Ive been here twice and both times Ive had good postal service. However, both times I was mortified to see staff not wearing masks. All they have is plexiglass that isnt big enough for protection for their customers.

Absolutely mortified none of the workers were wearing masks.There was plexiglass but not large enough to separate customer safely. No sanitation stations in sight.Social distance markers on the floor but not being enforced. I’m going to have to visit other locations - and I ship my businesses’ orders bi weekly.My review will change if efforts are made to be a safe part of the community

Service has plummeted severely since Erlanger took over delivery for Taylor Mill. Our carrier has to be one of the laziest human beings to ever wear a uniform. Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with the state of service, especially when you consider that UPS and FEDEX has no issue making deliveries to the same address in the same conditions.

I have the worst time getting my mail and my packages. I have been tracking my package and it said refused. I have a sign that clearly states to put packages in hallway. The hot weather makes my door stick. The mailman i guess refuses to try to open the door. The Fed ex guy has no problems. When i do get mail its usually everyone in the buildings because they are to lazy to walk up to their mailbox. Its so frustrating. I have to put a star to put a review up or i would not give them one at all..

I have informed delivery. Two packages were scanned to be delivered today in the last week. Two of them now show delivery date unknown, after being expected last Friday for one and this Monday (today) for the other. One separate package undeliverable today was actually attempted and delivered an hour after I was notified it was undeliverable, by a lovely nice woman, so she earned two more stars than originally given.

So my husband and I went out of town for a week and put our mail on hold, didnt get our mail until a week after we got back, when we received the bundle of mail, 3/4 of our mail wasnt even ours and when I called they acted like they could care less, they just said well the mail carrier delivered it all and its like how can you assure us that you delivered all our mail when it was messed up to begin with! There was no apology or sorry let me look into this for you. There is a reason it has a horrible rating because its an awful post office. It needs to work on customer service on a major scale and be more willing to help people instead of being rude and not caring. This place is a joke.

My wife watched as a replacement mail carrier stole a package from us on Tuesday, Dec 15. His scam involved marking it as delivered to our neighbors but they didnt receive it. The guy we talked to at the local UPS said our neighbors had it , period. He wouldnt even consider that the mail carrier took it. I wouldnt make a big deal about this if my wife hadnt seen it happen. She saw him putting the package in his pocket!

I had a package scheduled for delivery today. When I tracked the package there was a message that delivery was attempted, but there was no access to my mailbox. I checked my Ring doorbell, and was very confused to watch the USPS truck pull up to my mailbox and deliver everything but what I needed. There was only 1 USPS truck that came down my street today, and I dont understand how they were able to deliver my regular mail, but not the package.

Mail carrier keeps putting packages in broken parcel box in community mail box. The key will not work in lock. You have to violently shake the key while trying to turn it. It’s horrible. I have called the post office before about it. This time the key broke in the lock and I was unable to get my package out. Called the post office and the man I talked to was rude and blamed me. He then told me that it would be tomorrow before anybody would be able to get my package out. Granted it was 4:30 pm but I work and that’s what time I get home. All I want is for people to do their jobs the first time!!! If they had replaced the lock when I called along time ago this would not be happening!!!

Sunday delivery refuses to come around the building to ring the bell. When I called they lied and said they did ring it. It is a VERY loud bell, our neighbors will come outside sometimes because they think it was their bell that went off. No bell was rung between 11:30 or 12:30, we were sitting on the couch watching HBO at that time. No body attempted delivery. SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THEY HAVE LIED.

Apparently the pandemic doesn’t apply to the worker Melissa and she chooses not to wear a mask when dealing with customers despite the fact the plexiglass does not serve as a barrier between her and the customers.

I have to take a moment and give Chris a BIG SHOUT OUT....and one of the workers whom I never got his name. You both just saved the day and the week. I was stressing over a package and arrived after closing and they managed to take care of me. I truly appreciate both of you guys. Hopefully no one is using USPS for anything important. Seems impossible for them to deliver anything on time. What is the point in paying for priority? Why cant customers have a shipment held for pick up? Im told it cant be held until the first delivery attempt. Doesnt help when they arent attempting delivery on the stated time in the first place. I have the laugh out loud when I am given a survey to take. Why offer a survey if you never improve your service ?

Not surprised with all the 1 stars! Delivering mail is not hard. Neither is telling the truth. Carrier outright lied and said he attempted to deliver a letter and didnt. Then proceeded to say they will hold the package for pickup to a DATE IN THE PAST!!! TIME TRAVEL IS NOT POSSIBLE and neither is telling the truth apparently. Just plain incompetent and LAZY!!!

Service isnt good at all! And the phones are ALWAYS busy!!!! Do not like that you cant get through to speak to anyone! Its hard to go to a location to search for a missing pkg when you are disabled! So having an ability to contact via phone would be nice!

Super-friendly service. Great place to pick up stamps and safest place to have all your mail sent. I was late paying for my mailbox several times in college, but with a little communication, I was always given a couple extra days.

They left a note in my mail box saying we trind to deliver a letter we missed you. Frist no you didnt I have a ring door bell so they never attempted to. And on the video show you placing mail in my box and never coming to door. We were home because I seen them with my on eyes. Ridiculous!

