Just want to say Pro Flooring was amazing, I had carpeting laid upstairs and an outdoor patio done with outdoor carpet. I searched for a year trying to find a company that would move the heavy furniture and the outdoor patio, could not find anyone. Then somebody told me about Pro Flooring, and they were AMAZING. Thank you Belinda, Charlie, Jason, Steven, and Rocky! You were all wonderful and I love my old/new home !

I had been several places to find tile for bathroom remodels and was not finding what I needed/wanted. Im not good at decorating and designing so I was needing help, and was getting discouraged. The plumber Im working with said to try Pro! Flooring and Im sure glad I did. Marie was so very helpful with suggestions for tile, I had not had success at other tile places. She took time with me after Id looked around the store and gave ideas, good suggestions and information. It was like talking with family, and I got the tile, caulk and grout ordered. It has come in very timely and my tile guy can start the project!

Pro Flooring did an awesome job from start to finish. From Charlie coming out twice to do an estimate, as we added more flooring to the original project. Coordinating everything with Jennifer in the office was an easy and very pleasant experience as well. The craftsmanship of the work that was done on our hard wood floors was spectacular! Highly recommend. I used Pro Flooring last fall to replace the carpet in our home. They were so helpful and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. A week ago, we had a leak in our basement bedroom that required us to pull up our carpet. We contacted Pro Flooring to lay new padding and restretch the carpet. I cannot speak highly enough of the work Pro Flooring did for me as I sold my house in Jan. of 2021. First, I had to replace downstairs carpet due to dog stains. Charlie came out and gave us a quote and walked us through the aesthetic choices, keeping in mind that we were selling and thus looking for a cost-effective option. At no point did he try to upset us or make the project bigger. Jennifer at the office handled the scheduling (despite a couple of snafus and compilation on our end) with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and flexibility. The crew that did the work were exceptional. Then all heck broke loose and our pipes burst right in one of the rooms with new carpet. Back we are on the phone to Jennifer, and after restoration was complete, she got it all repaired for about $200, far less than we expected. My plumber referred me to Pro Flooring because we unfortunately had to replace a main drain in the basement and thus needed to replace some flooring. Vicki and the owners were all very helpful in expediting everything. Within a few weeks all the work has been completed (today the carpet guys are here to finish up). They have a great selection in their showroom and luckily everything was available in Denver that we picked out. The only complaint Id have is that the tile guys didnt wear masks in my home, and usually the employees in the showroom also didnt wear them either. I would still recommend them, as their customer service and timeliness in responding to any questions or concerns was fantastic. Vicki was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Very nice people. Also, the prices were very reasonable. We had them also do extra work in another bathroom and add a carpet runner to our stairs.

We bought carpet and had it installed 12 years ago in the living room and family room. It still looks great. So 5 years ago we bought carpet for three small bedrooms two of which get little traffic. Now these three carpets are buckling enough to be trip hazards. Research says buckling is generally due to poor installation. I found out our carpet wasnt installed by one of their normal installers and wasnt power stretched. Charlie did come out and offered a small concession on re-stretching if we moved everything out. Quote went from $190 to $120! That is not much savings for us having to empty three rooms at one time and have the carpeting stretched as it should have been initially. We pulled the carpet and went with hardwood. Be careful with these people.

The team at Pro Flooring Brokers did an AMAZING job on my hardwood floors. We had several damaged boards from our last tenants at our rental house. We had a great experience with this company when we needed help converting an old office to an exam room in our vet clinic. I was looking for a very particular type of bacteriostatic flooring(Forbo Marmoleum) to go with the existing flooring in the clinic and was having a difficult time finding it or anyone who knew what I was talking about at probably 5 other flooring stores in the area. When I brought in a sample, the folks at Pro Flooring knew exactly what product I was looking for and immediately brought out the sample book. Every part of the experience from shopping to measuring to install went swimmingly. As a small business owner myself, I would much rather do business with a mom and pop shop like this than a big box store(literally! Multiple generations of this family work here). Pro! Flooring put in our new carpets in our newly finished basement. The slab there is very warped and they had to grind down an area and add self-leveling concrete. They did an excellent job and that and the installation of the carpet. The installation staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of flooring options. Marie was great at helping us decide the most economical option for us.

