Poor choice for getting copies made. Went here because it was closer. After waiting in line, was told I could not use my own paper and printing from emailed files would not be ready right away because of a long line of people in the store. Drove over to FedEx in Vandalia and had my emailed files printed right away on my own paper.

Just shipped a pkg today. Paid twice as much to mail a T-shirt to Kentucky than the Post Office, but because time restraint I didn’t have time to go to the Post Office as well. And then the young lady was just rude and stone faced the whole time! When I walked in no other customers were in there. This is three strikes. I’ll drive to Vandalia.

I went to print 2 pages in black and white and was charged 7.52. Before printing I was told it was only 3.98. The lady then stated it’s because she had to open 2 emails. Horrible communication. Don’t print here.

I went to this UPS store to send back 2 pairs of shoes to Nike one of which was a prepaid shipping label. Both pairs were in their shoe boxes so I didn’t expect cost to be too much. Well when I went in the young lady advised me it would be $20 for packaging for the prepaid box and then about $40 the other box for packaging and shipping. Well I had got an estimate on the UPS site prior to going in and the price at store was astronomically more than the quote, so I said no thank you and left!After I left I went to the UPS store closer to my house in Troy, Ohio which I usually use! My total cost was $11 for everything and the packaging I used was fine!So my question is why is the Englewood location charging that much more, $50 more?!?! Plus, the employee at the Troy location had mentioned they have only heard back things about the Englewood location from customers!If I were you I would drive the 10 extra miles and go to the Troy location to save money because there has to be some sort of fraud or theft going on for that much of a pricing difference!!Who would have thought a 10 mile drive would have saved me $50!!Update: after several attempts to reach out I’ve not heard back!

We’re a close local business that has always has done our printing business here. After today, I don’t believe that will continue. My partner has had problems with some employees in the past, although this was my first bad experience. I came in at 320pm, to have our business printing done; 300 color copies, and 300 black and white of a 3 page document (900 copies). The girl a spoke with was friendly and asked if I wanted them printed now or later. I asked for now and would be back shortly to pick them up. I came back 20 minutes later and was told they wouldn’t be able to complete my printing, as they were only half way through my color copies, and it would take another 20 minutes to do my black and white copies (because they were only using one copier) which would go past their 4pm closing time. It was 340p. In the past they have run my copies on 2 different printers, and were able to complete all printing in under 20 minutes, as I usually wait. Maybe if the employees had told me when I first walked in that they wouldn’t do my printing, I wouldn’t feel as disappointed. Although 40 minutes has been more than ample time to complete all my printing every other time. They definitely did less than the bare minimum.

I just had my daughters Birthday invitation printed here last week. The quality was great! I was pleasantly surprised at the cost as well. It was convenient that I was able to email them my file and they got it done the same day! I definitely will be a returning customer.

I had a return label that needed to be printed and they wanted to charge me $4.00 to rent a computer to print a label and then $45 to ship a package with 7 day delivery time when it cost 19.98 with postal service. Does anyone do anything from goodness of their hearts anymore?

Why dont these stores have men working in them. They hire young girls who cant lift some of the heavy packages that come in and the customer has to do the employees work. I say let them struggle and lift it. I got it there. Once inside the store they should be able to handle the package or get paid less

I had an antique china set that has been in my family for 5 generations and needed to ship it to California to my daughter. I took them into The UPS Store Englewood and they were so helpful and made me feel confident that my items would arrive safely. I had 3 or 4 options given to me and advise on what works best! They even packed them for me. Needless to say my daughter received her china set in perfect condition and on the date they guaranteed it would be!Great customer service from very a experienced staff!

I just read a response from the owner..no..actually everyone would not know that a coupon for 90% was fake..u need to be honest..you are a independent franchise..u dont take coupons because it cuts in to your profit...

Five people in there two helping and I try to open door with packages no one offered help no one asked if i was ok when i said i cut my toes on the door.

Avoid this UPS. It took 15 mins for someone to helpMe, once they did I was quoted the wrong price. I was advised of a price to ship next day, once I paid, the cashier realized her quoted me the second day price instead. Extremely frustrating experience. Avoid this store if possible.

Excellent customer service in providing help with boxes for shipping to Amazon.

I mailed some items for the Northmont Marching Band today at our Englewood UPS store. In short, I asked for the cheapest price for mailing the items. The manager, of all people, charged the marching band $35 more than she shouldve had she followed my request to do it the cheapest way possible. I am very disappointed.

They charged me $7 to fax three pieces of paper. What a ripoff. SEVEN dollars. I will never shop at this store again. I have no reason to trust that any of their other prices arent also wildly inflated.

Try to ship a barrel for a 45 pistol barel back for repair to the manufacturer was told that I was not welcome there and was immediately demanded that I leave extremely rude will never return!!!!

Never take a item in here for shipping, they want to charge customers $30 to box it and $35 to ship it. They got the game messup! Trick no good!
