My home warranty company assigned this plumber to me. For some reason, when they called me, it went straight to voicemail. My phone did not ring and I did not have a missed call. I called them two minutes after I received the voicemail and they did not pick up. Their voicemail box was full and said to text them. I texted them. They never responded. I stayed home all day from work and called them many times with no answer. Dont waste your time trying to work with this company.

Was assigned this plumber by a warranty company. Did not call after 24 hours. But in addition never answered their phone. Only voice mail that they dont respond to. You dont want to contract with these people. If you need to get in touch with them mid job - GOOD LUCK. You just dont need company that is unresponsive. Many plumbers out there. Dont waste your time with this company. Just call them and see if you get through to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they are having a bad 24 hours or a family emergency.

Coy is a professional from the start. If you have a plumbing issue I would not call anyone else. He showed up ahead of time, took care of our problem in a very professional manner letting us still conduct business of our own.

A great plumber. Very professional. Arrived on time and I received several texts keeping me informed about the arrival time. Did a great job installing the new regulator value. He also fixed a prior problem when the old regulator was installed. The cost was very reasonable and it was the same price I payed 20 years ago.

I had a deep kitchen sink clog. I had done as much as I could myself, but knew I needed help so I checked around. I checked online and noted all the great reviews. So I called Resurrection Plumbing.When I spoke to Coy and explained the problem, he provided me his options, but recommended the hydro-jet cleaning.I am so glad I did it!I knew my clogging was bad. After seeing all the gunk that came out of our kitchen line, it proved I didnt know how bad it really was! This was at least 10-years worth of gunk - if not more!For you homeowners out there: if youve lived in your home more than 5 years and have not done some preventative maintenance on your kitchen and main lines, call these guys. I highly recommend not just doing the hydro-jet cleaning job, but having these guys do it.Great work. Reasonable prices. All around awesomeness.

Coy at Resurrection Plumbing answered our call early in the morning and came out first thing to clear our main drain clog that was backing up in to the house. More importantly, Coy was transparent during the entire process, showing me the problem on the camera, walking me through the fix, and detailing next steps and preventative actions to avoid the issue in the future. My kind of company!

I used them via home warranty company. The office staff was friendly and informative. I was given a 0800-1300 window. However, the day of service I receive a phone call of the delay from the office around 1130. An hour later finally receive the phone call from field agent, Coy, to notify me that they are on the way. An hour later, they are finally here, but then he was on the phone for a good 5 minutes before talking to me...and the first thing he said was that he cant fix the problem today because FAHW requires an authorization blah blah blah then threatens me to deny my service due to my impatience and the lack of knowledge on the home warranty business. He was in and out within 15mins but I was waiting half day for him.If it wasnt for my tenant. I would have totally kicked him out. I dont need a plumber who doesnt respect customer service at all.

Never showed up or rescheduled. >:|

Highly recommend. I recently purchased a remodeled home and later discovered that that previous contractors poured a significant amount cement down the shower drain causing it to clog. After having 3 previous plumbers attempt to snake the drain without success, I was fortunately connected with Coy at Resurrection Plumbing. While previous plumbers didnt bother to use a camera to see what the actual issue was, that was Coys first response. He showed me the issue and was able to remove the cement entirely from the drain with no damage (saving me a ton of money in the process). Pricing was very fair and all around great people to work with.

They refused to honor their warranty on a water heater they sold and installed. Less than one year later the pressure relief valve failed. When confronted about the warranty, the owner hung up on me.

Customer service was excellent. Felicia was very friendly and helpful. They were able to send someone out quickly and the job was completed in no time. Overall experience was great.

When I called this plumber at 8pm on a Tuesday I didn’t really expect them to answer the phone. To my surprise Coy picked up after one ring. I told him about the issue I was having with my sink. He reassured me it wasn’t an emergency and came by the following morning to fix it. Amazing plumber!

Highly recommend! Woke up to my main water line leaking. Called around to a few 24/7 plumbers. Resurrection Plumbing hustled to get out and diagnose the problem. Coy went over the extent of the repairs. Since it involved the city and we were approaching the weekend, we were without running water for several days. Coy and his team went above and beyond to supply us with water until our water line was repaired. His team is polite and professional. They worked hard to get the repairs done and clean up after themselves. Would call them for future plumbing work.

Our we reported our plumbing stoppage to our home warranty company earlier today, and they let us know Resurrection Plumbing had been assigned. Within just a few hours of placing the claim online, they called to see if we had time for them to come service our needs TODAY... and they were there in 30 minutes!! That was impressive from the get-go, but they continued to impress once they got here. Coy and Ernie were efficient, personable, professional, and skilled. They resolved our issue in a very timely manner, and gave us guidance on how to prevent it in the future. We would definitely want them to service any future needs. (But, of course, hoping we dont have any. Lol.)