We went with Pro! Flooring Brokers to replace the floor throughout our home. The main living areas were redone from primarily carpet to engineered hardwood. An entry, powder bath, laundry and fireplace surround were finished using 12X24 tile. And, the stairway and 4 bedrooms carpeting was replaced. Needless to say, this was a major job from our point of view. Pro Flooring was a great in assisting the selecting the materials for a great finished look, flexible in scheduling the work with the changes caused by weather or other contractors, and prompt on follow-up needed to correct the inevitable minor punch list items for a project of this size. Their professionalism, integrity and honesty throughout the project cannot be overstated! It was great to work the company owner and staff of this local business and we encourage others to do the same.

They were able to schedule an install quickly and made good time removing old carpet from our basement and installing new carpet. They were also able to carpet our previously-tiled stairs, which is so nice to have. Carpet looks great and was a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Stopped by because we needed to replace out basement carpet. Charlie (the owner) was very helpful and even let me take numerous samples home so I could see the carpet squares in the basement (with the lighting that we have in our house). Later, when he came to measure the space and give us a quote he picked up the samples. So easy, and competitive. At our previous house we used Home Depot for our carpet needs and Pro Flooring was well within the ballpark with more advice and better warranties on the carpet options. Highly recommend their services.

Amazing show room with more options than anywhere else I have been. Beyond that they have been around long enough to have seen all the good and bad of the industry. They will get you into the right product in a very reasonable time and budget.

We had carpet installed in the main floor of our home. The installation was done as promised. The installers cleaned up and vacuumed thoroughly after the job and everything looked great when we got home from work. We absolutely love our new carpet. It feels like we are walking on a cloud.

I needed two of my carpets replaced quickly so I met with Marie Pierce at Pro Flooring. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us pick the right carpets and also made sure our carpets where installed on time. I really liked the Pro Flooring showroom.

Very helpful, better prices than the big box stores or big carpet stores

We had a great time picking out our flooring with Marie in the store. We had their crew come over and install the new bathroom flooring in our master bath and it took the whole room up a notch. Very happy with the whole experience.

We signed a proposal with Pro-Flooring on 3/14/14 for $3,910.96 to add new hardwood flooring in our dining room and to sand, refinish and seal new & existing hardwood floors. Work was completed on 4/9 through 4/11. Payment in full was tendered on 4/12. Water, in the amount of approximately of ½ cup, from a steam iron was inadvertently left on the floor for 2 to 4 hours on 5/5. The water soaked through the sealant and tainted the stain. Pictures of the damage were taken and shown to Pro-Flooring on 5/6. We were advised that they would get back with us and discuss a repair at no cost as the sealant should have worked. My wife left her first follow-up message with Jean Breese on 5/8 and was advised that Charlie Pierce would return her call to discuss a repair. After 2 days, she called back and was advised that they had to research and find who did the staining/sealing and would call back. Another 3 days passed and Jean advised they were very busy but still had no answers. My wife left another message the week of 5/12 with no response. I called on 5/19 and talked with Jean again. She advised that they still didn’t have an answer but if they had to do any work there would be an additional charge. Asked her to have Charlie call me on my cell or home phone no.As of 5/23/14, we have not heard any response. We would simply like our floor repaired. This may include re-sanding, staining and re-sealing the floor in the damaged area. Essentially, we would like Pro-Flooring to stand behind their work and honor their word. The actually installation was very good but the follow-up and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Please be careful using them.

