Stay away. The mechanics that did my oil change didnt fully fill the engine to proper capacity or replace the filter. Stripped bolts on half of the brake job while again, only doing half the work we agreed upon. When the truck was brought back after supposedly getting work done, was driven back to me with the emergency brake on. He didnt even notice. Lights werent fixed. Illegally put a PA inspection stick on the truck that still requires work. When asked about the work that still needs to be done, was told good luck and lawyers are expensive. So now I have contacted the BBB, State Attorneys Office and the FTC.Go somewhere else.

The office staff and sales people were fantastic. We purchased a car that had a few glitches that the team took care of before we finished signing the paperwork. They did a great job and made us feel comfortable through the entire process.

My son bought a car here...... nothing but junk ....had to spend $1200.to get heat in the car to defrost the windshield to drive it days after buying it.....took it to be fixed and the garage said there is so much wrong with the vehicle that it should never have passed inspection which according to bizzarros it did the same day we took it home......now its going to cost thousands of dollars to get it ready for inspection... I would not buy or recommend anyone to buy their junk vehicles.

BEWARE!!!!! These people will smile in your face and sell you a rigged up shiny piece of junk. I came in and paid cash for what i thought was a nice looking and well kept car only to find out 2 days later that it was all and illusion. im not even going to speak on the illegal things that they are willing to do to make sure they get your cash in hand. I basically paid the same amount i got the car for on repairs to get it running properly. Anyone getting a car from here should have some more money on hand for repairs immediately.

I admit that I was wary to buy from Bizarros. But I got the best deal ever! Their asking price for the 2009 Cadillac DTS was $3,800. The Carfax put it at $4,920. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic for a pre-check. They fixed everything suggested by my mechanic with no extra charges. Bizarros replaced wheel bearings, fixed the antifreeze leak, put on good tires, did alignment, and even installed a new battery and brand new car mats. The inspection is good until Jan 2022. Im in love with my new car! They gave me $500 for my beloved 1999 Buick and they took out the JVC stereo and returned it to me. So I canceled the appointment set to get that done at Enormis for $45. So, I just feel like I got the best deal in town! Chuck and Benji are real sweethearts.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase. I have purchased two cars from Bizzaro’s and purchasing my second one here was a mistake. My first car was an okay car. It was old and could get me from point a to point b. It had some problems but I was not going to put more money into it than what I bought for it.I purchased a 2008 Jeep Patriot somewhere near the end of July this year. I was really happy because the car looked really nice and it was a really big upgrade from my 2006 Toyota Matrix. I made the mistake of coming here alone with somebody else who knew something about cars because I am naive and didn’t expect to be taken advantage of in a situation where I’m making a big purchase. I paid $5,200 dollars out of pocket for this Jeep. The day after I bought it my check engine light came on. I called Bizzaros and told them and they told me that it was probably just a sensor and to ignore it. I’m obviously not going to ignore it when I just bought the car not even 24 hours ago. I take it to Bizzaro’s to get fixed and I am still charged 70 something dollars even though I had a 3 month warranty that came with the car when I purchased it. Everything was fine after that.About a month ago I was driving home from work and my car sounded really bad. The next morning I tried to drive to work and my Jeep completely stopped working in the middle of the road. I couldn’t get it to turn back on. When it did turn back on, it sounded like my car was literally ready to explode and I couldn’t go any faster than 15mph. I drove it to my mechanics that night after work and let him look at it. Turns out, my transmission blew after not even 3 months of having it. He and I both agreed that it would not be worth my time to try and fix the transmission because the transmission would cost more than what my car cost. I messaged the person who I bought the car from and told them and all they told me was that my warranty expired and to call their mechanic. I call their mechanic and they tell me that in order for them to just look at my car, I would need to buy a new $300 warranty, to who knows if it would even cover replacing a transmission because it didn’t even cover fixing a sensor.I am so incredibly mad that I wasted over $5,000 dollars on a car that was junk from the start. My mechanic says he doesn’t know how it even was able to pass inspection so the cars must get inspected on the lot. I have never been so disappointed in how I have been treated by a salesperson in my life. I am only 21 years old, work full time, and go to college full time. I couldn’t afford for my car to be junk after just buying it. I wish I could take back the good review that I left when I bought my car because it apparently all a lie. Now I have a shiny $5,000 lawn ornament.

