My hot tub just quit heating the water so I called DND Spas and talked to Debbie about my problem. She asked me to send her a picture of the control panel because it had a code on it she needed to know. I messaged her a picture. and within minutes Dan called me and had me do a number of things with the settings to help me get me tub fixed. He spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and wouldnt accept payment for his time. This didnt fix my tub so I scheduled them to come to my home. I have to say Dan is very experienced he has over 30 years of experience and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend DND! Debbie and Dan were very nice and helpful over the phone and extremely knowledgeable in this field, it was a pleasure doing buisness with them.

5 stars!! Dan & Debbie are great!I bought a used high-end hot tub last week and for some reason the heater wouldnt engage. I called Debbie and she walked me through a few trouble shooting options while I was on the phone (at-least 30 mins). When those didnt she let me know that her husband Dan could come out on Monday morning. Dan showed up on time and knew exactly what the issue was (wire in wrong spot). He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and then spent some time with me on how that hot tub worked, the jet features as well as educated me on the chemicals I had.These guys went the extra mile to make this a good experience when I called multiple other companies and they just want to sell you something. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible company. They are extremely helpful, and they have the hearts of a servant. You can clearly see that they take true pride in a job well done, and in making their clients happy. My experience has been nothing but positive. Debbie is one of the most sincere, genuine, and honest people I have met. For what could be an extremely stressful process, they make it easy. While DND wasn’t able to service my leaky spa directly, Deb was awesome over the phone and recommended a leak sealant product to me (Marlig’s Fix-a-Leak) as a quick option before spending thousands to haul my Hot Spring away and repair it. It seems I got lucky, as my leak is now a small damp spot instead of a river, and the sealant is still curing so I expect it’ll seal fully. Thanks for the advice and I’ll be sure to keep you in mind when I need something next!

DND Spas have been the most professional pool company I have worked with. Debbie was quick to respond with reasonable pricing and fast with finishing the project. It would be a mistake not going with with DND SPAS seeing as everyone is background checked and the customer always comes first with this company.

Have done business with Dan and his wife for 2 years. Dan has always explained what the issue was with the tub, with no exaggeration, just plain honest truth, which resulted in a lesser price for them. Repairs have always been successful. They have responded same day on emergency issues. Am very pleased with the whole experience. Hes punctual and really knows what hes doing.

Incredibly rude over the phone didnt give me the time of day hearing out the issue we had and offered no options for a service call. Wouldnt recommend them from my phone experience. Simply too busy and uninterested. I guess business is too good when you turn away folks willing to wait and pay for solutions.***You want to see a real small business owners response? Dan and Debbie got back to me quickly when my hot tub stopped working. Ive never met someone with such a vast knowledge about hot tubs, particularly older models which are hard to find repairmen for. Yes hot tub repair is not cheap anywhere but every penny was well spent on Dans help to not just get the spa back up and running, but running better than before! He conveniently had all the parts needed to fix it right there in his truck, so he fixed it all in one quick trip. Feel free to ignore any of the bogus looking 1 star reviews, I would recommend D&D to anyone in a heartbeat.

Most unprofessional company I’ve come across in awhile. Debbie started off being super helpful, I was trying to get her to do an inspection on a pool that my client was buying (as part of a real estate transaction). After an entire day of urging me to contact her ASAP to get the inspection scheduled, she doesn’t respond for HOURS to finally respond and tell me she refuses to do the job and to never contact her again??? I’m still completely bewildered that a “professional” company would handle business this way and speak to someone in this manner. I came to DND Spas for HELP and all they did was WASTE our time and turn us away.

Dan was awesome! He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my hot tub leak and successfully located debris in my water lines. Dan even came back out the next day to fix a minor issue at no extra cost. His rates were reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend REIS/DND!

DnD is Remarkable! Youll be delighted by their work, pricing, skill set, responsiveness, and caring.Dan and Debbie responded immediately to each of my texts, emails, and phone calls. So refreshing to run into folks who care so deeply. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful.On the phone, Dan told me my leak might signal a serious problem, and talked me through just how to diagnose the issue. With an action plan in place, Dan arrived early to our appointment! And he got the heater replaced with aplomb. There was even a factory issue with the ground wire that he found and corrected.Our hot tub is fixed, were thrilled, and the job was done on time and under budget.

Great work! Wed had a bad experience with another company, but working with Dan and Debbie was a complete 180. Our new vinyl pool liner looks great, and they helped us get set up as new pool owners. They know their stuff, answer their phone, show up on time, do the job right, etc etc. Will definitely hire them again if needed.

