If you have Verizon, do not shop here. They don’t have your best interest at heart, and they aren’t a direct Verizon store. The rep signed me up for a protection plan that I declined with her several times (even signed a form declining), that I had to further contact Verizon to get reversed but I was still charged. Also when I was shopping there and the manager wasn’t even wearing a mask.... Overall super disappointing experience. Make sure you deal with Verizon directly.

Ive been to this location twice. The first time would have been back on September 5th 2019. Tyler who has since relocated to another store was the current manager. He definitely helped me through issues I was having on my new phone. Also, kept me there after hours to make sure I was comfortable before leaving. All thebest Tyler in your new endeavors. Thank youMy second visit was today. I arrive minutes before 10:00. Josh met me at the front door and greeted me. I had brought in a refurbished phone that was sent to me from Verizon out of Texas. I told Josh what the problems were that I was having. He then explained the process in what he had to do to swap phones...He handled the situation friendly and professionally. Within 35 minutes I was walking out the door with a smile.This location will be the only location I ever attend while Im in San Diego county.Thank you Josh!

These sales people were not upfront and honest about how much I was to be actually paying for the cell phone and the long-term agreement and in order to receive my discount I would have to pay for 2 yrs! Watch out for 15$ added a month protection plan!

Abraham, and especially Devante (who was absolutely exceptional) were great, and if not for the woman who works in this store, Bibiana (AKA BB), I would have given this store 5 stars. I purchased my wifes iPhone from Abraham who was very courteous, kind, and patient. However, when I went in to pick up my iPhone, BB denied that I had even ordered a phone until I provided the receipt. From there on, she was insulting and absolutely rude. Fortunately, I challenged her insulting demeanor all along the way, but she didnt even bother to help me set up my phone, and even entered my phone number incorrectly. I had to take the phone back a few hours later, at which time Devante, who was quite the gentleman, set up my phone perfectly, and tested everything out before I left. My question: Why should he have to clean up BBs messes? After having been a Verizon customer for approximately 15 years, and having just spent $1250 on an iPhone, youd think this lady could have been a bit more pleasant and helpful to me. Verizon, if you care about your loyal customers, at the very least, youll reprimand this woman. If shes this unhelpful and rude to me, you can be certain shes been this way to many other customers. Truly, Im a very easy person to get along with and quite patient, but I have very little patience for this degree of incompetence and insolence. This is the first google review Ive ever written, and Ive written many, in which I called out an employee by name, but if youre a customer, avoid this woman, Bibiana, like the corona plague!

The new store is bigger and both Christian and Isreal were very pleasant answered questions and I felt like a valued customer. It isnt the closest to where I love but I would make it a point to return because of the wonderful customer service I received.

I came in with a malfunctioning, hot phone and left with a newer model complete with case, screen protector and a mobile Hotspot for less than Im currently paying monthly. I am a previous employee of GoWireless a retailer of Verizon. I am leaving this review to warn all consumers to NOT ENTER THIS LOCATION for these provided reasons;-As a retailer they have less control over the corporate systems-they lie and manipulate you into fake rated plans and slam you with devices that aren’t needed-The current store manager Rick Lockridge has no control over his team and shows no respect to his customers-the employees of the store are under-educated and make many mistakes which have led to lawsuits in the past, for instance a lawsuit where an employee as separate store stole 1,500 dollars of equipment from a customerAs a recommendation visit the Corporate location located in San Marcos only a few miles away. They do everything correct and by the book and will not lie nor add things to your account without permission. Again this is coming from a previous employee and I was forced to lie and was told if not I would be fired hence the reason I quit the company. AVOID ALL GOWIRELESS RETAILERS

Horrible experience, service was unsatisfactory. Staff confused us and mislead us on plans for our family. They couldn’t complete anything we needed and gave us the run around for over 3 hours. We had to leave to pick our Kids up from school and were left with no answers. The manger was on lunch for over 3 hours apparently, because we were never allowed to speak to anyone in charge. I would not Reccomend this store to anyone.

They know nothing of the phones they sell. I was having a problem with my phone and I was out and about so I figured I would stop in and see if they could help me. They could but chose not to, then they tried to lie to me and say my phone was not under warranty and if I wanted a replacement it would cost me a $200 deductible. They said I should just buy a new phone. So when I asked them about phone specs she tries so hard to sound like she knew but she was making up phone components that dont exist. She actually said that an LG 20 had a Snapdragon 3.0 in it. That was when I left politely and called Verizon; only to learn my assumption was correct, they were just trying to make a sale. I went to a real Verizon store and ordered my replacement phone for free.

I wanted to see if it was possible to get the new Iphone 6. I went into this Verizon and spoke with Jake. He was very patient with me and really helped me. I was able to get the new phone and also Jake was able to help me Verizons current promotion which reduced my monthly bill.Because I waited until after the launch of the Iphone6 I had to order it. Jake stayed in communication with me via phone / text letting me know when the phone was coming in, giving me updates.I highly recommend this place, I highly recommend letting Jake help you.

