Bought a used spa from him a few years ago. The price was good but he promised us things like new head pillows and never got them. Said they were on order and have yet to get them. Make sure you get your items before he installs the spa that the only way you get him to come back out.

I didn’t buy anything but Gary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and open about buying a used tub. Answered all my questions. Will absolutely go back when I need help.

I usually do not write negative reviews but I feel obligated to warm others not to use this company. Gary seemed very nice when he came out to replace a pipe in our hot tub. He charged us $150 for the work. When we filled the tub we noticed a leak where he had done the work and notified him immediately. He said he would be in touch and we have never heard from him again, despite attempts to contact him. We have two young children and $150 is not a small amount of money for us, especially during the holidays. I hope this review saves someone else from being scammed.

Gary the owner came out on time and did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my broker Winder River Spa! He was the only hot tub servicer that I could find who would work on a Wind River because of how challenging they are.

I bought a used tub from them and he delivered it. I wired it up and it seemed to work fine and I used it one day. Two days later I wanted to use it again and opened the cover and half the water was gone. I tried to contact him but he ignored me. I will make sure I hurt his business and his wallet like he screwed me. I will call all tv stations around with my story about this shyster. I will create a website warning people to stay away because he doesn’t have a conscience and doesn’t know what he is doing. He doesn’t care that people work hard for their money and apparently doesn’t think about Karma!

We purchased a spa from Mile High Spas in February and have enjoyed the spa since. Its been running great and the guys at Mile High have taken care of everything.ThanksMark

I used a referral to find a repair guy. This is a small company and the owner Gary does the work himself. Gary personally came to my house to repair my spa. He did the work and in the process burned out an electrical component and damaged the exterior panels of the spa. He repaired 3 leaks and charged $1400. He will not stand behind the damage or the repair. Buyer beware.

Mile High Spas is great. Gary was very professional, and knowledgable. He has great prices on used spas.
