Best internet service technicians in town! If you can see one of their towers from your roof, I recommend using their best value internet service!

Unreliable service, tower ices up every winter making service unreliable or nonexistent. We have had it with them, called last night and was told problem would be corrected today, not! We are switching to Xfinity, what good is cheap if it doesnt work.

I have issues ever since moving here one year ago. I have spent hours and hours trying to fix this with the technology department. I would have canceled my service but it’s my only option. Don’t use it if you have other options.

Evan Slack solved helped with & solved some issues that have been a problem for a long time. We were almost ready to change companies. I really didnt want to do that. When I told Evan about the connection problems he didnt give up on us. I have been a customer since this company first began in a little room upstairs at the Lee Hotel and their name was Tx3. Evan has been a caring, concerned advocate and weve got great speed and connection now.

Since about December of 2012, I have been searching for some internet since Im young (turning 20) and I am mainly a gamer and I watch and upload youtube videos. I cant say I download an abundance of music and videos but I sometimes download songs and RARELY get movies.I literally had NO luck finding ANY ISPs that had available service. Comcast advertised that it was but said it was unavailable on the online and on the phone. I just got a Tmobile prepaid hotspot which was a in fact a waste of money of a sort (that was how I got online)Alright to the service. I checked to see if i could get it on there site and I qualified. They emailed me and then they called. I had to call them back and finally discussed plans, pricing, etc. The plan was 45$ a month plus free installation with 12 month agreement. I called tuesday and said they could have someone come up for installation on Thursday between 3:00-5:00pm. Sure enough a tech was there at about 3:01. He explained the process of hooking up the dish and drlling a hole into the room of use. Took about 15-20 mins then came in and out for another 35-45 mins. Then he started to work on the computer to get it setup. I guess you can just use a regular router so I used mine. He finished up and then we discussed pricing and gave me some papers to keep. It cost 38$ for me to use on the spot and I assume it cost 45$ or so by next month. Overall pretty clean and simple installation. Now for internet:It started out very well and fast, I did some speed tests to see what I was getting. I was getting around 5-7 down and 1.3 up. I did have one issue where the internet stopped working altogether. I unplugged my router and the power source for the internet and plugged it back in and it seemed to fix it. Once I choose a default server I have gotten pretty consistent 5.9-6.7 down and a very consistent 1.33 up. Also I was very impressed with the ping as I get about 14-17ms. Besdies when Im downloding a big file or gaming online it has probably only went down once or twice in a few days. Gaming on Xbox Live btw is very solid, in most cases more reliable than on Centurylink (possibly because now im connected directly compared to being in a 2nd floor room 25+ feet away through walls). There isnt really any lag but if there is it might just be the strength of the connection in terms of speed. Devices connect fine and work fine. I did call to see if i could possibly get faster speeds just for my own personal enjoyment sincd they werent clear on what speeds I could or would get. The guy said I was on the highest bandwidth plan, that whatever speeds I was receiving I had no bandwidth caps/quotas. He asked if my service was slow or troubling but I just replied no, that just wanted the luxury of faster. Cant really complain about the speed/data ratio. If you cant find any ISPs where you live then Skynet is more than recommended. With solid speeds with low latency and especially no data caps it definitely beats any Satellite internet options out there. I have only had it for a few days and it has been fast and consistent just about all the time. Perhaps I dont really care too much about occasional slower speeds since I am used of inconsistent service from CenturyLink for over 4 years. I might give an update once I have had it for a month or so. Otherwise I would recommend it even over a wired ISP unless you really need faster speeds which can be offered elsewhere (Skynet says its service is up to 21 mb/s assuming it depends on how far you live from their tower).
