the job, was unable to pick the lock on my 27 year old car, damaged the window surround trying to force a slim jim through, then told me I would have to reschedule for the next day when they could bring the correct tools. Not impressed with the service.Read between the lines on the review response, too- if they had brought the tools to take a lock impression the first time this would have been a non-issue. I declined to have a second technician come out the next day after seeing that the technician had damaged my vehicle.

I came here to get a duplicate key for my car (the dealership wanted approximately $7 billion for this). I called for an appointment and the young lady on the phone was personable and professional, so even from my first interaction with this business, I had a positive experience. Walking in to Busy Bees was like walking into a family gathering. Everyone was friendly, lots of jokes, but don’t be fooled; these guys are skilled professionals. It’s so refreshing to interact with a business that is focused on quality, honesty and exceptional customer service. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere for any type of locksmith service.

Recently lost my keys to my car and with no spare one, I decide to give these guy a try. Saving me the Hassel of getting the car towed to the dealer. Let me tell you this, these guys are GREAT!! The promptness in there service is most appreciated. The tech arrived just at the time he said he would. In addition to programing a new key into the cars system, they were also able to repair the drivers side door lock.

After a thief damaged the door lock cylinder on my truck I could not find a replacement anywhere online including the local auto dealerships. Went on the Busy Bee web site. Gave them my info. Within minutes they responded. Gave them the details on my truck. Maybe an hour later they told me they could get my lock cylinder by the next day and gave me the choice as to where to get it rekeyed. I chose the Escondido store. The next day they told me it would be available at 2 pm at that store. By 3pm I was headed home with an exact replacement .Great folks to deal with at very fair prices.

Friendly, helpful, had what I needed in stock... if slightly pricey. But saved me a trip and another purchase, so worth it.

I have used them many times over the years for commerical and residential applications. At least once a month I send them a referal. Today i was very disappointed they will not cut keys if its not their blanks. Even if you agree to no warranty/ liability. They dont have remote flip keys so its not like i was trying to take away business or profit. His reasoning was people give him bad reviews. He has a perfect rating so far and i dont plan on tarnishing it. Its just sad that this world is more worried about a web review than helping a customer.