Dan did a remarkable job trouble shooting and fixing my hot tub. It required reprograming the circuit board and doing a number of other investigations. I could not be more pleased with the service and cost. And this was after 5!, yes 5 other repair guys were incapable of even identifying the problem. Great folks with great skills.

After sharing our pool plans for the summer with Debbie, Dan came out the very next day to take a look at what we thought would be a huge job to take-down and rebuild on our above ground pool. Thanks to Dans knowledge and advice, well replace the liner, skimmer, gaskets and take care of small patches of rust with steel wool and Rustoleum. No need for the expense and hassle of a new pool after all - Whew! Thanks Debbie and Dan - we really appreciate your time to take a look and give an honest assessment of our situation. Any other company would have taken advantage of our concerns and cashed in on our worries. You guys are the best!

Dan is one of the most reliable an honest people Ive met, which is hard to come by these days in any business in particular the spa industry where there seem to be a fair share of fly by nights. Dan has traveled up my rocky dirt road in the middle of bad weather and has done quick repairs even while it was snowing to get me back in the hot water. Dan was very professional and was concerned that I was satisfied with the work that was performed. He did what he said he would do and explained the process to me. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. I have used Dan for spa installation and spa maintenance. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Dan came to service our very dead hot tub in a timely manner in the midst of a cold snap. He was personable, professional and expedient. He got our hot tub up and running quickly for a very fair price. We will use REI and Service whenever we need repairs and maintenance in the future.

Dan is my go to guy for fiberglass spa repairs and used sales. He has always been honest, on time and warranties all his work.

I have used Dan for 10 years with my indoor hot tub. Ive called other companies, who after seeing that you have to crawl below the house to do maintenance, flat out said they didnt want the job. Dan has always gone the extra mile. There is no job he wont tackle. We had a broken part that was out of production. Dan spent hours researching other manufactures and ordered a part from California. It had to be specially fitted, and Dan made the adjustments to our tub. He installed a brand new mother board and heating system and replaced all the jets. Our 12 year old tub will now go another 15 years. No one in the city has this kind of investment in their customers. His prices are fair, and he always shows up when scheduled. I wouldnt even consider going to anyone else.

Purchased and installed a pool from them. Paid more then if I had ordered online and had someone set it up. But heard good things so... First time they set it up, did an amazing job, no wrinkles, no footprints on bottom . I think he was training some new people because I heard him yelling at this guy if he screwed it up then the pool would fail. They left left as it was fillling (I think there were only a few inches in, just enough to smooth out the bottom. The next day I noticed there was a lot of water next to one side of the pool. Contacted them and they had me mark the water level and call them a few days later. The pool was definitely leaking. They tried to blame us but eventually agreed there was an issue with the seam on the liner (I agree not their fault). so they reordered and re set it up. Second time, did a poor job setting it up, wrinkles in bottom and side walls, and the seam where they connect the two sides is looking like it is going to fail anytime. Tried calling them but no response. Going with a different vendor. Dont need a 5K pool damaging my house when it fails.

Dan did a great job. Was diligent in fixing our problems with hot tub. It’s an old tub but now it’s working like new!

Mehh... was not impressed at all with the service. Dont be fooled by the long conversation on the phone talking about how good they are. That should have been the first red flag. The service technician looked like he didnt want to fix hot tubs, and servicing hot tubs is his job. Over priced for what you get.

Dan has come to repair my hot tub multiple times and has always done a great job. It’s an older hot tub and often requires tracking down specific parts. He’s always thorough and has fair prices.

This business would not honor its contract price and continually tried to pad the price originally agreed upon. They made an unsolicited service call and then attempted to charge us for it, although no service was performed. When payment was refused, they threatened to put a lien against our property. They do not honor dates for scheduled work. They cannot keep their clients straight, confusing the work requested with other clients. Their field technician (co-owner, Dan) was very rude during one telephone call, accusing me of trying to get goods and services for nothing and if I wanted to cheap them, I should go somewhere else for an installer. I gave them a 1-star rating, because it would not allow me to rate them any lower. Extremely unprofessional.

Addendum.Once again, Dan and Deb come through. I needed a replacement cap for a diverter valve. I texted Dan and he found a used part in this supplies and gave it to me for free. My hot tub was up and running in 2 hours thanks to their generosity. These folks have been a great resource and I will always call them first when the hot-tub needs fixing. Thanks guys.Ive used DND Spas twice over the years to repair an aging hot tub. Ive found them to be responsive, prompt and delightful. The most recent work was just completed, replacement of the main electronics in my old Acura Spa. It took them two hours. Their prices are reasonable and Id hire them again in a second to work on my Spa.
