She also provided us an updated list of other potential properties with our must haves to check out. We ended up finding our home because Amanda knew of a neighborhood that had all the specifics we were looking for. Her knowledge in the area brought us to our new community and we signed the sales contract on a new build that same day. All through the process which was about 4 months in total for construction to be completed, they constantly checked in, they attended all walk throughs and provided helpful input when there was some loan issues. They were simply wonderful since the very beginning. We felt like we had known them forever and were working with friends. They truly have your best interests in mind and are in it for all the right reasons. I am very grateful for their communication and all their efforts.
