Samsung Galaxy a10e suddenly showed SIM not found error while I was reading from Kindle app. Restarted, removed and replaced SIM tray, tried a hard boot, all to no avail.First - Thank you for being open on Sunday! Second- the young woman at the store was was very nice. She tried the same things I had tried so I told her I would just buy a new SIM card since the old one had obviously lost its mind.

Before I start to rant about the horrible operation this is, I do NOT want this to be a reflection on the employee. I said employee, one, not plural.This completely falls in the owner of this authorized retailer of Verizons.I went there two weeks ago late in the afternoon on a Friday. They are only allowing one person in the store at a time which I understand as the owner is too cheap to have more than ONE employee in the store on a FRIDAY. There was a family outside sitting in chairs and they had been waiting for an hour.I thought they may be in soon, so I waited for about an hour myself.I had to leave, so I came back the next day on a Saturday. The SAME family that was there the night before was back and had been waiting again for over an hour.ONE employee inside and I waited for and hour and a half. I left in frustration and figured so would just not come back to this location.I was in need of a phone case for my new phone so today, on a Saturday, I went to the store and there was ONE employee again helping ONE customer. I waited for about 45 minutes and the one employee finally came out and said he was going to be another 15-20 minutes. I was very upset at this point and said all I need is a phone case. He did come back out with one cheap hard plastic case that he said was $44 (loaded land from China, 85 cents) and I said forget it.The point: the owner of this dealership does not deserve to have a license to sell Verizon service and equipment. Avoid this place at all costs!

Elmer was the only Verizon rap in the store today. He was helping another customer when I came in. Hes knowledge me, and I waited about 20 minutes for him to finish up with that customer. However, it seemed like I had to press him to help me. He blamed Google and said that Verizon could not do anything about it. When I questioned him about Verizon not being able to help thats when he started helping. He eventually figured out what the issues were with my phone but he was kind of rude.

Authorized Verizon retailer. Not a Verizon store.Sold me a Verizon sim card that A) didnt work B) I was informed by the employees at the Verizon customer service, they are not supposed to sell Verizon sim cards. They are free.

Under no circumstances whatsoever would I ever recommend this Verizon store to others. One of the employees there (Ashley) there is incredibly rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and just downright hateful toward customers. For example, during my one (and thankfully only) visit to this store, this woman did not smile one time, nor did she seem like she even wanted to be there interacting with customers. Additionally, there were several people who were not wearing masks in the store when I went to visit this establishment, and Ashley did absolutely nothing to correct or address any of this - even as we are in the midst of a global pandemic? When it was finally my turn in line, this employee, Ashley became downright rude and belligerent towards me when I had attempted to ask questions and seek basic clarification regarding some of the various phones and products here at the store. Perhaps I just happened to catch her on an off day, but honestly, based upon her overall demeanor, I just assume that shes probably this unfriendly and rude all the time. Despite me having already complained to Corporate about my horrible experience here at this store, Im still going to post this review, in hopes that others can make an informed decision about whether or not theyd want to shop here. Based upon my really bad experiences dealing with this particular store employee, Ashley, my recommendation would be to just avoid this store altogether. There are many other phone retailers that you can go to who offer significantly better customer service than this store offers, and without the unnecessary rudeness, disrespect, and unfriendliness that youre likely to encounter here.

Online it says this store opens at 9, and we arrived at 9:00 AM on the dot but the security gate was still closed and the time posted on the door say 10:00 AM. We almost turned around but I went up to the door anyways and the guy working there said they are open early for the holiday season. He opened up shop and was finishing checking in some items before helping us. We went there to upgrade my phone. I believe Miguel was the one helping us. He was very polite and helpful. They only had two color options of the iPhone 11 Pro. I didn’t really care what color I got, so it didn’t bother me.. but some people might want a specific color. My husband wanted to just buy the phone outright instead of making payments on it... but for some reason Verizon only allows the customer to pay for most of the phone and have to finance $50. Not sure why that is, but it’s not Miguel’s fault... again, not that big of a deal, just more annoying than anything. We will just pay the $50 on the next bill. Anyways, everything was transferred over from my old phone and he helped us set it up. Another (older) customer came in when we were almost done. She seemed like a regular and he greeted her by name and was so sweet towards her. He was trying to help her with whatever technological issue she had that day.

