Never going to go back to this place. I took 3 phones with broken screen to this place. They fixed the screen terribly. All of my phone dont work properly. Touch screen either is not working or it glitches by itself. They also promised to charge us 220 for each phone but he charged me 240 for the first phone without me knowing. Such unprofessional place. Not satisfied at all

My screen was really messed up and need a place to repair it for a decent price. I came to Tech Defense and the worker told me it’d take about 40 minutes or so. I was in no rush so I walked around the mall and came back. The phone still wasn’t ready but I was completely okay with it because I was in absolutely no rush and was just glad they were doing it for me. When I went in for my phone they apologized for the wait and gave me a free charging cable. Excellent customer service, I’ll definitely come again next time I destroy my screen. :)If you’re going here to get your screen repaired, do it as soon as you get to the mall. Then you can walk around while they get to work. I’m really happy with my new screen, my phone looks good as new!

Nice solid service

Went in for a simple screen repair for my iPhone XR had a crack and partial black screen- now screen is fixed aside from the major glitching that wasn’t happening before I took it to him. Went in to get that part fixed and the new tempered glass is broken and after he “tried” to fix it on the second visit. He didn’t tell me he broke it while attempting to fix his first mistake or even just replace the tempered glass. Got 3 items 2 tempered glass screens and my phone screen replacement I was told 109 for the glass which turned 116 plus 21 each for the tempered glass and another 25$ charge for who knows what. He told me on Saturday to come back Monday to possibly try a new screen, came in today (Monday) and they were closed through Thursday. I called The store to ask him what was going on and he blocked my number since the store phone is his personal. At this point I’m asking for a refund so I can take my business to a place that will make sure my phone is done properly

Solid pricing thats more cost effective than apple and/or nearby stores. Once youre in youll get good pricing for the lifetime of your products as long as Tech Defense is a brand. Its been a company for about 10 years so it doesnt look like its going anywhere soon. 👌

Andrew was great. He fixed my daughters iPhone 5S broken touch screen and identified issues that came about from the last repair not being done correctly and causing the screen to break prematurely. I will definitely be bringing business back to Andrew. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Thanks again Tech Defense for getting my daughter back on her phone and my phone back in my pocket.More to add on this. We brought the phone back to Andrew to have the battery replaced and he really took care of us. I highly recommend this place for phone repairs. He is honest, hardworking, and takes the extra time to make sure the job is done right and the service is above and beyond.

I came in, was helped by NATHAN the manager, and left extremely satisfied with the customer service and expeditious work. It was my second time back and they honored my warranty which was extremely helpful. My phone didnt operate well before and now its perfect. Highly recommend.

They sold me a case for $27 that I found on amazon for $9 and when I was skeptical the man kept on pushing it and I am younger and tricked/lured me into wasting my money where I could’ve bought another shirt or clothing item. It was a rip off and my father who has studied marketing and buisness in university even thought so. The guy pulled the phone case out of packaging and put it on my phone even before I could say anything. There are no refunds or exchanges. I can not express how angry I am. My friend was with me and noticed that the guy next to him, who was an employee, was smirking but looking down as if this was a scheme.

I went to tech Defense this las Saturday to replace a screen for an iPhone 6plus for my wife and a i phone 5 crystal for my daughter and I was amazed how good affordable and how quick they did it , I will definitely recommend tach defense to my friends and family. 😃👍

Great Service with great people. I had taken my iPhone to 3 other places getting quotes for My charging issue. All quoting $100 or up. I stopped at Tech Defense at the Mall and showed Michael my Phone. After taking a quick look at it he determined the only thing wrong was some dust stuck in the charging slot. A few seconds later he had it cleaned out and it was charging as good as before. He didnt even charge me. Not only did Michael save me a bunch of money he also explained everything very clearly and never made me feel dumb. Ive already referred people to this shop and will be using them for all future repair needs. Keep up the good work!

I came to Tech Defense to replace my LG G2s broken display/screen replacement and Nate helped me to choose the right part and was amazing in his technical expertise and was quickly able to fix the broken screen. His technical workman ship was fantastic and his behavior towards customers was very cordial and kind.I would recommend all who has to have their cell phones repair to be done by Nate at Tech Defense at Escondido mall near Starbucks.I would go back to Nate for any future cell phone repairs.

I brought my iPhone 5 beachside it had a broken screen and some water damage and David did a great job of replacing the screen and making it look and work like nothing ever happened to it. Then a few days later the home button did not work. Check the warranty on the labor before you get anything done here because you might need to come back.

My brothers iPhone 5S was completely destroyed (shattered screen and back, with the top and bottom coming off of the phone, completely bent out pg shape, imagine the worst case scenario and that was my brothers phone), Nate switched out the frame and screen and also put in a new camera and antenna and left the phone looking like new! Everything worked perfectly and its awesome knowing that we have a 6 month warranty on the phone. Tech Defense is A++!

Took my I-phone 6 here to get the screen replaced so I could trade it in at AT&T to upgrade to an I-Phone 7. Super friendly, super quick service! (phone was repaired in about 30 min!) Definitely recommend this spot if you live in the North County/ Escondido area and ask for Andrew!

I broke my iPhone while I was in Escondido, then found this little kiosk that fixed repair my cracked screen and I bought a new case for my phone too. Great customer service, they were pretty knowledgeable about the repair also which was satisfying. If you need your mobile phone repair near Escondido, I recommend these guys.

I had a broken laptop screen that needed to be replaced ASAP. I took my laptop in, and once they received the new part, Nathan replaced the screen in only ten minutes. It was very quick, and the lowest price I found after calling a few places. I will be coming back here if I have future repairs, and definitely recommend it to all.

Nate the manager for Tech Defense helped me out, I brought my iPad 4th gen in for repair, and he had it done in about 45 minutes. It looks brand new again! I love it! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
