Met Sheen at the Del Mar home show. First person we talked to. We talked to several contractors after that. We chose Sheen. He was always on time for our appointments. Had great ideas and the results were amazing. Sheen has a great team behind him. From Karen in the office and Eric his project manager. If you are looking for an amazing remodel I strongly suggest hire Sheen and his Team. Being stuck at home hasnt been so bad since our remodel.Thank you Sheen.

Sheen and his team were recommended to us and we have had an excellent experience. We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom, removed an exterior window and created the relaxing oasis we were hoping for. All we had were high level ideas and Sheen‘s design acumen and creativity translated these into a plan. The team is very communicative and stayed on schedule. My favorite elements of the project include a steam shower, soaking tub with custom African mahagony wainscoting surround and floating vanity. We couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend Speciality Home Improvement.

Updated (see end of review).#1 The only review at the time of the writing IS BY THE GUY WHO OPERATES THE BUSINESS...#2 The business uses a call center receptionist whos personality is a notch above gangsta tramp.This receptionist wanted ALL of my data prior to even opening the appointment calendar. This is a fail in optics and courtesy.ANYTIME someone who works for/owns a company reviews themselves, it is a red flag and, in this case, it steered me clear of wanting to do business with them. Obviously, online reviews are potentially fraudulent (especially 5-star ones with little substance but entered just after a negative review that is articulate).Sad, dude lost his chance for my 3-bathroom remodel project.***Two month update:At the time of my initial entry of the review, there was only one review online and that was of the guy who ran the place... Now, you can see us flurry of five-star reviews lacking substance that were timed just after mine.This is where social media optics fail people.Of course, this place lost an opportunity for my 2 bathroom remodel job that I just had finished a month ago and the third thats coming up in weeks.

I first met this company about a year ago, and they are great to work with, have an eye for quality, and have that old world work ethic.
