I interviewed for a social media role back in the spring and made it to the final round of interviews. Unfortunately I was ghosted after following up. The owner embraces positive thinking but doesnt give applicants the dignity of a rejection. He followed me on Twitter after the interview which made this more awkward. It ended up being one of the more memorable experiences during my year+ of interviewing, but not for the best reasons.

Ive personally witnessed, and experienced myself, growth opportunities and promotions across all levels within this company.ShipOffers also places a lot of attention into taking care of their people and building relationships. Employees receive free lunches during a bi-weekly huddle, kitchen is always stocked with snacks, there always seems to be a new event or game taking place. Ive used other fulfillment companies in the past and had numerous mishaps, always worried if shipments went out on time, and was overcharged for even the smallest things. They are pioneers in the industry and have helped many owners make a lot of money with their brands. We have dealt with folks throughout the agency and have had the the most positive experience across the board. They advertise a free hat, pay shipping. Then you cannot proceed without watching some video which somehow scams you into paying 47$ for checks. But its not clear. Very deceptive. Do not order from this..its a scam.

As both a Customer Service Manager and a Business Operations Manger that has used ShipOffers for several years, they have never disappointed our team.The negative reviews I am reading about them are a reflection of the companies that use them as a fulfillment center, not a reflection of ShipOffers. If customer support is needed about refunds, replacements, returns, etc, that is on the company one has purchased from, not the logistics and fulfillment center. Again, the company should be the one contacted directly and from there hopefully the company follows through with their terms and agreement, whatever they may be.Whenever I have needed assistance from ShipOffers as being the company that uses their services, they have been more than helpful with quick responses, raw honesty (much appreciated in this business), amazing attitudes, and follow-up like no other. All of that in-turns allows us to take great care of our customers in a timely manner because we are the ones who are being contacted by our customers which then allows us to do so.

Ive had great experiences working with Ship Offers over the last year. Ive seen some people give them a 1 star rating, but its normally due to poor customer service practices from the company the individual brought from, rather than Ship Offers. Its important to understand even though Ship Offers might have their address on the product you brought, they arent the company that actually sold you the product. Big difference. Anyways I always get my orders through Ship Offers on time and they are a pleasure to work with!

Company lies to their clients about shipping on time, then when theyre questioned about the status of the order theyve stated its out truth of the matter is they failed to ship on time and wouldnt own up to it. The owner and management of this company is a complete mess and undeserving of the time in the industry. Shameful.

Warning -- this company does fulfillment for some very shady online credit card scammers in the skin cream and supplement area. Do not do business with ShipOffers. I fell for a scam and despite returning the product to Englewood with an RMA number and via tracking, ShipOffers bungled the return and the other company was able to keep $100 of mine even after I returned the package unopened. Not cool, guys.

We’ve been using ShipOffers as a fulfillment center for our supplements for more than 2 years now. And while we initially got off to a bit of a shaky start, I’ve got to say they’ve really upped their game/service now in 2017. The big turnaround’s now come since they moved to a bigger warehouse location and employed a warehouse inventory auditor for us, to manually count our inventory stock on a frequent basis β€” definitely ask/request this when you sign up. They scale up fulfilment well during high volume promotion periods for us too β€” (plenty of extra β€˜hands-on-deck’ in their warehouse to cope with the increase in volume).Add to that the weekly one-to-one check-in Skype calls we’re getting with our account manager (she’s awesome), and the ongoing analysis they’re running on our customer base to continually optimize our shipping pricing and delivery to customers, and we’re liking the direction they’re headed. Sure, as with any fulfilment center service, there are things that can still be improved - we’re looking forward to the day we get online access to a real-time inventory reporting portal, rather than being sent a report every other day - but it’s a small sacrifice for the all-round service we’re getting.(We haven’t had any experience with any of ShipOffers’ other clients’ products, and glad to see the negative reviews here don’t include any of our own line of products. We personally insist on best-in-class products, so little surprise there. However… β€” NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: If you have an issue with a specific product, get in touch with the company actually creating it… since ShipOffers just provides the fulfilment FOR that company, and in most cases wont have created it).BOTTOM LINE: If you had a bad experience in 2015 or 2016 (or earlier) - I get it, so did we. However I’d seriously reconsider returning to them again, with all the changes they’ve made this year (2017). They’re a totally different animal now, and β€” at the time of writing this β€” we’re extremely happy with ShipOffers. Hope this helps if you’re on the fence about a fulfilment center to distribute your products.

ShipOffers did fulfillment for a product I bought that turned out to be a credit card scam. When I realized I’d been scammed by the seller, I asked to return to the product unopened and they had me send it to ShipOffers in Englewood, Colorado with a RMA number. Even though I sent it back within the deadline and even had a tracking number from the post office, the seller claims that ShipOffers never received the product, so I’ve had to escalate to my credit card company. I personally will never do business with a company that uses ShipOffers for fulfillment again. I’ve done research on the company. They do fulfillment for some legit businesses, but they also do a lot of fulfillment for bait and switch β€œauto-ship” credit card schemes -- usually for vitamins, boner pills and snake oil skin creams. Scammers!!!

Be carefull when this company sell you their garcinia cambodia and Forskolin Products they dont tell you that your trial date starts when you order the product and as for their 30 day free trial is really 14 days then when you asked for a refund and cancellation they only refund you 35% of the product so they stiff you by you paying $69.97 and your refund is less than $30.00 dollars this is a shady company stay away from buying from them.

Shipoffers is a logistics and fulfillment company FOR businesses. It is NOT their fault if the business has terrible customer service. None of these reviews make sense. They are all from customers complaining about a product from various companies that use shipoffers to send out their products.I am a business who has used shipoffers for the last 4 years and theyve done amazing for us. You can always get ahold of them and they are always willing to help. Its been the best fulfillment center Ive used by far.With that being said, I TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS. NOT shipoffers. If a customer is unhappy, its MY FAULT. not theirs. Please realize what you are writing a review for. Alot of businesses put the shipoffers address on their website BECAUSE that is where the product gets sent back to. Refunds and returns are the responsibility of the business you purchased from, not shipoffers. They have no control over that.I hope this helps clear up confusion when people write reviews!
