So why if one wants to pay for the monthly plan in cash opposed to a credit card, do you charge a higher price for the unlimited plans? Do you discriminate against cash customers because it seems like that is discrimination against a form of legal payment, cash.

I paid $35 and it didn’t even include a wash on the outside. Apparently $35 just gets your interior clean and not very well at that. I feel ripped off.

I recently purchased a vehicle and the interior really needed cleaning. I decided to give the Delta Sonic Detail Shop a try. I didn’t even recognize the interior of my car when it was done! It was so clean and looked as good as new. Michael did an amazing job on taking care of my car even though it was a busy day! I would definitely recommend the detail shops services.

Left my vehicle for a thorough detailing of the inside and came back to a large, visible scratch on the exterior. Very disappointing and dissatisfied considering how much I paid for professional service and care of my vehicle.I highly recommend anyone thinking about coming here to stick to a local shop until Delta Sonic gets their act together. The place is run by teenagers who couldnt care less about the state of someone elses possessions.

A shout out for the great job Molly did on getting all the dead bugs off the windshield. There was alot of junk on the windshield after the drive thru part of the car wash. Molly scrubbed away all that was missed...and had a smile on her face the whole time!!!

I have been an unlimited member for 8 years. My husband has been an unlimited member longer than that. We have canceled both memberships effective March 1, 2021 and here’s why: you’ve gotten too big. You cram vehicles in line and through the wash. The quality of such a quick wash is poor. The people hand drying have to go faster because vehicles are piling up, so that quality is down. But the main reason you are losing our over $700 per year... is your clients and the free-for-all once your sticker is scanned or your payment is made. If I may suggest an improvement, you may want to consider adding a body to delegate whose turn it is on particularly busy days, or putting up more gates that allow for turn taking. We are done being sworn at by people who feel entitled to cut us off. It’s a high price tag to be treated that way.

I’ve had a car wash membership for over 3 months now and have got my car washed over 40 times in that span and never once have I been satisfied with their services. They never clean my rims, rear windshield, spare tire or break lights. There have been many occasions where it has been absolutely packed so it’s understandable that that don’t take 5 min to spray down my car specificity. But there have also been quite a few times where I have been one of the only people there and my car still comes out caked in mud in multiple spots. I would rate delta sonic car wash 1-10!👎

Love the people there all so nice and friendly. Always willing to do a good job! Ivan is a great person! He works so hard and is always friendly. He pays special detail to my car and every car he works with. He is super knowledgeable about this business snd I appreciate that bc I have a new car. The management team Stone, Chris, Chris, Kevin and the wash team “A+ guys!” I do miss Jessie also a star! Worth every penny we spend there. The store front staff always say hi and ask how are you. They are all like family!

This place is great it’s a convenient store that has ATM, lottery machine, a subway shop and a car wash all in one! It’s well lit and organized everything is where is should be at. It even has a post office I never seen one in a car wash/ convenient store which is probably great for the locals! The employees that interacted with were very helpful and nice and looked liked they enjoyed there jobs. The only complaint is I went into the men’s bathroom and it was so dirty looked like it hasn’t been clean in a while but other then that I would definitely recommend and return. Past 3 times Ive gone through the wash, my back window and half my car is still covered in dirt. Employees seem like they need better training? Time to cancel ame find a new wash..Update went back on Sunday, still dirty as can be.. Even after talking to an employee, come on guys.

Do not go when there when the line is long. They speed up the wash plus the staff takes short cuts. Paying their prices it is a rip off. The only solution is for corporate to open another location or 2 in Erie.4.14 (In reponse to Delta Sonics reply) It is not how I feel it is fact. I will be more than happy to send pictures from both a low volume and high volume experience. Also, after waiting in line for 20+ minutes, the thought of having to wait again for a rewash is not a pleasant one. Is there any plans in Delta Sonic opening another location in Erie?

