If you want your package held up and lied to by multiple people for various reasons day after day, then this dogshite company is the place for you.Im waiting on car parts and renting a car, so I paid a little extra to ship with DHL to have the package delivered faster.My package was put on hold for unknown reasons and has been on hold since. On the shipping number it said call DHL Express. I called and was told on Saturday it would be on a truck Monday and possibly delivered Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I called Monday and was told it was help up at customs and would be on a plane that night and delivered Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told the package was delayed to no flights going out and they had no idea when it would ship out. Yeah sure, no flights from Cincinnati, OH to Chicago, IL from Saturday through Tuesday, give me a break. I then said return to sender, got back on the car parts store and paid a premium to have it delivered in two days through a vendor that can actually ship packages and not lie to their customers or make up stories.I had doubts shipping though DHL, but I did, and now I have massive regrets.

Package keeps saying on hold then processed. Was suppose to be delivered today paid for express shipping after spending over $300 to only be told that they are waiting for a plane to fly out to Virginia… So you are telling me they don’t have another way to make sure my package get to where it needs to be. After asking when will the next flight will be, the representative didn’t have no idea… I never have this problem when UPS or FedEx are delivering my packages. I always have a problem with this company when it comes to them to make the delivery… Very unacceptable

Ordered car parts from Rockauto and decided to use DHL to get my parts in a couple days to NC. Wrong idea. My package was on hold for days here without reason before it finally departed. Will not be choosing DHL for my shipping needs again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!! I’m an artist downtown Toronto and sent a couple big celebrities paintings and paid overnight priority shipping to Miami, and it’s been 3 days and no delivery. They have not been in contact with me about anything and my business is being destroyed by dhl. Dhl is undoubtedly the worst shipping company ever, do not use them for anything.They will definitely be hearing from my lawyers.

I was pretty impressed they are a very busy hub but they have pretty well streamlined the process. It does take a minute to get in and out but thats only because they are so busy but in all reality is not that long. Just try to get there at least an hour or so before your appointment because sometimes there was a line to get in

Second month in a row my package is nowhere to be found. This used to be a great service but now there are no explanations and no packages leaving Cincinnati. I had 2 deliveries from japan on FedEx that shipped a week later than my DHL package. Both arrived in 3 days. DHL? Nowhere to be found. I will never use them again

I placed an order with a vendor in Mexico. I got an email notification from DHL that I need to provide my SSN to clear the package through US Customs. Through their website I submitted a request for a Customer Clearance Support team member to contact me because I had a couple of questions. I got a message that someone will contact me within one business day. After three business days of not hearing from them, I tried to submit another request, but it got rejected because I had already submitted one.No one ever contacted me, and DHL ended up returning my package.

Its a real nice place to work. GREAT PAY, they issue rain and winter gear at no charge to employee. I love it here.

I feel so sorry for the people at actually answer the phones. Management has hung them out to dry while very angry people are on the phone and cant get real information. I sad to one of the ladies so its screw me Ill get my package when I get it. She said YEP. If I hear one more time Im sorry Im going to explode. I paid 2k for 5-10 shipping and its been 30 days. Im about to file thief charges on them for my item. I know going to court for damages wont do anything, but you have my item Ive offered to pick it up you refuse to let me. Ill be filling a criminal complaint with the State of Texas.

I ordered a package from GOAT a sneaker website about 2 weeks ago and paid 100$ extra ontop of the 800$ shoe to ship instantly. DHL is a terrible carrier company and i do not recommend them at all. I would love to file a suit if my package gets lost in there transit. Very unacceptable. The logest ive ever waited for ups and fedex was 5 days. Now 2 weeks deep im still at sqaure one at cincinnati where my package has been sitting for 5 days so far. I thought dhl was out of business i know for a fact they should be out of business. Terrible service.

My package arrive on May 3 to the Cincinnati hub and was suppose to be delivered on May 5 to my residence.. but now have no idea when package is to be delivered and no one can tell me... Now because I cant get the package will now miss out on the very lucrative deal.. should have used UPS

They need to have everyone enter from the right (make a left before tunnel and go around) and have everyone but hazmat exit right (go through tunnel). The flow in and out of there would go much more smoothly. The people are awesome though and very helpful. It would be helpful to have more space to drop empties.

Gruesome! DHL has had our package for over a month now. It has been sitting at their Cincinnati hub since 9am April 29, fully 19 days ago. Their last update on their tracking system is dated May 5 and now says the package is on hold. Previously they had reported that our package would go out the next day but that promise came and went without explanation. Ive called several times and nice people talk to me but none are able to give me a clue as to when Cincy will actually ship my parcel out. Our customer is VERY UNHAPPY! Their Dir. of Operations needs to be fired and all of us deserve more than just a refund, like thats going to happen...

Completely lost a property title in the Cincinnati hub, jeopardizing a 6 figure property sale. At this point I dont know what to do or if this sale will now fall through???This is the third time Ive been forced to use DHL and the second time the parcel was misplaced.

Horrible! I got here early at 1:30p.m. for a 3:30p.m. live load. I checked in at the guard shack at 1:30p.m. and had to stay away until I got to the 2nd checkpoint at 3p.m. My load was not ready and it is now 7:54p.m. with no end in sight. There is a port a john. Im glad I have food on my truck. The people at the checkpoints were very nice though. Stay away from this place. I wont come back nor use DHL for packages.

My package has been on hold for a week and half and all they keep telling me is that we are waiting for it to go on the next shipment...do not ship with them....customer service was horrible

Completely unprepared to handle increased traffic resulting from COVID. Our shipment to Massachusetts has been stranded in Cincinnati for over 8 days- no updates, ETAs, or otherwise. Considering sending FedEx to pick it up and complete the delivery.