Jessie saved the day, and helped us avoid $6,000 of work!Our recently-purchased house had a blocked shower drain. A separate plumbing company (Integrity Plumbing) had come out, attempted to snake the drain, and had no luck. They stated the cast-iron drain pipe had corroded shut, and we would need to jackhammer the bathroom to replace the P-trap and possibly more. The house is 50 years old, so the cast-iron plumbing is nearing the end of its lifespan, and I was dismayed but prepared to accept this.However, the home came with a First American Home Warranty, so we decided to give them a shot. They sent out Resurrection Plumbing as their local contractor. My only complaint is that we were told Resurrection would contact us to schedule, and then we didnt hear anything for a week until I called them. It was, however, the holidays, so I can understand they were crazy busy and also trying to take what time off they could.Once we scheduled an appointment, Jessie from Resurrection showed up on-time and ready to work. We explained the situation, Jessie asked to take a crack at the blockage with his snake, and VOILA he had the blockage cleared within 20 minutes. I suspect due to the age of the pipes this wont be a permanent fix, but Im glad to have my shower back for now. Jessie was friendly, efficient, and professional, and Ill be hanging on to his card.

They will come out for emergencies 24/7 and they do regular appointments too. Everyone on the crew has had a background check and they were really nice and professional. It didnt feel sketchy to let them come in the house and you know how I dont like strangersI was very lucky and was put in contact with Resurrection Plumbing through my home warranty company. Seth and David came out to check for a leak in a drain pipe (which was my best guess at what was wrong). Unfortunately the problem was a little worse than that and the home warranty wouldnt cover anything despite Seths best effort to convince them. The guys explained what they found and the best way to fix it- and the possible temporary fixes too. This the third time in twelve months the home warranty company has sent a plumber to my house and the first time a plumber told me everything that was wrong with my drain lines and how to actually fix it. I could have kept fixing small leaks and other issues for years but my house would have continued to smell like a sewer everyday and that is what I wanted fixed.I gave up on the home warranty decided to make an appointment to have the recommended repairs done. Before I could even make an appointment Coy, the owner, called me to tell me about the openings they had in their schedule and to talk about the issues the crew found because his crew had already told him about my situation. He fit me right into the schedule and kept all the work on the same day to help save me some money. On the day of the repairs everything went smooth and the crew showed me all of the work when they were done.The prices were reasonable, the whole crew I interacted with (Seth, David, Coy, and Ernie) were exceptionally polite and professional, and they all went above and beyond with the work they performed. I had a bad experience with this company while communicating with a man named Cory. He promised to come to our home to repair a possible sewer line blockage. He said their company didnt do emergency work with our home warranty company on the weekend and made arrangements to receive an emergency repair payment from us. When we contacted our home warranty company for resolution to see if he could receive the payment from them, he sent me an appointment cancellation text message while the representative was trying to work with him. After that, he did not answer the telephone when warranty company representatives attempted to contact him twice. I received horrible customer service from this company!!!

Its the worst when you wake up and need to get ready for work, and your sink stops working. Knowing I need water to function I called Resurrection Plumbing panicking and they sent out a tech named Jessie who was very respectful and helpful. He fixed the issues at hand quickly and cleaned up the mess he made in the process. Ever since than I have been using Resurrection for all my plumbing needs, and I have yet to be disappointed. Updating review. Due to HUGE ISSUES with my home warranty company American Home Shield and their neglegint customer service protocol, this company was not given the opportunity to complete the job. It is because warranty companies improperly handle claims that these good companies DONT WANT TO TAKE HOME WARRANTY JOBS. I was told information from my warranty company that apparently was not in fact true, and believed the company to be at fault and this has been extremely frustrating, and to my absolute SHOCK, they canceled this company and assigned a new company, and the new company the plumber who showed up was to my dismay, the original plumber who did the installation wrong in the first place, working under a different company name. Coy was very respectful and understanding when we spoke about the huge miscommunication and explained to me about why there was no follow up communication from Resurrection plumbing to me, and I appreciate that.

We had an issue with our main sewer line and contacted our home warranty to get a plumber out here to diagnose the problem. Coy was johnny on the spot today and got out here ahead of the originally scheduled time. He was very polite, super professional, and a pleasure to work with. The problem wasnt fixable today, unfortunately. However, Im looking forward to working with him in the near future. Coy and his team at Resurrection Plumbing are the best. First, they explain everything they are doing (and why they are doing it) step by step. Then, they keep you informed as they go along. They show up when they say they will and they work hard all day. All the technicians know what they are doing and they aim to please. My plumbing disaster was the the worst thing that happened in an already bad week. Resurrection Plumbing couldnt take away all the pain, but they sure did a good job of making things right. Oh yeah, the price is right too. They are willing to work with you to make things happen. Great company all around.