Buying the car from here was a complete mess. They didnt wanna take a check, cash only. That was just the beginning. After finally getting the car I was about 10 mins from the place and my exaust completely fell off. Almost 2 hours I had to wait for a tow. Then another day n a half for the them to fix it. I never felt like a priority. Then after having the vehicle things like my AC only working on 3 and 4 and my bumper falling off on one side started happening. I also had to bring the truck back a week after having it to have the water pump replaced, and even tho the car was only a week in my possession I still had to pay 170$ for the work. They are a hot mess and have ZERO organization. I was swooned at first but then after all this..... Im highly disappointed.

They did not seemed concerned. Very unprofessional altogether. If you see something there. Take it elsewhere to have it checked over. Better yet dont waste your time.

Its understandable to make money in this business. But I dont think I will spend any more time tryong to do business with Bizzaros again. Its basically a say one thing and do another situation. Example. I was told that a trade in was perfectly fine, but when I got there, I was told a couple hundred and its a deal. Thats just a shady business tactic. If you tell somebody something, stick by it instead of saying something else. However, Dave Rogers goes up and beyond to the best of his ability to make sure the customer is satisfied. The boss, is shady.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I bought a vehicle from them and got totally screwed over. First, they lied on the website saying that it was inspected. When I confronted them on that they took it down from the site and lied that it was never there. They wouldnt provide me with an inspections so I took it to my regular garage only to find out that there was more than $3,000 of repairs needed to pass inspection, plus the frame was rotten. Bizzarros then offered to fix everything and charge me for it. So after talking to the State Police, they informed me to contact the State Attorney General and file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act. I pointed this out to Bizzarros and it didnt phase them. In fact he said that Ive dealt with them before and have been able to get what he wants. Just goes to show that they are crooks. Fortunately I was able to get rid of the piece garbage. But, on the way to sell it the rear-end blew up. So, if you do buy something from them make sure that youre ready to work with the State Attorney General to get your money back.

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst and fake place. I went there for a problem in my car and they trick me by saying that, my motor is not good and will be gone soon. So, I scared and also I was moving from the city. So they offer me a lower price with another car in trade. So did that and bought a second hand car from them. In couple of days, I was passing by that place and saw my old car in sale !!!!!!!! And then I moved to diff state with the car I recently bought from them. I was driving that car in city (just on 10th Day) and power steering pulley dropped from running car. And was total engine damage. So lost that car too.SO, these people just make people fool with broken cars by fixing for a while. I am an international student and dont know more lows. But if someone know what actions we can take please !!!!!!!!

These scam artists put lick and stick inspection stickers on the cars they make you pay a lot of money for. I bought a car just over a year ago. I went to a local dealership to fix a cv shaft knuckle. They couldnt fix it due to the gas lines leaking down onto the rusted bolts they would have to cut off to free the cv shaft. Also, the brake lines were leaking, the gas tank was falling out, the doglegs were shot, the tank straps were almost gone, the rear floor under the back seats was non existent, and both rear struts were INSIDE the vehicle. I could put my fist through the body of the car. This is all after i had to put in a second engine with my own money after the crank bearing siezed at only 98,000 miles. O ya. And the steering rack and pinion was shot. That set me back $400. The car was a 2003 that had an inspection sticker already on it that they performed. I paid $3,300 for the car. Bizzaros should stay to their restaurants, not thieving you for cars.

I had another great experience with this lot 6 months after my first purchase I went back and they had a pontiac g 6 I bought for my second vehicle in my family I looked it over and test drove it couple time found some issues with the car they were fixed with no price raise on the car they worked well with the bank to make it happen they treated me like a friend not a customer and in the future I will look at this lot again before looking else where there cars have been great the silverado I bought 7 months ago I have had zero problems withI had a great experience with this garage they told me exactly what was wrong with my 2004 chevy silverado before buying it they even offered to fix it before I purchased the vehicle but Im good at doing my own work I fixed it and have had no problems with my truck its everything I wanted plus about 3000 dollars cheaper than any other garage wanted for this make and model they even gave me what I wanted for my trade on a broken down neon that wasnt drivable or inspected people that buy used cars and give bad feed back probably shouldnt be buying used vehicles because everyone knows used vehicles mostly always need work Im handy with vehicles soo I know what to look for and when I pointed out what I found they had told me exactly what was found before I found it I fixed my truck for about 150 dollars that still dont compare to buying from another dealer for way over Kelly blue book prices in the future if I buy another used vehicle I will look at there lot again
