Very efficient service. Leo, their serviceman, came and gave me an onsite estimate and I made the decision to have them cleaned. Three weeks turn around time; they were returned beautifully cleaned and plush feeling with new padding. Loved their professionalism and of course the way they left my oriental rugs. Had another rug taken from another room which will be resized and cut, bound and cleaned. I am truly happy I found them.

We had two carpets that we were close to putting in the trash. After BenHersh cleaning and repair, they looked fabulous and will be used in our main living areas. It was like a miracle! The service was excellent and the results were outstanding.

These guys did antique wash to one of my very valuable rug. I admit I was kind of skeptical how it will turn out at the end but they did tremendously good job. The rugs looks more valuable than it did before and it looks beautiful.Highly recommended BenHersh Rug Cleaning.

About a year ago, I had a very expensive carpet cleaned while I lived in NYC by a NYC -based rug cleaning and restoration company. I felt that I had been taken advantage of and given advise that was not in my best interest but I had no choice as the rug needed to be cleaned. I have since moved to NJ and needed another large and expensive carpet cleaned and called Ben Hersh. Avi came by yesterday to pick up the rug. I told him I was very skeptical about being taken advantage of again. Avi spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the process, what was necessary to sell the rug as that was my intent and gave me what I felt was a reasonable price. I cannot speak more highly of Avi and I believe that his business honesty and ethic emanates from the owners. You have a valuable employee in Avi.