So Thankful that they were so helpful- even with their busy schedule they came to our home at 7 pm and stayed until 9 pm. The first trip they were unable to complete the job since they needed their camera and it was on another job. The next day they arrived as promised, with the high tech equipment and cleared our drain. Saving our Thanksgiving and my sanity!! All of the plumbers who were dispatched to our home were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up all mess and kept us informed about what was going on and what the next step would be! It is great to find hard working and honest plumbing contractors! Coy saved the day when he was able to fix our water heater last week. With a big family we rely on our water heater for showers, laundry, dishawashing, and a lot more. Most horrible plumbing service company in my experience. Coy exemplifies unprofessional and poor customer service, he pressures/cheats customer to purchase unwanted products, and charges the most outrages prices. I actually saved $700 to install the same exact water heater with another plumber who was humble, courteous and more importantly listened to my/customer need. I wasted $105 just on the service call and to be entertained by Coys attitude and unprofessional service. I will not recommend Resurrection Plumbing to anyone in/around San Diego.

Our garbage disposal was replaced by Resurrection Plumbing on 10-3-16. They were referred to us by American Home Shield. We had originally made the appointment for the Thursday, but they called on the day it was supposed to be fixed to say that their plumber had run into problems on the job so we had to reschedule until the following Monday. It was an inconvenience, but since it was just a garbage disposal we knew we could do without it for a little while longer. On Monday the plumber called ahead to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He installed the disposal quickly, showed us that it was in good working order and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and professional. We would use this plumber again if needed.

The most inefficient and unprofessional company, plumber did not show up for the second time and claimed that he was at the property and nobody was home, , the girl Jessica is the confused and careless manger at the company.Do not trust this company at all,

I am using old republic home protection as my home warranty. When I had faucet problem, old republic assigned resurrection plumbing to do the job. It took resurrection one week to show up, and took another 2 and half week to install it (10 days to get part, which is not their fault). Installing fixation can be done by inexperience person in half hour. They charged me DISCOUNT rate of over $200/hour, I would not recommend Resurrection plumbing to any of my friend.

Go out of their way to de-prioritize home warranty repairs, very poor communication, and they are dishonest in their handling of service contracts (cancelled a work order claiming the issue was resolved instead of admitting to poor communication and untimely responses).

The person from Resurrection plumbing came home to replace my kitchen sink, and try to sweet talk his services and honesty etc. He took all the measurements to check with his vendor and then later confirmed that he will be able to replace it as all the specs matched. When he showed up to finish the job after few days, he said he cant do it as the specs didnt match. Just wasted my time and fee on him, and then he blamed the vendor. Wont recommend them to anyone. There is no point to come over, and take all the measurements and then confirm when you cant do it regardless. Blaming someone else is very easy at that point. Highly unprofessional and incompetent

Our toilet was a little loose at the closet flange and had a minor leak. It needed to be reset with a new wax ring and needed a new supply valve. Your guys showed up late and spent their time talking trash about Rancho Del Oro slab leaks and such things instead of taking care of our problem. I called AHS and asked them to send someone else but they would not. They said I would have to remove the banjo counter top so you have “Access” and then they would send you back. NOT! The 2” of clearance was enough for an old man like me to do it myself. There wasn’t any real problem that any skilled handyman not afraid of a little work couldn’t have handled. Yeah it took some finesse, it was a little tight, it required “WORK”, but I’m not a whiney little baby until I feel I’ve been screwed over by incompetent slackers. I bought a warranty so I wouldn’t have to fix everything that goes wrong myself. Your company and American Home Shield gets a black eye for this one. Maybe you should change your company name to “Only If It Is Super Easy and I Feel Like It Today Plumber”. Maybe American Home Shield should change their name to “American Home Shysters”

We live in a two story Townhouse . A leak appeared in the ceiling downstairs two days ago so we were forced to shut all running water. Brandon from Resurrection Plumbing out of Escondido arrived and said we would have to get a contractor to remove all the downstairs ceiling popcorn before he could tear into it to fix . He gives me a phone number to some friends that do that type of work . This would have cost me an arm and leg as it would have ran in the Thousands . I called a local plumber , within 5 minutes he determined the problem was a Possy temp cartridge in the upstairs shower Knob . Twenty minutes later job completed , Cost 150.00 . The Inexperienced Plumbers ( unless he intentionally tried to pull a bait and switch with his friends kicking him a percentage of the charges ) from Resurrection Plumbing almost got away with it . I called and spoke with Koy , the owner but he was Rude and quick to interrupt and make excuses as I was speaking . AVOID Ressurection Plumbing like the Plague if you dont want to end up throwing away your hard earned money .

The technician contacted us 1/2 hr before his arrival. He came on time and completed the repair job (Our garbage disposal was leaking) efficiently in the smallest time possible.

Stay away from this company , bunch of unqualified with terrible service, I will report them to BBB,
