From the very start, Donna warmly greeted me while Misel, Ana, and Alexis began setting up - they were so kind considering my toddler wasnt making it easy! Judith was a professional team leader who made me feel confident leaving my home in their hands. And it was worth every penny! My house before and after was like night and day. They thoroughly cleaned walls, ceilings, cabinets, windows, different types of flooring, etc. The ozone machine worked wonders for ridding the house of the smoke smell! They mean it when they say, like it never happened.

Wow. This company is amazing. Not only were they responsive, they were on time, professional, efficient and thorough. We had a “code red” backup situation and called the team at Servpro. They had their guys out within the hour and their team manager, Giuseppe was so great to work with. He walked me through the process, the cleanup was amazing and the follow up was outstanding. Honestly, I will never go to another restoration company. Please take my advice, and contact these guys for any cleanup or restoration needs.

Servpro was super fast to show up after our initial call following a pipe leak in our finished basement. Everyone involved (Justin, David, Q, and Jeff) were professional, courteous, and knowledgable about the steps to be required to get the clean up going.One small criticism... It should be made clear at the very beginning that the clean up phase and the repair/reconstruction phase are two separate things and arent all part of the same job and will have to be booked separately.

We had a water leak. After mitigation of the wet sheet rock and mold in the walls and ceiling, and hardwood floors, Osprey came in and did the restoration work. The restoration included replacing the damaged sheet rock, texturing and painting walls and ceilings to exactly match the undamaged areas, and repairing wallpaper so we couldnt tell there was ever damage.The greatest part of the restoration included replacing and restoring the damaged Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring. Osprey got a top notch hardwood floor subcontractor to do the work. Our hardwood floors look better than they ever have. The floor project required moving five rooms of furniture into a pod for a few weeks, then moving everything back into the house when the work was finished. We were real anxious about having our furniture moved, but the Osprey workers were so careful to make sure nothing was damaged. Construction involving dry wall and sanding floors results in a lot of dust, but Osprey made sure to clean up. They brought in a crew to vacuum, dust and wipe down everything after the restoration was complete.We are especially pleased with the project manager, Mr. Ron Brill. He kept in close touch with us, and he addressed any and all of our concerns. We had a great experience using Osprey, and we would certainly use them again.

The carpet installers that Osprey construction sent to lay 800 square feet of carpet came at 9:30 am left at 11:40 pm ! A guy and a girl !! Every seam shows in pile carpet!! Miguel was the sub contractor that provided the carpet layers for Osprey construction . Every other part of my repairs went well. Do not let them install your carpet .

The teams were thorough, careful, friendly & respectful. I particularly appreciated Doug Hiatt’s ability to communicate every step of the process & his calming manner through a rough time. He was very patient & caring. I felt that my home was in very competent hands. I was impressed with how much care was taken when moving & packing my possessions. We have extensive water damage to our entire home and it will need to be stripped down to the studs. The rebuild will include, sheetrock, flooring, heating, cooling, and electrical work. Tim Byczek had crews on scene within 24 hrs moving items out, getting crews in to work on the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. He has had the general construction contractor onsite and we have next steps outlined. Tim provides us with daily reports as well as information as each step begins. I highly recommend going with Servpro.

JJ was courteous and helpful always responding to my texts and or phone calls. Honest and upfront which I greatly appreciated.

I am giving 2 stars because work did get done, but it took over over a month to get the job started. To repair 20 sq ft of drywall and replace a single cabinet board, I find this unacceptable. Had Osprey been proactive in communicating with me about the delays on starting, I would be much more understanding. However I was the one to initiate the project start; pushing to get an estimate performed and work scheduled. Any correspondence with the project manager resulted in a failure to attached a necessary document to be signed for work to be approved/performed. At no point was a apology extended. All that said, I was thoroughly displeased in my entire experience with Osprey and would not recommend their services.