This place has gone down hill. It the only shop in town. The kids working here are lifeless. They hose your car off prior to entering the wash. And they do it with no intent of cleaning. Just lifeless. This town is filled with dirt. They need to be spraying with intent to clean. The inside wash is mediocre at best. The hand try at the end are kids looking for tips that dry off the car with wet rags. The interior is terrible. Tons of misses. They’ll not do windows, forget towels in your car, leave the wheels dirty. It’s just a damaged place. I left this car wash. I had unlimiteds outside and in. Forget it.

Michael went above and beyond on wiping down my car. He noticed all the minor details that aren’t usually noticed and made me feel valued as a costumer. Excellent work.

I recently received a car wash and was just delighted by the experience! I was very unsure of what I wanted or how exactly the process worked, but one employee, Keaton Bryson, was extremely helpful! He explained everything to me and was super polite! Because of him, I will now be coming to delta regularly. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer young man to have serviced me.

This was the biggest waste of money and time I have ever experienced. I had a gentleman so mad about how bad his car turned out. He backup out of rage and scoffed the passenger side of my car. The mark came off, but after they were done my car looked horrible inside and out. The detail job was a joke. Theres still dirt on my floor and dash and door panels. On the outside isnt much better I paid for the plus kiss wash and not impressed. Dont get screwed like I did by the Walmart of car washes and go to a pro that cares!

Chris at Delta Sonic in Erie was so attentive to details. Because he did such a great job waxing our one vehicle, I went back the next day and he was there...and did another great job waxing our second car. He has a calm and caring disposition. I can see why he is a manager. He has what it takes to move up further in the company. I will, from now on, take my vehicles to Delta Sonic for cleaning and waxing...and I will ask for Chris if he is there!

They are adiquite and are the only subscription based car wash in town, so no real competition and no incentive for customer service. Still, they a subscription is not expensive compared to individual washes, especially if you go frequently. 2 of 5 stars, would recommend with this caveat.

Brent did an amazing job of detailing my vehicle on Sunday, September 20, 2020. I dont remember it looking this shiny and polished (inside and out) since I brought it home from the dealer 3 1/2 years ago. THANK YOU! Very wonderful service, very good deal in the Erie area for a carwash. then you get cheap gas with the unlimited car wash plan. The person who sold me my unlimited membership, Jerry, always makes me smile every time I come through the wash, and when he is drying my car off he always is sure to take his time to make sure my vehicle is perfectly clean. I feel that a lot of the other employees could do better at drying off my vehicle, and take their time to ensure quality for everyone like Jerry, does. With all said very good company, and keeps me coming back multiple times a week for the good atmosphere, and customer satisfaction purposes.

After standing at the carwash counter/window for 17 minutes, I gave up and left. I wouldve been a regular customer, too. I suggest going elsewhere.

I had some bad paint spots on my brand new car. I took it here and Christopher P. spent the entire day (over 7 hours) working on my car. When he finished, the inside and outside were impeccable. I was so happy he was able to get that mess off my new car! Matt was the manager that I talked with before going and again when I was there last Saturday. Both of these men were so kind and very professional. I was truly impressed with the entire process. I will take my cars there from now on and I will be recommending them to others. Great job guys.

Made appointments for 3 vehicles for full detail. Only had 2 listed. Manager couldnt figure out how to make it right. You all just lost $1000 in business today. Dont bother going here. Take your business to someone who cares about your business. S & S Detailing, is more professional and does a better job and Top Notch has a membership car wash. Both are better values.

$40 to clean the interior, and the only thing they did was vacuum the floor below the drivers seat. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have had an unlimited membership for all of my cars and if you go anywhere near a location especially in the winter I believe it is a must have. As a general rule everyone is pleasant even when they are outside in the freezing cold to prewash or dry post wash.

For a basic wash at that... no prices on the site and when you pull up, you’re forced to pay for a wash since there’s no way out.Tip: Try posting your prices online or even somewhere outside the wash so people can be happy with what they pay for.Still some dirt left on the trunk of my car.Only nice thing was the free vacuum machine at the end👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Angela did an outstanding job detailing our car!! We have 2 dogs who we take to the beach all the time, so the car was covered in sand and dog hair. When Angela was done detailing it, it looked brand new!! Were definitely taking our other car to Delta Sonic to have detailed. Hopefully, we can have Angela detail that car too!!