They were able to address my concerns very efficiently without getting off track, They were very helpful during the tough decision making process picking a phone that works for me. Did I mention they were quick but also took the time to make sure my phone worked before I left the store and they transferred my contacts as I requested with no problems.

He made sure to give me every detail that we needed to know and he would made sure to take his time with us during our purchase of our new iPhone. Despite being a Verizon authorized retailer, they wanted to charge $10 to replace a defective sim card when Verizon tech support said any store can replace it for free.**EDIT** I ended up going to a different Verizon Store, also Victra, and had the fee waived to replace the defective sim card.

Not even 1 star if I could post without one. This store is horrible. The only goal here is to up sale customers. Twice I have rent into this store and been told lies. Never will I go in there again. It is worth it to go to a corporate store that has trained employees that actually know what they are talking about. This store has young peoples that dont know anything.

Very helpful and quick. There was no wait at all. I needed to fix a problem with a new sim card and it was handled with ease. They even allowed me to bring my large dog into the store rather than leave him in a hot car.

My husband and I came into this Verizon store in mid-September, and had such a pleasant experience. We had just returned back from being abroad for nearly two years, and wanted to restore old numbers and get synced back with the family plan. The man and woman who helped us were so patient and helpful; not only did they assist us with saving money on the family plan (turns out my moms plan was two generations behind the newest one!), saving my family money, but they also did the impossible: set up the ulocked (but still sort of locked...) iPhone Id purchased in Cambodia, with a SIM card. Honestly, the customer service was top notch, we were helped in every way possible, AND we walked out with an updated plan, extra monthly GB, for LESS money. Happy customers right here!! I wish I remembered these sales associates names so I could thank them personally. So helpful!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I made a payment at their center on Monday. After the Assistant Manager realized he made a mistake and paid a different account, he didnt inform me. However, he did send an e-mail to have it fixed. Not telling me any of this. Well, a week passed and payment still hasnt posted. I head down there and hang out with Jeremy Fillpot for 30 minutes trying to have him fix it. Since he was the one that took my payment originally. After some time passed he started to get short with me and told me that there is nothing he can do and to try in a couple days and see if he can do something then. He basically was trying to get me out of the store. Didnt file a claim or anything just that i should try in a few days. I will never go there again, and after being a 8 year customer, im considering leaving Verizon. The issue did get resolved but after i was on the phone with them for what seemed like forever. Doing all the leg work that this manager should have done in the first place since he is the one that messed up. It was awesome doing his job. THANKS JEREMY!

Trashy, manipulative sales, and run down location - they will charge you an arm and a leg. We spent 4 hours with Elias there and at the very last minute charged us 250 - went to a real verizon store (san marcos) they cut 40 off our monthly bill and left the door with a new phone and in 45 minutes

You will be better off going to a Coorperate Verizon store. These people are unprofessional and they will try to scam you for your money. They have no regards for customer service, theyre only focused on their commissions. I hope this place gets shut down.

Abraham, store manager, needs a few lessons in customer service. Although I was told by corporate tech support that I could walk into a store and exchange my defective 6 week old Tab E, Abraham said no!When I tried to tell him my side of the issue all he did was shake his head and make a face like he was smelling a bad odor in the room.Abraham could not or would not take care of the problem because I dont have the box that device came in. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX? Me neither.It seems that every person at Verizon has a different answer to every question or problem.Is it time to move on to another carrier?? Probably!And Abraham, never start with no.

I know Im so upset with this place, plus they want to recharge money for everything. I got 2 insurances that I did not ask without knowing and they charged me for things that were not explained, and this is not a direct verizon, I recommend the direct truth in san marcos, that is a worthy place to give 5 stars.