What a joke. I have a package that has been sitting in Cincinnati for 8 days as of today. Dhl opened a case and closed it the next day with no information as to when my package would be delivered or any explanation as to why I havent recieved it. I have called customer service daily and get one of their scripted responses saying the package will be delivered the next day. Again, what a joke! Use this service at your own risk!

Easy enough in, easy enough out for Amazon delivery. Sunday mornings are easy, but during the week, get in at 0455-0500. Otherwise youll be waiting a long while. If you arrive earlier around 0430, beyond the truck entry if you follow the road, make the left youre forced to, and follow that around two curves, theyve a lot to park and wait for their 0500 opening. Always live unloads, so dont plan on drop and hooking out of there.

I had an urgent package from China where a NC plant was needing it to deliver on May 6th (thursday) or they would need to shutdown. The package arrived at Cincinnati hub on May 3rd (monday) so 3 days was good to get it to NC on time as the tracking told me. Today is May 11th and the package status is still in Cincinnati and no expected delivery date. Nobody from DHL can help even after daily calls. If they can not garentee delivery thats fine, but tell be before I spend thousands for the service and can make alternate plans. I offered to drive up to the Cincinnati and take the package over and they said that was not possible. They have not given any solutions and only told me to wait without any information. No excuse for this. I would think they lost my package but they are huge. (we sent 2 packages with what we need just in case one gets hung up) All the preparation can not prepare you for DHL service inconsistency.

Amazon delivery is slow, too much time wasted , bonus: total anarchy.

I buy real LV and they always seize them. They don’t care how much money we’ve spent. After 30 days you get a letter. Then you have to pay more and more money to get the package back. So you let them keep it and they auction it out.

Truck driver here. Overly cramped. Takes a long while to get in a dock. It is only live unload here even if you are Amazon. Took me about 4 hours from upon arrival to departing.

The management of this place is horrible. Feel sorry for their employees who have to deal with angry customer because their company cant plan delivery routes correctly

They stay crowded, but the staff is helpful and friendly.

If you want a good workout get a job at DHL loading or unloading. Its not a bad place to work. And they have positions that suit everyone.

I worked here for several months. ALL of the managers have power complexes! It’s awful, not to mention the fact that manager and supervisors do absolutely NOTHING all day (aside from yell at other employees). And to top it all off, there were several occasions in which I was NOT paid for my work, whatever the reasoning they gave me.

I like how it is clean. Everyone is requires to wear masks. Courteous people. Lots of renovations and construction going on

They want over $200 import tariff for a package with a single pair of $30 hand crafted earrings from Spain that my hubby got for me as a birthday gift. I think it has to be some mistake and I tried calling and making a request online for them to contact me but no one has reponded. They automated voice said that I couldnt talk to an agent b/c of covid but didnt explain how. Like did they lay off most of their employees during a time when everyone is ordering stuff online? Makes no sense.They will send the package back to the seller in a few days if we dont pay this exhorbitant amount which is like 670% of the cost. Tariffs are supposed to be like 5%. I dont understand how a mistake like this can be made.My husband had to fill out a questionaire answering very specifically what was in the package and what its used for as well as provide his social security. Id never heard of this before and never happened to me when being shipped items through DHL from Asian sellers. You would think the seller fills out these forms to declare what the items are but maybe its different in Europe. I made an email inquiry about this too and didnt get a response.I dont think the package must be very big or even weigh that much. The reason Im making this complaint here is because this is where my package was processed where they did this mistake or whatever it is and no one is getting back to me about it. The Esty seller updated her listing so she will no longer attempt to ship to the U.S. because of this.

This place is busy and had a lot of truck traffic, clearly I was the odd one out as all the other trailers were for an e-commerce giant. They could not get my load because again I was the odd one out. I had to wait in my truck and constantly had to look at the side mirrors because the space is tight and they took sometime before assigning me a dock. Once I was given a door though loading was quick load was light. For the restrooms, you have to ring the bell to the main warehouse make sure you have your ID or they won’t let you in without.

DHL is such a nice place to work so far. I give it 5⭐

DHL CHEATED the customer like me by saying my package will come on Thursday this week. I found out that it will arrive Tuesday next week. However, the package is important to me on Monday next week. Their customer service especially the call service is useless. I do not see why they have their call-service personnel that cannot do anything else. They are cheating and wasting money for such people.I always used FEDEX except only this time. They did not miss a single day on delivery. DHL delays the delivery for the whole week.

I wanted a part time seasonal type position since the pricey holidays are coming up. so I was referred here by a friend. This place is a recruiting office. Small office with about 10 computers, and like 3 extra seats.To even apply you must have a state I.d, social security card, and birth certificate. Soon as you walk in and sign in they ask for all 3 to make copies. If you don’t have all 3 don’t even go. Or call ahead so you don’t go all the way here for nothing.After she copied all my id’s she had me take my id next door and sign out a parking pass from security.You also have to have all your previous addresses, jobs, and criminal history since your 18th birthday. You don’t need exact dates for the addresses or jobs.This is like a offsite division of the airport, so you still gotta get cleared. If you forget to put something down and it comes back they said it takes longer to get cleared.After you apply they have you lift a 55lb box off the floor 5X to see if your comfortable doing it. Then you’ll continue with your I-9 and all that stuff. While your doing that the recruiter will “interview” you/tell you about the job, shifts, and pay. Once you choose he’ll set you up with a start date par you passing the background check and drug test.After him you go back to finishing your paperwork and you’ll get the drug test that goes on your cheek. After all that your done.It’s a lot, but they’re on top of it. Just make sure you have all 3 ID’s, addresses, jobs, and criminal info I mentioned or it’ll take forever!And after all that don’t forget to take your parking pass back to security, sign out, and get your I.D back!
