The price is a min of 140 for carpet cleaning I believe. They are phenomenal. Ive used them on my upholstered couches as well. Their price is fair and honest. The company also texts your phone with updates of who the technician is and the time of arrival. I recommend them for anyone.

Top notch work and fast.We had stairs with several years worth of wear and a couple of coffee stains that no one thought could be saved. Hired them to clean my badly stained white carpet, and to also clean the grout on my tile floors. What an amazing job they did!! Everything looks brand new! I had a nightmare experience with a company I had hired a few days .... when they arrived I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and them charging me $200 above the quote on the phone that I declined service and sent them away. I had moved all of my furniture and my house was in disarray so needed to find another company quickly to come do the work. Monster came through for me, their customer service was fantastic and delivered exactly what they promised at a very reasonable price. Darin was very kind and professional and did a fantastic job. One section of carpet was extremely dirty and he got it miraculously clean! I would give this company 5 BIG stars and plan to use them from here on out.

Monster cleaner has clean the tile in both the house we rent and the new home we just purchased. Erique did a great job and we will totally use then again if we ever have to clean our tiles again. The grout in the house we just bought was black and he said it was probably just a darker colored grout. It turns out the grout in light grey and is amazingly clean after Monster steamer.

TOP JOB ! My wife was very happy with this companys reviews so we engaged them to clean the carpets and hard floors in our Solana Beach home. Chris arrived at the beginning of the quoted time window and proceeded to measure the rooms to be cleaned. These guys charge by the square foot which is a fairer way to calculate the bill rather than the number of rooms. You might have small rooms but will still be charged for the number of rooms. We moved everything out of the way so Chris could get on with the job. All in all the work took about 3 hours to complete. Our carpets and hard floors look pristine again. The terrific thing is Chris sets up blowers to help dry the areas he has already steam cleaned so we are not left with damp carpets we cant walk on for too many hours. Chris was very careful cleaning around our furniture and fixtures at all times. We will use this company next time for sure !

This is the 2nd time that I have used Monster Steamer. I was so impressed after they came out to clean my moms carpets (thanks Darren & Eric) that I called them to do the carpets in our new home. Amy set the appointment and made it completely effortless. The owner, Ludo, came out this time to do the job himself. Ludo was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what it would take to make my carpets clean again and not smell like dogs (previous owners had 2 dogs). I had my doubts if there was anything that could be done to get the stains out but Ludo made the carpets look as if they were new. The carpets were clean and free of the sticky residue that is often left after other companies clean your carpet. Monster Steamer was very well priced and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family as well as my Real Estate clients.Thanks for the Great job!

Lido showed up on time. He called about 1/2 hour before arriving to confirm everything. He was professional and explained step by step what he was about to do. He told me about my carpet and its quality with comparisons to higher quality carpets. He gave me some insight on how to keep it clean and how often to get it cleaned, especially when it comes to having 4 children with heavy traffic. He recommended a few areas that I can place rugs to avoid further breakdown and protect what carpet I have left. He answered all my questions and provides his contact information.
