Overpriced room for the area, added new rules randomly to the lease, snow was not removed at a reasonable time, was late to class multiple times due to this and would have to shovel the driveway myself sometimes to get my car out.

If you are a student stay clear, the company will try and take advantage of you. First off, most of the rental prices for the homes is a bit steep for Erie when you take into consideration the location, the quality of the house etc. Snow will not be plowed in a timely manner which makes getting cars in and out hard. You will probably end up clearing a pathway for yourself. Furthermore the landlord or someeone from the company will just decide to show up far too frequently. Also if the company or anyone says or agrees to something make sure you get it in writing. All in all there are many cheaper alternatives to this company and you will probably save a lot of headacheNote that the only good review came from the real estate company itself.

Found a rental listed through this company. They want you to have an income but expect you to take time off work to view houses - as they only do showings Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00. And when I asked about weekend or evening viewings, I was first met with a snotty attitude then no return calls or texts. I imagine (as a former real estate agent) that it’s difficult to make money with those time constraints and business practices
