Responsive team of professionals. This started out to be a simple inspection for a home purchase. Dean was the first on the scene he was prompt and very helpful. The situation soon got complicated and Brian came right over to help assess the situation. He knew instantly what to do and walked me through the process. I would highly recommend this company. I cannot express enough gratitude to Amberjack Sanitation Inc. We had been in our new Venice home for about 2 months when the septic system failed and backed up. It was horrible. I was able to speak to Brian, the owner that pm and there truck was here the next day to pump the septic tank. They were also able to check the septic system informing us that there was no flow out of tank. After talking to 3 companies and getting quotes, we hired Amberjack. What a great choice!! The surveyor was here that day, very kind and professional. When I commented to Winston how fast he was to get here, he simply said he was in our area and that it would make a difference in the process of permits, he was correct. The entire job was done 2-3 weeks early by a family owned Business with nothing but professional and kind people. A BIG THANK YOU to Tracy, Jack, Winston, Brian and the hard working men who kept pumping out our tank. You made a horrible experience a small bump in the road.