This was an emergency after hours call we had today, the gentleman(Rodolfo, Saul, Jesus) that came to my home were the absolute BEST!! Very professional and walked me through the process step by step! I would recommend this company hands to anyone in need of the types of services they offer! They made a horrible situation understandable and not as bad as my family and I thought it would be. Geraldo and his team were at my house within an hour of my phone call. They Cleaned up all the water and left 12 fans for drying my hardwood floors carpet and drywall. They came back the next day to check on the drying process and re-stage the fans. They were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anybody.

Not a good experience

Had a strange musty smell coming from my 1st floor. Turned out to be sewage backed up in the crawl space. I have a large 1900+ basement/1st floor with only a 1 foot crawlspace. From the first time Servpro of Aurora showed up they were extremely professional, got all the water and sewage pumped out. The damaged section of the basement encapsulation membrane was also removed with zero residue left behind. They also brought in air scrubbers and high end air drying machines for the crawl space Super clean work, on time, responsive and highly professional. Estefany Sanchez, the Servpro Crew Chief made sure everything was done with zero issues and was in constant contact with me to reassure me everything would be taken care of. Thank you Estefany.

ServPro Strom Team was/is in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to supposedly help with the aftermath of Derecho on August 10, 2020. This was the worse experience we have had in a difficult time. They came in and spent hours taping up the furniture and took a whole day for demoing two ceiling walls. After they left, some of the ceiling wall that was next to it just dropped in the middle of the night, because they didnt remove the wet insulation. After I called and texted multiple times, they sent out someone after 3 days.Even after sending multiple emails, they didnt send us an invoice. Instead they told us that the $3000 check that we gave to them was lost from their hands and was cashed by someone else they dont know of. And the lady who were our point of contact (Andrea Mikulec) told us to deal with it ourselves with our bank and Im not sure how this becomes our problem now. They still havent given us a estimate or invoice. The check that we gave us and our money is gone. What a company that scams people.They third party company that they used to tarp our roof did a poor job in tarping our roof that in the next rain, the tarp was tore and we had more water damage while we were away. I would never use servpro again or will recommend them to anyone

This is literally the worst company in any kind of service that I have ever had to try to deal with in my 40 years on this earth. We had hail damage from our roof and gutters that spilled into our basement. Servpro came and the first person told us it was absolutely hail damage and that he’d give us the paperwork to show it was hail damage for the insurance, so we proceeded. They took over a month to get the work done, and there were three different people we kept getting passed to along the way. We kept asking for documentation and they never gave it to us. They also then kept charging us more and more. They never gave us any documentation and our insurance has thus denied the claim. We’ve called them over 15 times and they’ve done nothing. We then just received yet ANOTHER invoice for $3000 more dollars and we don’t know why. If we had used any other company it would’ve been 1/5 of the cost. Now we face having to file a lawsuit. It’s Christmas and I’m literally crying over how much this is effecting our lives. Please, do yourselves a favor and run, fast away from this awful, unethical, disorganized company.

Osprey Construction did a wonderful job replacing the drywall and carpet in my basement after a water pipe froze and burst. You cant tell where the drywall/paint is any different than what was already there (didnt have to replace all of it) and the carpet looks and feels wonderful! Great job guys!!

I used ServPro of Aurora the other day at my job, and what a wonderful job they did. I had Chris, Angela, and Giovanni on site, and they were a huge help! It was a bit of an emergency, and they were on site within an hour and change, and immediately went to work to clean up. Then they came back to check and make sure it was 100% dry, and I appreciate the time they spent doing things right. I greatly appreciate their help, and I would definitely recommend this crew!

My Kitchen flooded March of 2020 during the start of the COVID pandemic. I was incredibly nervous not only about the repair, and having it done correctly, but about having strangers in and out of my house. Any concerns I had were quickly laid to rest. The guys at Servpro and Osprey were great. Tim worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure that everything that needed to be covered was covered! Ty made sure everything stayed on track and was excellent about coordinating all the work and subcontractors. They were great about offering multiple solutions and giving different opinions, but letting me choose the one the suited what I wanted out of a Kitchen. Ty kept me informed about who would be onsite when and what work they were completing so I was never surprised by people showing up, and everyone who showed up was prepared with all the tools and materials they needed. I would fully recommend letting the guys at Servpro and Osprey help with any construction project you have!

