Store is run down and in bad shape. Prices are bad. The only thing this store had going for it is a nice staff that is willing to help.

Really great staff! Had to print a document last minute and was able to just Email it. I let the girl know that I was coming in 10-15 minutes, by the time I got there my stuff was ready at the checkout!!!! Super friendly! Will definitely be back! Black-and-white copies seem to be cheaper than FedEx

Maybe I have just had bad luck at this location, but every time I go there, they are low on markers, especially the paint markers near the front of the store. Service has been helpful and courteous on a couple of occasions, but generally, I dont see much staff on the sales floor which makes it difficult to find needed help. On the occasions that I have gotten help, I am usually treated as an annoyance.But, I will give it two stars for location in downtown Englewood.

I had called because I needed to figure out how to get a document I typed up printed. Zack gave me an option of emailing it to the store and then I could pick it up. I said great, what is the email to send it to? He says, oh were not allowed to give that out unless your in the store... thats a bit of an oxymoron.

Not so good service. Employees were only as helpful as they had to be, and all of them were on their phones. On dude on the floor didnt even notice me till I got his attention. The cashier was on her phone and I had to get her attention so I can pay for my item and leave. Not impressed.

Bought the wrong toner cartridge. Came into the store to ask for an exchange. The cashier refused to help. Claimed I would have to wait about 2 weeks before they could possibly help me. Asked if I could speak to the manager, cashier said he wasnt available and stated company policy again about exchanging items. Good customer service is non existent at this location! When I asked if I should just take my business elsewhere the cashier just shrugged and said I guess so.

For printing services, this store gets it right: on time, accurate, friendly staff, no excuses like some of the other Office Depot store. I find the store easy to get in/out of, and feel comfortable finding what I need at this Englewood location. I know I can count on them for all my needs, and feel assured when I send in a print job (via email) that it will be ready. Cheers!

Came here to buy a desk today. The guy at the checkout counter said he would either help us or call someone else to help us. We sat and waited for him for over 15 minutes while he flirted with the same customer for that same 15 minutes. Annoyed I walked around the whole store hoping to find someone else to help me and there was no one. Ended up just walking out with out even buying the desk because I was so disappointed. Just poor customer service.

I came into this store several times last week for my little cousins funeral picture. The picture was for a floral easel. This was extremely important to me to get the best possible picture of my cousin because there was not going to be an open casket.The staff here were EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and patient with me during this difficult time. And I had my children with me each time I came in. You have a lifetime customer now. Im recommending all my family and friends to Office Depot.

The manager was super helpful in getting programs and table placement cards printed for our wedding, even despite technical difficulties on my end! Cannot thank the manager and this store enough!

Theres a lot to love and hate about Office Depot. First, lets start with printing ink. Are you kidding me? You can buy a printer for the price of two packs of ink these days. I suspect thats how the printing companies discovered to make more $$ in the long run but with as much as youre charging, who would pay for it when you can get it for 1/10 online. And the fact you offer $1 if you bring back the empty cartridge. Thats like making fun of people for thinking thats a good deal.Your print shop is great. Youre people are always nice. The store is always clean. Its a love hate thing really.But really, the printer ink people!! Do something.

Kept me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me a service they have been proving me for 6 years had to be changed putting me in an awful position. Will find new printer as corporate changes rules and doesnt care about needs of long time clients apparently. Always being understaffed probably doesnt help.

Great selection helpful staff and centrally located with lots of parking.

Went 7:30pm on a Monday night. Store was very empty maybe just us and two more customers. The two female workers there were very friendly. We took time to find the office chair we wanted they only bugged us once to make she we were still doing okay. When ready we did have to find a worker but once we did she was able to send someone to get the item we wanted from the back and bring it to the register. The actual process was very simple and she was even able to apply a coupon I had that the register wouldnt take at first. Over all very friendly and easy buying experience. The store provided little cards for each chair that we could take with us and compair to different chairs.

Went shopping for Boxes to help a friend move. Had a severe case of Murphys Law - knocked over several signs through out the store without even trying - the service rep, Derek, was phenomenal! He had a great sense of humor and made me feel welcome despite my faux pas.Got great information on Teacher Rewards through Office Depot as my friend is a teacher. Highly recommend this location for the customer service alone!

