Chisolm Broadband is possibly the best company I have dealt with. Before Chisolm came to town there were no internet providers that served our rural area. Not only do we now have internet we have fast and reliable internet. In addition the people at Chisolm are great. They answer the phone when you call and the customer service is something I have rarely experienced. Yes - Im gushing but they have earned it.

Such great customer service. They came out checked to see if they could provide quality service. They were honest let me know that we sat in the middle of a dead zone of their service range and wouldn’t do the install. Most companies just do the install to take your money and don’t tell you that the service will be bad (our current company). I really appreciate their honesty.

Dropped ATT/DirecTV expensive bad service. Chisholm is far superior, costs less and I can stream what I want for $$$ less. Highly recommend!

Chisholm Broadband has been great for my business in Ames, OK. My company, Funk Advertising, has to have great data speed upload and download, as well as good tech support and customer service. Chisholm Broadband provides all these things at a fair price. Im very happy with their product and services. And - yes - happy days....I see they are now offering phone service. Will be getting that soon!

Speeds are fine. Reliability is kinda rough. 2 days in a row, naturally on a weekend, where all of my internet service vanished for about 2 hours both days. Everyone says it’s been reliable, so I’ll give it more time and redo review in a month or so.

I’ve had Chisholm Broadband for a little over a year now. It is by far,hands down, the best ISP in NW Oklahoma! I will be a CBB customer as long as I am in NWOK. It truly is the best! They have excellent service & knowledgeable technicians.

Wasnt a fan of their customer service and their lack of information they provided me with prior to the check they do.. They told me I could by a router cheaper then theirs and would save me money. I was told to have it before they come so I went and bought one and then was denied service due to TREES..

Great company, customer service, and I tether service. You must have line of sight to a tower, which we do, and it has been better than any other provider we have had.

Great service, its rare to have a problem, but if you do, theyre on it with the quickness and always so polite and eager to fix whatever the issue is.

I dont have anything bad to say about there internet service if i have a problem they help you fix it im so glad i got this company i like you just the one time price it never gose up or down and i have enjoyed there service

This is the BEST internet provider in the area of Enid. AND now they offer a phone service which is just great. So glad to have a company that has good values and is full of care for their customers.

It’s spotty at best. The tech come to your house and tell you to call and complain because it’s not your house it’s their horrible service then we do and they are rude and don’t fix it. 50% of the time we run at 5mbps and the rest it’s out or working. Thank god Starlink will be offering service to Oklahoma this year!

First off - GREAT customer service! The workers at CBB are outstanding! They seem to genuinely care that you have a good product and are happy with it. Second - the speed and reliability is insane for a wireless tower set up like they have. I had a similar technology by another provider years ago and it was nowhere near the speed and reliability that Chisholm Broadband offers. Super happy with these guys! Highly recommend!

I previously used another company for my internet. Im an avid iracer and unfortunately it couldnt keep up. So I switched to Chisolm Broadband. I have had zero problems with not working, or keeping up. Im very happy with decision!

Had 500kb download speed for the past month. terrible

I just had this installed yesterday and I want to mention how professional and sharp the young guy was that came out to my house to install. Very quick and left no mess. Very impressed with his professionalism and looking forward to continued great service.

Best internet I have ever had

As soon as they took over from encounter wireless my internet speed slowed significantly. I cant watch youtube due to slow speed and I have found that using my phone as a hotspot works better.I have contacted with no response.WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

This company sucks, if you want slow internet and rude service people then go for it. We wish they never bought encounter, They changed our due date so I was forced to pay them twice and told them I couldn’t afford to pay them at that time and the lady told me to “deal with it, you can come up with the money” screw this company

Encounter wireless had great service & great speed. Since merging with Chisholm broadband, our speeds & bandwidth have suffered noticeably.. we are on a 20 kbps plan & are getting 3-5 kbps speeds.11/10/2020 UPDATE: Chisholm Broadband has since upgraded my old Encounter Wireless hardware to Chisholm Broadband outside equipment & inside equipment to be more compliant with their system & weve been having great service. Very happy on the 30 mbps plan out here in the country & unlimited data.

Very professional and best high speed internet we have ever had. We are grateful that this company showed up due to our remote location. This is not LIMITED UNLIMITED DATA like AT&T mobile. Only complaint is billing date is the military date showing day/month/year instead of month/day/year making billing date confusing. Minor issue so still give 5 stars.