Dont take your car there to get detailed. They caused damage to the inside of the car and they tried to say that it was there before. They showed us the video and there was no mark there before. They kept saying that a glare from one angle of the video showed a dark mark, so that proves it was there before but it was a glare and not even the same color of the damage that they made. Avoid at all costs.We have filled a claim and they said that the problem wasnt caused by them. I asked them to send us the before and after pictures and they said they couldnt do that. That they could only send it to an attorney or an insurance company but not to us. They are betting on people not going through the hassle of doing this.So again avoid at all costs.

Paid 77$ to get interior cleaning and floor shampooed. The floor and seat was still dirty and the matt was so dirty. They were done in like 10-15 mins. Did not get 77$ worth of service.

First time I get new truck washed! Girl drying off scratches driver door. Fill out complaint. Wait for response. Get form letter saying all their equipment was working fine. So damage wasnt their fault! Guy behind me was taking video of his car before getting washed. Now I know why! Dont use this company!

I paid almost $40 to get my can cleaned yesterday at delta sonic. the only thing that was clean was the inside of the windshield and the floor under the mat on the drivers side was swept. i had to go to a carwash today and vacuum the entire car today. it was an absolute waste of money and time to go to delta sonic.

Coming here for years and hes the first to put quite a bit of effort into making sure he did a thorough job. Most employees quickly wipe off the car and thats it. Visited on 2/22/20 about 740P and Naomi at the drying station did awesome. Very attentive to detail and glad to see hard working youth like her. Right after my wash I pulled up to the interior shop to get it cleaned out too and the crew on duty did amazing. 10/10. Happy unlimited customer of super kiss++ interior and exterior for 3 years and going.Get these guys a raise/bonus!!!!

The last time I used Delta Sonic, I was able to pay for just a simple wash and wax. Two weeks ago I decided to get my van washed and pulled into Delta Sonic. After waiting in line for a good 20 minutes, I told the attendant I just wanted a wash and wax. To my surprise she said they no longer offer a single car wash! Instead the attendant told me I had to pay for 3 car washes for $21.99! I told the attendant it would have been nice to know that BEFORE I pulled my van in line. Maybe posting the costs at the entrance would be considerate to consumers! There was no-way of backing out so I was forced to pay for 3 car washes. Two additional washes had to be used up within 14 days! Really?? What a rip-off! At least give the consumer a month to use up the additional 2 washes! My van doesnt get that dirty in 2 weeks so I decided to call and asked if I could apply one of the washes to a car I own. The person on the other end said no. Really? Whats difference does it make if I already paid for 3 washes!! People pay for a set number of washes, its not like Delta Sonic is losing money if you use a different vehicle!! Instead theyre purposely stacking the deck against the public. Ill never use Delta Sonic again. I was only able to use 2 of my 3 washes because my van really didnt need 3 washes in just 14 days! Most people dont remember to wash their vehicles if it doesnt need it. RIP-OFF!

But the last couple of trips I have encountered an exceptional young man who is doing the finishing after I go through the car wash. His name is Jerry and he is in a league of his own. He does such a quality job and always with a smile on his face. He is a great employee and will be quite successful in his life with his exemplary work ethic.

I wanted to share a experience I had with James the manager. My car battery died and he was cleaning outside and I asked him do you guys have one. He said yes. He went to get the one the store had and it was dead. So James kindly went to get his car and his own jumper cables to help me out. It finally worked. Then I went to go in the store to get a drink if water I came out and it wouldn’t start. He again was so very kind and got his own car and his own jumper cables to jump my car. James was sooo nice. He was so professional too. I’m so glad he could help me out because it’s hard to ask people with this whole covid stuff going on. He dropped everything he was doing to help me out. Means a lot. The best part he even stayed with me to see if it started and told me if it didn’t start when I ran into the store, and for sure he was outside waiting and to jump it again. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

This place is always well maintained and clean, and the service is amazing. I left my cell phone in the bathroom when I was driving through and Wesley mailed it to me immediately. I really appreciated his help and I will always stop here when I am traveling through Erie in the future.