First the ServPro team missed two of the appointments THEY set up. One to start the work and the other to get their equipment out of the house to dry out my flooded basement.In order to go through my insurance I needed an Itemized Water Mitigation Invoice and Moisture Mapping logs for the insurance company. Before I received the Moisture Mapping logs someone was calling me for a payment. I told them I had not receive the logs yet and would not pay until I got them because that was part of the job. They agreed, and said I would have them in a day. A week later after I had to call and then they were emailed to me.Great, now I just need to pay. I emailed and called the people I was dealing with and either did not get a respond from any email or was told someone would call me back, and of course no one has. This started on the 20th of May and it is now the 12th of June and I STILL dont have my invoice to give to my insurance and have not gotten an email or a call back. I would NEVER use them again to recommend this company to anyone.

Great company! Did a great job answering all my questions and the crew was very respectful especially Chris Calderon. Even though I am mouthy he stayed professional at all times and always answered the phone and tried to get my house as dry as possible with as little damage as possible. Great people. Disaster Dave and the other guys at Servpro are amazing. I know Dave spend decades in the construction industry. Who else do you want restoring your building than a guy that spent a long time building them. Every time i speak with Dave I am immediately impressed by not only his knowledge, but his sincerity as well. You would be crazy not to call him.

Angela and her crew were fantastic! After a basement flood she and Giovanni removed carpet and pads and baseboards when needed, moved things as needed, and 48 hours later after fans and dehumidifiers our soaked basement is dry! They were both very professional and communicated very well when they would be arriving and worked with our schedules. While I hope we do not need this service again, if we do I would definitely go to SERVOPRO of Aurora and request Angela and her crew!!

It was a terrible experience dealing with these guys, the project manager had no clue what he was doing and Im shocked State Farm would recommend such a bush league company. Their worker caused a leak and left it over night. The company wasnt honest, upfront and didnt reply to calls. They are super expensive and seemed to take advantage of the situation. To be honest, some of their workers shouldnt even have a professional license (if they do).

We had a wonderful experience with ServPro and Osprey Construction in the wake of our personal nightmare. A hidden toilet leak forced the demolition of both bathrooms in our condo, displacing our tenants for a short time. The Servpro crew was thorough and efficient. They took extra care to protect the carpet from work-boot debris. They removed the rotted floor and tested for asbestos and returned a few times to make sure everything was dry.Osprey Construction was very patient with our tenants who caused a delay in the reconstruction due to a personal tragedy. Osprey Construction Project Manager Ron Brill went the extra mile with his decorative advice and attention to the finest details. When we tried to save money by keeping the existing 37-year-old shower valves, General Contractor Ty Breitman made it clear that they did things right and that we needed to replace them. We greatly value the work they did as well as their professionalism. Diagnosed the problem effectively and immediately got to work to mitigate the water and moisture damage by installing multiple fans and a de-humidifier. They were great about communicating and following up. Shawn was patient with my questions and allowing me to photograph and document the damage and stages of their process. They were very professional and respectful of our home by placing plastic down in their high-traffic areas and wearing booties around their shoes when they first arrived. Although Id rather not go through this experience again, if we/I do I would insist on using Servpro (Shawn and his team) again. -PCM

Working with the team at ServPro of Aurora and Parker has been an extremely positive experience for our family! After an unfortunate sewage overflow in our home which created damage both on the 2nd and 1st floors of our home, the ServPro team responded quickly and efficiently.Ripping out drywall, tile, carpet, flooring (the list goes on) was an overwhelming experience for us, but our lead contact for the job, Ty, helped ease us with his great follow up and consistent updates. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable and even our two young daughters had a positive experience with the flow of constant people coming in and out of our home to complete the job. Our 4 year old would excitedly ask, “who’s coming today?”, because she would often receive positive attention and smiles from the crew.Now that the work is complete, I’m very happy to write this review and take a moment to express our family’s thanks for the hard work and great customer service we were shown.
