I visited Daves to obtain a quote on repairing an old laptop. He provided me with a very reasonable quote. I was torn between repair or replacement. He showed me 2 laptops that he had for sale. Both were very reasonably priced. I went with a new laptop. He had it ready to go (with all the software I specified) the next morning. Upon setting up my new laptop, I could see that he worked into the night to get it into my hands ASAP!!! He was very knowledgeable, and a delight to work with.

Our gaming laptop crashed and we got it back running even better and faster. When I couldnt get it to interface with my printer I called and he told me what I needed to do. Friendly and helpful, very responsive and highly recommend.

Although my laptop was beyond repair, Dave treated me with kindness and cared about my situation.. I had a wonderful experience here, and after a long horrible day, he was the thing that turned my day around. I cannot express how grateful I am for him, and his kindness and compassion. I was going to take my printer to be looked at by him, but then I realized the thing was so cheap it wasnt worth it. (It was a gift) So I called Dave anyway and asked him what would be a good brand to work with. And then he said I could drop my printer by so he could recycle it. Hes a helpful guy.

Came in because my laptop’s screen was broken. Not only did they fix it, but he also found out it had a dying BIOS battery. The laptop was ready for pickup a week later and the entire order was extremely reasonably priced. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Computer died and Dave had it fixed and upgraded within a few days for much less than I expected to pay.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place! Dave is a no nonsense kind of person, polite and, most importantly, he really knows his stuff! In my case, he cleaned out my sad, old laptop and made it like new! He even called Dell and spent some serious time on the phone with them to find the original photo software from several years ago that I wanted to keep (did not charge me for this). He set up shortcuts for me to access my many photos easier and beautifully set up my external hard drive while explaining what he was doing and then how I can do it in the future. As far as Im concerned, he gets an A+ for an awesome job at a very reasonable price.

Its been about 3 years from when i came to get my laptop fix, i had an HP with the blue screen of death. thinking that all my files where lost i had no hope until Daves computer repair. all my files where restore my setting everything just like i had it. i will recommend them anytime. a true locally own business with care.

My experience doesnt warrant any stars but I have to select something so that I can post my review. Actually quite disappointed in the assistance I received or more correctly didnt receive. Went in Friday afternoon and after about 20 minutes the girl in there took my name and phone # and said she would call me once she was able to find the part. Saturday I emailed Dave, again requesting an estimate along with a picture of what I needed repaired. No reply until Tuesday when the girl called and left a voice mail referring me to another company to fix my laptop. Wondering if Dave even exists as I never had any contact with him. And seeing that his business card indicates he is retired military and says no job too small or too tough I am really confused about my experience with this company. Expected a lot better than what I got.

I went to Daves store with questions about my computer,while my kids went to the reptile store around the corner,but Daves was closed.Id say I sat there waiting on them to return for about 15mins. Just as my children returned Dave drove up glaring at me.My first thought is ,Ive parked in front of his store and there is some kind of security issue and he figures Im the cause.Im an easy going person so I thought Id get out of the car and talk to him and maybe discuss my computer issue but my girls (3) all teens were frightened by the way he was starring us down and asked me to close the door and leave.Just then he started honking his horn at us and looking even more crazed.My daughter said,Mom i think thats Dave and he wants his parking space.Well from where I sat it appeared he was in a parking spot,besides there was another next to me.I began to back up as he was pushing forward as though he was going to ram into me if I didnt move but the alley behind me was one way so I decided to go around him and as I did he yelled,Its my property you who@#*(rhymes with cores) and jumps out of his SUV and yells stupid bitc@#*(rhymes with glitches) Get this, you know what I noticed afterAll that......he parked in the spot next to the one I was in ,after I left. Go figure >: (