Today I had my car detailed on the interior at Delta Sonic. The cost is not cheap, but my car needed it badly, so reluctantly I forked over the over 100$ and hoped for the best. I was absolutely astonished at how they turned my filthy car into its near pristine newness! Devin spent an extra half hour, no charge working away at every detail of fixing my Camry into its fresh possibility. I am so elated because I hadnt had my car detailed in a very long time. Whether you have kids who mess up your car, or eat in your car, or just get your car messed up over the seasons or what not, if you get the kind of service I did today at Delta Sonic on Peach, it is worth double or triple what I paid in my estimation. We purchase the monthly inside and outside cleanings for our vehicles. We are always so pleased with the service and the detailed cleanings we get here! The service is always very tentative and thorough. I had stubborn sap spots on my driver & passenger window and Jessica L was so kind, took them right off and then made sure my windows were perfect! Went in for a car wash on what seems to be the coldest day this year in Erie, Pa!! 13 degrees!! Burrrr! The young man, Jordan, was so eager and upbeat about drying my car. I was impressed that he could even manage a smile as I drove up!! Unfortunately I didn’t have cash on hand that day and couldn’t reward him for being all about customer service under such conditions! I went into the store to specifically get cash back however this store does not have the capability to do this and the ATM machine has a charge for me.... how unfortunate it was that Delta Sonic snuffs our this opportunity for employees to reward them. I would have drone to an ATM to get cash to bring back but I was told that I could do this review. Thank you Jordan for the smile and the service!! Delta Sonic please upgrade your technology!!! I have been a monthly member for over 5 years. Today I went through the wash and dry area. Had a young man named Derik. He was so meticulous he even took the time to remove several dried on bugs on my windshield and the hood. Best person I have ever had in that dry area! Highly recommend that employee! When I commented to him how he had done such a great job. He said thank you sir! Very polite and humble.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while vacuuming it. The staff was very helpful in letting me use the phone to try to call someone. When I couldn’t get ahold of anyone they told me someone there could unlock it. Jessica was very nice and quick. Got it unlocked and I was on my way. Could not thank her enough!!!

Located conveniently off peach street this gas station is amazing. It offers the lowest gas prices around that area. Inside there is a subway clean restrooms and a post office. The staff are friendly and helpful and attached to the gas station is a extensive car wash and detailing facility . The place can get busy on the weekends but never a long wait as they get you through pretty quick and do a very good job in the process. Recommend highly

New car, New lisence plate, New credit card and will not let me join plan for 19.99 special because Im an old member.HOWEVEVER, NEVER got a sticker for my vehicle or used services. Apparently been charging my credit card since 2015 and NEVER used carvwash because I didnt know I was a member ...I know my fault for not looking into the charge which I assumed was for fuel. Never got any emails or notices about being a member. So basically stole my 30 bucks a month for 5 years and never contacted me.I have reached out to customer service and local store manager. Same result.

Delta sonic is your all in one stop shop. Great car wash, friendly staff and the dry/mini detail after the car wash is an awesome feature. They’re all very thorough, but one who stood out the most during my recent visit was Savannah. She did a outstanding job.

My husband got me a gift certificate for a detail package. The hardest thing was scheduling the appointment! I have never been there but the service was excellent from start to finish!! My van didnt look that good when I drove it off the lot!! It was amazing! Dan Rs work is impeccable and I hope he gets a pat on the back for his efforts! I dont normally write things unless its good news but let me tell you...Cody did the BEST job ever just simply taking the time and making sure that my entire vehicle was done right! I usually dont right reviews, but I have to say, Chris (detail shop manager) did an absolutely great job on an interior detail of a 2008 Subaru! This car was just trashed inside. Not just messy, but major ground in grime. I cant believe how well this detail turned out. Thank you Chris and Delta Sonic!