In 2016 on one day we had mail in our box that belonged to TWELVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON MY STREET !!!!!! Later in 2016 i witnesses the mail carrier (apparently a drug addict) at that time stealing my daughters medication !!!!! Here we are in 2018 and we are still getting other residents mail!!! Which also means other residents are getting our mail !!! So we dont ever get some of our mail. Weve had to switch every possible thing to paperless due to the joke of this postal service !!!! Another day i witnesses yet another carrier wandering around and looking around as if he didnt even understand how to read numbers and the !!!!!!!! Another time i paid certified mail to a recipient that didnt receive the mail !!!! I could go on and on !!! This postal service deserves not even one star but NEGATIVE STARS !!!!

Multiple times weve had packages from Amazon etc delivered to our neighbors by negligence. I called once to ask where my things were, and the woman was beyond rude. Theyve had to have mail truck drivers turn around and redo the mail theyve delivered to put them in the correct boxes. Luckily for me my neighbors have brought my things to me. Ive had to do the same for them. Scrap the whole bunch and start over!!!

If I could give lower than 1 star I would!! I have had two lost packages for over a week now and when I called to find the status, they told me it had been delivered. When I told them I only received one of the two packages, Josh said there was nothing he could do. When I went to ask another question he cut me off, I asked him to let me finish, he said No he would not let me finish and hung up on me. I have no recourse of action but to write to the USPS Hotline and complain which I will, but in the mean time my package is still lost!! I cant believe AGENT JOSH was so rude, unbelievable!! Im sorry if you live in this community with this post office, its horrible horrible service!!

Said my package was delivered and left with an individual in erlanger. I dont even live in Kentucky. Called them and then told me they messed up and my package should arrive next week sometime. How dumb is this place? Someone needs to go in and clean house. Terrible.

I ordered an item an when I tracked it found that it had been delivered. I never received my package and all they could tell me was it was showed being delivered. I was told they have never received a complaint about the mail carrier. I have never received my package.

Too much trouble receiving packages. I get mail from the previous owner, still, after 5 years and there is nothing I can do to have it stop. Sometimes mail is undeliverable and when I ask why they can never give me a good reason. A lot of items get sent back to sender and I have to have forwarded to my parents address. I dont even bother having stuff sent to my address anymore, always to my parents. Terrible, unreliable.

Honestly. I am scared to move! I need all of you who have complained or want to, please call the Post Master General. Complaining to the people who wrong you is just going to make it worse. Go above their heads, it is the only thing that will work. Record your issues with packaging, deliveries, disrespect and far worse behavior, to those who can help.

The worst lost office I have ever dealt with. If you can avoid using them i would. I was sitting by the door all morninv waiting for a package. I checked the tracking at noon. It said attempt to deliver at 11:22am please call to reschedule the delivery. The mail man is so lazy he couldnt walk up to my door so he just marked it off and took it back to the office. I tried to call the office and the phone is busy all day.

This is the worst most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with. Just last week I was expecting a package and according to the tracking number it was delivered and placed in my mailbox. I live in an apartment complex that has cluster mailboxes with 2 large mailboxes with keys that the postman uses to leave larger packages. When the large boxes are utilized the postman will leave the key in your box. Well, to make a long story short neither my package or a key was left in my box. I in turn had to go up to the post office in person and speak with the manager. I explained to her that there has been reoccurring issues with the postmen and quite frankly I am sick and tired of it. Its frustrating and time-consuming for me. I think what I hate the most with managers is their lack of training on conflict/resolution, where they feel it is okay to say, Well, Im the manager and I have never heard of these problems. type of response. OK, but that doesnt take away the fact that it is happening. So what are you going to do to help eliminate these problems in the future. I will have to make a separate review on the managers terrible demeanor. The manager came out and looked in the boxes to find my package in one of the large boxes, then had the nerve to ask me where the key was because they cost $30 to replace. Which added more fuel to our conversation because I would like to think that if the postman would have left the key in my mailbox in the first place... Hence, the incompetence. Well, guess what, it happened again today. No package, but whats worse the postman noted on the tracking details that he left the package at my front door or near my porch at 9:50am. I was home and awake, along with 4 other family members in the house. The postman did not knock on my door, nor did he leave my package in the mailbox or one of the large boxes. Now come Monday I have to go back up to this post office to complain once again.Well Im the manager and I have never heard of these problems, my ass.

Their phone number is not listed to where you can call this branch directly. Their mail carriers, at least the ones who are supposed to deliver packages to my house, are not competent at all. I have had several packages misdelivered, damaged, and not delivered at all.

This place sucks. 90% of the time I never have my mail delivered to my house because the mailman is to lazy to get out of his truck and says that my mailbox is blocked. but he gets out of his truck and walks up my neighbors driveway to their house to put the mail in their mailbox. My mailbox is 3 feet from where he gets out of his truck but he is just to lazy to walk 3 feet.

The in-store workers are friendly, but service is horrible. I get a different answer to the same question for each worker I ask, and horrible package delivery service. Constantly losing packages (two in the last month alone). And I have to deal with them constantly, because for whatever reason, FedEx and UPS refuse to deliver on the street I live. They are a constant and unending headache.

It sucks I bought a phone on ebay that cost me 300 dollars and they marked it as delivered.They sent it from USA I live in Mexico and in the last follow-up they marked it as delivered in this company shit.
