My husband and I were so impressed by the service he received a year ago from Mari when he was purchasing a new Android phone at Verizon/Victra, we returned today to order a new one for me. We drove all the way from our home in Seattle to have an appointment with Mari because we have never had such incredible service at a Verizon store in Seattle. We have been to at least 3 different Verizon stores in 16 years in Seattle and were done dealing with long waits and not nearly as supportive staff who were new every time we visited. Mari and her staff are truly interested in great service and meeting your needs re: what you want in a phone. Mari went way out of her way to help me decide on the phone that would meet my needs most. She was well versed on the best current specials that would apply to my situation to save me money. Although she had a very busy schedule today, she made it obvious I was most important as her customer. She saved me a lot of time in transferring my files to the new phone as well as sparing me from hassles with new apps she knew about. Her attention to details even included adding my phone apps in the order I had them on my previous phone. Impressive.

Very exciting experience!! It has been several years since I wanted or needed a new phone. Coming in an working with Dominique was definitely worth the time and effort. She made me feel very comfortable about making sure my data and information was transferred onto my new phone. She also ensured, showed and confirmed that my data was wiped from my old phone. Very pleasant and easy to talk to while my ridiculous amount of memory was transfered.Between her an the Manager, I would ensure I return to this location when I need assistance or a new phone again. The trust, confidence and loyalty are 100% with them. I cant thank them enough.

I had a great experience at this store. I had seen other positive reviews so it was one of the reasons that I went. I was very pleased with both of the people I worked with. They were knowledgeable, they were efficient and they saved me a ton of money. There were not horribly busy either which was very nice indeed I did not have to wait nearly at all.

I went in looking for a new screen protector. Mine was really old, chipped, and scratched. Roman was very helpful, found me the best one, and put it on. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Mari went the extra mile for me. I was even helped with the return of my own phone, which I was supposed to do on my own.

Great experience! I was already having a bad day, when I bricked my phone... So, not the happiest person. I went in to the store there in Enumclaw expecting to go through quite the process, but it really wasnt bad. The guy behind the counter was super nice and friendly. He helped me pick a phone and made sure I knew what we were doing every step of the way and what my options were, which was cool. Aside from not being able to transfer my stuff from the dead phone, the whole thing was pretty painless. Thank you to Jason for his good humor and for making my day a little better.

A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment with Mari Hamilton, manager of Victra in Enumclaw, WA, to buy a new Samsung phone. I was a little reluctant to do this during covid, but my old phone was in rapid failure mode so I took a chance. Mari is a real pro. I was the only customer in the store. Everything was sanitized, masks all around. I was very worried about losing the content of my tired old phone. Mari sold me a new phone and transferred EVERYTHING from the old phone in exactly the same format. She reviewed my existing plan and suggested some modifications to save me money. She answered all my questions. This was a perfect experience. I live in Seattle and have been to several Verizon stores there. In general I hear more about what the associates cant do than how they can help me. This experience was the exact opposite. In the future I will gladly drive the 60 miles to work with Mari.

Needed an upgrade. So I swung by my favorite Verizon premium retailer. A Wireless... Mari was amazing making sure my new phone was set up correctly. I had forgotten to back up my contacts to my Gmail. Mari worked here magic and transferred everything to my new phone in seconds. Great service. This is why I only use A Wireless.

I would strongly disagree with miss digital kiss about her review about Jason @ the enumclaw Verizon store. A many times as Ive gone in there for help and had either Mari or Jason take care of me.They have both been very helpful ,very friendly and very knowelgable.I have fond Jason to be very friendly and easy to talk to,especially when things are being down loaded and takes some time.I think miss digital kiss just has a lack of patience like most young people. I just walked in to check on the Galaxy S8+ which is out of stock, however. . .the lady I talked to was great. Personal, yet professional. I told her I was concerned working with a franchise vs. corporate and she clearly and simply described the difference, which put my concerns at rest. Will be back in a few days for the phone, when re-stocked as I could clearly tell her attitude was great, and at the same time, under toned with a small town friendly stereotype.Oh, and unlike EVERY corporate store I have been to, which would rather invest in a fancy queuing system replete with sending me a text to let me know I am next in line rather than actually servicing the clients, this store, I walked right in and was immediately helped.Well done.

On Wednesday, Feb. 14th, I stopped by the Verizon store in Enumclaw with a phone issue to resolve. My phone had been disconnected due to a temporary financial hardship. I have medical issues and I had requested to have my phone turned back on in case of a medical issue which affects my ability to drive and function. I need the ability to contact my doctor office and workplace. Ebony was very helpful with this issue and contacted the Verizon financial services department to explain my situation. I was unable to make the call since my phone service was suspended. Thanks to Ebonys help my phone service was temporarily restored for a week, during which time I will be receiving my income tax refund. I now feel safer having phone service restored. She was very helpful and efficient! Very much appreciate her help!

Not enough stars for the review. I woke this morning not looking forward to the experience ahead of needing to buy a new phone. 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I recieved new cell phones with the excellent help from Jason J throughout the entire process. He chatted with us and made jokes which helped the process of getting new phones not as cringy as we all know it sometimes can be.Unfortunately we had to come back in today because one of the phones was having MAJOR issues. 4-7-2016Ive been a Verizon customer for many years, and I have learned that whenever I go to the Verizon stores at the malls, I can count on a Verizon employee meeting me with a device that takes my name and I wait to be called....then it is going to be a very long time trying to explain and have the problem at hand taken care of.But not so in Enumclaw!Ive been pleasantly surprised each time Ive been there! It is that small town kinda place, where you are greeted immediately, and treated like family....like your time is actually important!You are immediately met with a smile, and all the reps are friendly and efficient...they even remember your name!Ive come in with issues that seem very complicated to me, and they are handled and solved so quickly its amazing!The manager walks the extra mile, as does the rest of the crew!I always leave here with my problems solved in record time, and a smile quickly returned thanks Mari and Kelsey!

Verizon is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a hum, returned it due to its not working properly, and purchased a mobile hotspot. I was charged with a $294 bill, for changing my plan in the middle of the cycle, for which I was not made aware of, and proration. I called to Verizon to figure out why the bill was so high, and they took off the activation fees and acted like they were doing me some great favor. I have since switched to T-Mobile, and am paying $139 for two truly unlimited lines, a mobile hotspot, a phone payment, free Netflix, and a UE speaker. Best decision of my phone service life. Jason was phenomenal with me the whole time, gave wonderful service.