The place is always empty of customers and full of staff, yet it seems like I spend over 20 minutes in here every time just to do a print job. I walked around the store to find somebody and not a single staff member said anything to me. They were all too focused on replacing tags. I can understand one or two members dedicated to that job. But 5? That seems like too many

This is a new review for me at this location. The manager Derick is top notch and customer focused. The print department has had a huge much needed personnel change. They are customer focused and super easy to deal with.

Imagine walking into a warehouse that sold typewriters, then take away half of the stock and thats what you can expect. Office Depot is a shell of its former glory. The first thing I noticed was how empty the store felt, and how few and far between customer support was. Im sure management does the best they can with what they have, but even that isnt much. And now a moment of silence...

Because of this one young salesman he had tattoos on his arms , clean cut and very helpful arrested the salesman were just standing around talking. He was very busy and very helpful and knowledgeable. I cant read his signiture but I can guess Perry or Jerry or Larry .

Caden and Aaron are awesome at the Hampden store!! Aaron first helped me with questions about their desk chairs, was very honest, and understood my sense of humor. Caden at the register service, other stores due to being out of stock of the chair I wanted to purchase. He was able to find it at the Lakewood store and put it on hold for me. Also, helped me pick out a good modem router. Thank you for the great customer service and for the great experience! I will definitely be back!

Always has upfront parking! Also love the check out time. Very easy in and out. The employees always make sure Im finding everything okay.

I was able to walk in, get free use of a computer, and printed my much needed copies for $.31. Great service in the nick of time!

I am doing this review to let everybody know that the customer service from Derek and Adam at this location is something that I have never experienced anywhere before! If you want your questions answered and want to be treated kindly..I strongly recommend this place and these two guys! When I came in with my mother to get a new computer for their home, Derek was so helpful from the moment that we walked in. He knew the answer to every single one of our questions, and then some!!! I have never met a more knowledgeable person in the area of computer technology! We even went to Micro Center prior to coming here, but left very confused. Our questions were clearly answered at this Office Depot by Derek and Adam. Derek spent a lot of time going over the different options we may have and told us the difference between the two. Adam did all the data transferring and was very helpful by showing us where things were on our new computer, as well as answering my questions when I was at home having issues with the set up! This Office Depot is hands down the best place to get a new computer, or to get any question you may have answered!! Thank you Derek and Adam for all of your help!

I am gravely disappointed with the service I received at this store today. I asked for some assistance from the manager Daryll Howard and he was very rude and disrespectful to me I suspect he is a racist. The staff are usually very polite to me and I have spent a good some of money at the store and he doesnt even seem to care. Home Depot wont last if they keep hiring managers like this.

Derick has been so helpful on two occasions and this store in general is helpful and always tries to help me out with coupons when I forget mine at the office!

This was as cold of a transaction as you could ask for from their employees. I walked around looking for some items for work and office depot employees could see I was hunting. Long story short, I will not be returning. No help, no care weak customer service.

Awful. Kaden was the checkout person and was slower than molasses. Also while waiting forever to check out, I tapped the counter to the beat of the music and he actually stopped to ask me to not tap because it bothered him. Can’t find anything I actually need and Everything is on “clearance” and the place needs to be cleaned. Maybe just bulldozed. What a horrible place.

Went there for shipping boxes, they were out of most sizes, disappointing. However I also needed copier paper and there was some on sale so, all in all, it worked out a little.

Come to this office depot for all of our businesses printing and office supplies. Close with fast and friendly service.

Usually not a bad visit , this time it took an hour for them to tell.I could not mail a certain item. After......filling out the to and.from tag several times over we could not process our mail

Honestly, I m surprised this store has this many stars. Customer service is an absolute joke and this was not a one off experience. I have been there several times and continue to be disappointed. Suffice it to say, I will now go out of my way and gladly pay more elsewhere, to avoid this store.

Customer service is great - always someone to greet you, ask what youre looking for, and walk you to the proper item. A little grimy - I blame it on being in Englewood.

Very unhappy with this locationI was never asked if I needed help.The only cart that they had left when I walked in was old and falling apart. I did all of my shopping and when i went to check out the lady was very unfriendly and didnt ask if I needed any help to unload the paper from the cart to my vehicle. I rolled the cart out the door and the cart was in such bad shape that it flipped over and no one from inside that was watching bothered to help.

This place was horrible dad customer service and then when I wasnt looking for customer service I was being killed around the store and followed everywhere like I was a delinquent which I am was tattoos on my face when Im a very successful well-dressed businessman

So ridiculously overpriced. Shopped there out of necessity. Now that I know my product will try and find it cheaper elsewhere.