Kim and Sally did an outstanding job meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations for our kitchen and eating area LVP re-install. The quality of their service was commendable, as they provided us a quick resolution to our problem. Our year-old LVP was coming unglued, apparently due to a manufacturer defect, and we were provided the option to have a replacement product installed at no cost to us. They were conscientious and attentive, and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. And most importantly, the installation job was above and beyond an improvement from the first one, and the quality was entirely better. We enjoy the look, feel and quality of our new floor every day!

Terrible experience over several product purchases and installations. We found Marie and Charlie the owners to be very difficult and unprofessional to deal with, both pre- purchase and post-sale.They seemed much more interested in trying to get money from customers than in providing good customer service. Their customer service is terrible. When they had issues that were their responsibility, they didnt want to do anything about it and used delays and stonewalling to avoid doing what they were paid to do. There so-called warranty is not worth anything and it is not honored by the business. They do whatever they can to get out of it.We also had trouble with pricing, but then after paying the inflated asking price found the quality to be far less than claimed. And we spent plenty of money to get top quality products. Further, the installers hired by Pro Flooring are lazy, sloppy and just do the minimum to get the job done. They leave a mess, do poor-quality work, and yet you cannot buy from Pro Flooring without using their installers! This is a scam, especially considering the requirement to use them.Oh theyll sweet-talk you for sure, with all the promises you want to hear about how great they are. But we dont trust this business or its owners at all, and would never do business with Pro Flooring Brokers again.No doubt this unscrupulous business will soon post disparaging and slanderous comments to my review, like they have done before elsewhere. This shows the kind of business they really are. Additionally, they post comments on nearly every review, which is pushy, smarmy and distasteful.

Update: This issue has now been resolved to the owners satisfaction.Had hardwood flooring put in approximately a year ago. Several boards have popped up to be uneven with the surrounding flooring. We have contacted the company multiple times over the the past several months, and each time theyve said the installer would be in touch with us. Weve spoken with the installer several times and he continues to kick the can down the road and give us the runaround. Were beyond frustrated, as this was an expensive investment for our home.

Excellent from start to finish. Every question I had was answered. Very clear communication. Gil, the installer, was impeccable about calling and/or texting to update me on his timing. He was meticulous in his prep. Giovanni did a good job installed my LVT tile. Everyone at ProFlooring was easy to work with and happy to clarify anything I may bring up. Highly recommend.

We greatly appreciated all the helpful suggestions that Jennifer and her team provided with our tile needs. We will be back when we are ready to remodel our remaining two bathrooms.

I posted a great review the first time we used Pro Flooring a couple of years ago. We used them again for a bigger project and it did not go well. All I can say is this is not the same Pro Flooring. Will never use their services again, not worth the hassles in scheduling, bad tile job, and lack of response by both owners.

Omg, where do I start with these people! This company lied about the install policies, took longer than expected, left the toilets loose after they left, oh and I almost forgot DAMAGED MY PIPES underneath the floor. An underground leak however is not an easy thing to prove and all they do is deny responsibility. The $500 off they gave me for the inconvenience is a joke! I guess my experience was less than perfect...

We live in Seattle but have a duplex in Denver and needed to remodel the upper apartment. We were driving around trying to figure out how to find a flooring store in a city we didnt know very well, and saw Pro Flooring along Hampden Ave, so we decided to stop in and check it out. They had everything we needed for the hardwood floors, vinyl for the kitchen, and quartz countertops. Jean Breese was the salesperson who helped us out. Since we dont live in Denver, we had a limited amount of time to pick out everything before we had to fly back to Seattle. Jean jumped right in and helped us make great choices. She coordinated with my contractor to get everything arranged and delivered on time. She had to work hard to find a countertop installer who could get the job done on a very short timeline and she succeeded. The company also installed the vinyl, which looks beautiful. Pro Flooring was a great company to work with and I highly recommend using them for your flooring and countertop needs. We were greatly pleased with their products and their work. They were really a lifesaver for us!