Wow, just got excellent service from this place for my new Hotspot device. Bibiana programed the device to pair with my tablet instantly plus she included a,charging station and a great rebate. She also gave me credits and arranged my bill to equal the same price I was already paying before. I was impressed and now I dont have to worry if my clients have Internet in their hones at their home visits and having to ask for their password to connect. This will be great! Thank you Bibiana!

I initially went in the morning and had a female assist me and she wasnt much help. My iPhone 5 starting out if nowhere blitzing on me. I was already out of warranty and did not have insurance. The phone was absolutely fine. But because if the IOS 8 update and with the 6 coming out, my iPhone 5 was an antique. I went to apple store to see what they can do... And it was absolutely nothing.My next upgrade will be on November 15, 2014... And I just hated to think that I would have to edit that long to have a phone that works. When I came back to verizon wireless, Stormy C assisted me. He was awesome and was able to look at every possible way in getting me a phone that not only worked but that the price was right. He was able to get me into the verizon edge program and a new just out the box iPhone 5S. My plan is better than what is was before and I absolutely love my phone. Stormy is awesome and very pleased with the service:)

First I want to preface with I hold customer service in high regard and base this review solely on that. My wife and I went into the store to upgrade our phones. The staff was all to happy to help us out with the upgrades, but they were also willing to lie to us bold faced. They included a tablet with our purchase, saying wed only pay tax on it. Come to find out we got charged full price for the tablet, not including access fees. They also told us they were going to wave the disconnect and reconnect fees associated with the new phones, and that was a lie. When I asked them about it, it turned into a a 3 day battle over the phone, and ended with the associate having to call his manager and get authorization to give the $160 back in a credit to the account. He said he was going to do it split into 2 transactions, although he only ever did one. He never returned my phone call after asking him about it. Lastly as part of the whole deal, we wanted to disconnect a third line that was on our account, as we no longer use it. They said no problem and assured us it was disconnected. Nope, still there. And were talking months later. Do yourself a favor and find an actual Verizon store rather than waste your time here. And above all else, avoid Fransico.**Edit**Shortly after posting my review, I was contacted by a manager from this go wireless location named Mailani. She saw my review and wanted to check in and see what the story was. I let her know everything that had happened and she immediately apologized and explained that the place was without any real management at the time of my business there. She told me that she was going to take care of everything that was promised to me, and she did just that. She gave me my missing credit for the fees, as well as credit for the tablet. She was very sincere and professional in how she handled me, and it speaks volumes about the turn around in customer service they are trying to make. I cant give 5 stars due to my previous dealings, but I can give them a 3 star review and I do intend to try them out again and that is all thanks to Mailani.

I read the reviews on this place and most were terrible. But it did fluctuate over the years. Then I saw the review from FEB 14 2012. I used to be in the wireless industry a long time ago and I can easily say some of these reviews negatively affect the store because of a customers incompetence. Example the guy complaining about insurance... have you ever had insurance where there wasnt a deductible? Car accident, $7,000.00 in damages. $500.00 deductible. You buy a phone on a contract which the company(not the rep) takes a loss on but makes up for it on a 2yr agreement. Example iPhone 4S 16GB is $199.99 with a contract. $700.00 at full retail, no upgrade for 20mo unless you add-a-line(lowest cost with Verizon is $9.99mo). Insurance deductible $150 prepaid insurance(most popular iPhone insurance because its new and not a refurb) $200 for 2years. $150+$200=$350. Cheaper than $700(you save half the price).Anyway. I went in and was Greeted by Danny. He was a great guy. The manager was there(Robert Ramirez) and even though I was being sufficently helped, greeted me and asked me if he could do anything for me. The fact he took the time to just to greet me and offer assistance blew me away. Turns out the stores under new management because it was suffering with customer service(I have been to other gowirelesss in Temecula and have had amazing service. Marlon Meija off of temecula parkway was amazing!). I upfront told them I wasnt interested in buying anything, and that I wanted to lower my bill. They spent an hour in a half diagnosing, adjusting, and giving me options on my bill. I ended up doing a buy one get one free on RAZRS(I had a droid x and an original droid before) and still saved $40 monthly on my bill. They adjusted my rate plan and gave me future guidance on it. They noticed a fluke in the system which caused me an unexplainable spike on my bill for two months in a row. This spike had happened 5months ago. The manager, Robert Ramirez, immediately called customer service while Danny helped me set up my new phones. The spike costed me an extra $83 on my bill total. Robert didnt give up until I got a FULL credit on my bill. I have to say I will never go to any other store! They went above and beyond for me! Even before the RAZRS became a real option. And, unlike most stores, they werent incredibly aggressive about closing me on the RAZRS, they were more concerned about my happiness and my customer loyalty. I also learned(and the receipt states the policy clearly) all of their chargers, car chargers, and cases have a life time warranty! If it breaks just bring the defective device or its pieces to any gowireless and they will replace it. You dont even need the receipt because their products are labled. This is the longest review I have ever written, but I feel that this store deserves the accolades for its efforts and its attempt to re-establish business! Please give them a try! You wont be disappointed!