I went here to get my car washed. And when I went inside to get a tip for the people drying the car, I mentioned that I was only there to get a tip. The guy behind the counter did not bother to tell me they don’t give cash back. OK I understand. But, I went back out to the car got a roll of quarters and asked to exchange it. The guy at the other register was completely rude and surly. I did eventually get the tip for the guys drying the car. But, it is absurd that you need to be snotty to customers just because. I probably will not buy gas here again nor will I shop in their convenience area. Congratulations delta sonic your employees are chasing customers away.

I have been a member of the wash club since 2010 I have had VERY few incidents with washing my vehicle and if I did they are MORE than accommodating to make the customer satisfied. Through the years I have seen many employees come and go with NEVER an incident of not giving 110% notably in recent months a employee that has gone above and FAR BEYOND customer service is NAR, his attention to detail makes me a disabled Veteran who can’t give attention to my vehicle like I want to can rest assured that he takes the initiative to properly take care of it for me. Delta Sonic couldn’t have hired a better employee. Thank You🇺🇸

I love taking my vehicle to Delta Sonic! I have the unlimited wash and interior packages and it is so fast and convenient! They always do an efficient job! The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to Delta Sonic so I was not sure what I was in for, the employees at the booth where you pick your wash package and pay were not helpful at all. Theres no board or flyer with information about pricing or what they offer, everything was verbal and the girl really did not seem to care at all. She ended up selling me a package that included three washes but never told me that I had to use the other two within two weeks. I would suggest going into the store to make your selections if its your first time there.The attendant who gives directions when entering the car was very careless. Could not see her hand signals that she was making since she was standing in a blind spot and she did not give clear directions for when I was suppose to put into neutral and let off brake. At this point was extremely disappointed and regretted even going. The front end customer service at the car wash was terrible.The other end of the wash was a completely different story, I would give them 4 stars. The attendants who dry the outside, clean windows, and apply tire dressing did a great job and worked quickly. I also got the 10 minute interior detail which they completed in a timely manner even with 4-5 cars ahead of me. In the end there were a few minor things they missed - streaks on inside of windshield, didnt clean inside of back window, didnt clean chrome steps on outside. My truck looked good inside and out after they were finished but I doubt Ill go back.

20 dollars for the basic wash is steep and I realize that all the pretty colors and lights dont actually do anything. But I do like going through a Sonic car wash. I do wish that the soap they use still smelled like bubble gum (it doesnt anymore). But I like how if you dont feel that it is clean enough, you tell them and go again.

Amazing service. I had something unidentifiable built up on the outside of my 03 Baja (grease, oxidization, etc) that a typical car wash wouldnt remove. They all went above and beyond trying different things to restore the shine to the outside of my car and also help protect it from the elements.Cameron hand-waxed and buffed my car to perfection. I have never seen my car look this amazing!The detail manager Brandon (I believe that is his name) hand-sprayed my car and worked with me on each step to find something that would actually work. Extremely courteous and professional service.

Love this location. We pay for the monthly membership and our car always looks amazing after leaving the wash. The attendants drying the cars do a great job as well. I always leave them with a tip.

I had my first experience at delta sonic yesterday. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey for a car wash but I really needed it. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the end of the wash and there were people drying off cars!! The girls, Tory and Abbey were very sweet and answered every question I had. Keaton Bryson was very helpful and kind. My mother is deaf and he was very patient and explained all of the different options we could have with the car wash.

Would not recommend using their detailing service. $120.00 and they cant even be bothered to clean under the seats or use real carpet shampoo. I regret having taken my car there. The only compensation was a 10 minute detailing coupon. Believe me when I say that it would be better the spend extra money with someone who does this as a profession at a REAL detailing shop.

I love my delta sonic fly plan, I can keep my car clean all the time.When it comes to drying techs, I alway try to find Eaton. He does the best job drying of any of the dryers.

Went to delta today and was helped by josh one of the managers. He is a great guy. I see him just about every time I go. He is always smiling, it makes me want to come get my car washed at delta bc I am sure if he is working it will get done right and with a smile

Returned within 5 day limit for second wash to find the car wash down. JM (Jerry) provided excellent customer care writing his initials on the receipt and providing an extra five days for the second wash. He was friendly, efficient and supportive. What a great experience for this customer! Len
